The hype is real lobster was great and the rest of our food delicious. Service is good sat down quick. Good music chill vibes. The place was clean specifically the restrooms when you take kids that's a plus. Thank you Jasmine for making our experience good 💯.

This is our new favorite Mexican food restaurant. Drinks, food, atmosphere and service are 100%. I highly recommend LA Unica!

Unexpectedly amazing! I always looked this place over but finally decided to try it out with my friend. Their ceviche is classic and amazing. They also offer a lot of really tasty options for vegetarians and vegans too. I also tried their jackfruit tacos and they were shockingly very good. If you're looking for street tacos, go to a street taco place. These guys would be considered more of a creative, gourmet Mexican food place, I suppose. The atmosphere is pleasantly unique and cozy. I love going there but you're looking at spending about $40 per person each time.

The service was fast and amazing, the food absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Everything tasted amazing; Don't think twice about coming here.

Perfect vibes, wonderful food, knowledgeable staff. Absolute Excellence in presentation and ingredients. As a typical Celiac I need to eat at places that help assuage my fears about across contamination. 90% of the menu is GF, and the staff knew their stuff. My husband raved about the food from his I can eat anything perspective:-) also the tacos are huge! we will be back. ❤️

Hubby was looking for somewhere new to have lunch and found this little gem in Downtown Lake Elsinore. Restaurant was very clean and I loved all of the artwork especially the men and women bathroom doors lol,the food was good and the service 👌🏿. We will definitely go back again😊

The margarita and old fashioned we had were well made. We each had two tacos, which the fixings were good , but the tortillas used did not hold up and fell apart. The guacamole was good. Our waitress was nice and did an adequate job, but we had to wait too long to be seated. Our food was brought by a gentleman who acted like he wanted to be someplace else. I watched other employees and a lot of them looked unhappy. A very odd customer service vibe… we kinda did not feel welcomed. The music (which I didn’t like) was too loud. my wife, though she liked the music, also thought it was too loud. As we left the gentleman who was at the register thanked us for coming in, but did not look at us or smile. Again, to me a very odd customer service vibe. Enough is there for us to try this establishment again, maybe the bar and appetizers next time.

Overall the food we got was really good. I got two lobster tacos that were really good and one fish taco that needed seasoning. It was a little bland. We also got the lobster that they were known for. It was pretty good. Seasoning was pretty good. It is pretty expensive. I think we paid $90 for it. The reason why we only gave three stars is cuz the guacamole we ordered had no flavor and for me that's a pretty big deal out of Mexican restaurant if they don't have good guac.

Loved the food and the vibe! La Unica is a super stylish casual Mexican-Latin-Fusion restaurant. There are five plant-based entrees on their menu, and these items appear *first* in the menu at the top in a plant-based section, which makes it clear they value their plant-powered customers. chose the jackfruit tacos, vegan style. The tacos came with a beautiful presentation of fresh veggies — shredded carrots and jicama, watermelon radish, and avocado. They make their own maíz blue corn tortillas too. We received excellent service. I’m definitely going back to try the other plant-based dishes.

Glad my husband found this gem! Few mins always from home so this place will be dangerous hehe! It’s hard to find authentic food near Lake Elsinore and I’m happy to finally found a place with delicious food, great service and atmosphere.okay definitely return and bring friends next time!

We came here because my husband saw this spot on Instagram and their presentation of the lobster dish and that got him lol! So we decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad we went! Our server, Jasmine, was attentive, sweet and engaging and the food was SOOO damn good! My hubby and son had some drinks, and they were delicious too. Prices are reasonable, the restaurant is clean and the vibe is chill. We'll definitely be going back!

A surprisingly urban, city vibe in the middle of adorable historic Lake Elsinore. Trendy places like this one tend to rely more on ambience than service or food quality. That is definitely not the case here. The food is delicious. It's a well-put-together menu with a lot of yummy options. The portions are good-sized. The service is friendly and helpful every time. Highly recommend this gem!

Amazing food and drinks, lobster was $80 and really good. Maybe a little over cooked but still was absolutely delicious. The spicy margarita was perfect and I would definitely go back!

My new favorite spot in Elsinore. The chips and salsa is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 warm chips with just the right amount of salt. The salsa is a little spicy (I'd say it's medium) but soooo good and fresh. The guacamole is a hearty serving and also fresh. At first I thought it needed a little salt but going back and forth between the salsa and guac...it was perfect! I had 3 tacos (lobster, gobernado [I'm positive this is misspelled but you won't miss it on the menu], and carnitas) they were made fresh! Almost too hot to handle and I loved it! These tacos were hearty and presented so beautiful! We almost got full off chips and salsa so I didn't get to eat my carnitas so I got a Togo box but I'm sure it's just as good as the others Oh just so you know the lobster taco was so flavorful! The lobster was buttery and tender. Next time I will definitely order the lobster from the Mariscos portion of the menu.
