The room was kinda dirt. You can easily notice they dont wipe down the walls, there was dried up snott rockets on the bathroom wall, also i found trash in the room (wrappers). The employees are nice, and the breakfast was ok, not the typical breakfast, they actually had healthy options that included protiens and other stuff for dieters. Good coffee in the morning. The pool isnt heated or at least wasnt when i was there. After my review that they emailed me, i was contacted by a manager who simply said "sorry you feel that way", "will you be staying with us again" haaa! I thought that was a joke, if your a manager reaching out to someone who had obvious concerns and you want them to stay again, at least tell the customer you will ensure the issues wont happen again. 🤔... the rooms are pricey for the area, and to have snott rockets on the wall. There are plenty of hotel options that are cleaner and more affordable. I would recommend seaking that out prior to staying at this hotel. At least until the clean up their act. I will also edit my review if i find things have changed.

I absolutely love the cleanliness of this establishment. The service was impeccable. I stay here several times a year traveling from Arizona and appreciate arriving to the friendly staff. The busy location is a bit to be desired but I have seen worse.

I recently stays there. I wasn't nice. The room had broken bed lamp and the bathroom sink light doesn't turn on. Shower wasn't hot ether and pressure too strong. It's painful to wash. Their TV is slow to respond. And most of all I had to pay for parking ($14.00). On the web search it show free parking.

Beautiful built new property. Friendly staff who are always ready to help. Nice gym area that overlooks the pool. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and ample room in the suites. Walking distance to some restaurants.

Nice newer hotel, met all our needs. Clean rooms, close to restaurants/shopping, good water pressure, and friendly staff. The hotel didn't smell like dogs and I saw several large dogs. I'm happy to see the pet deposit is actually being used to clean the property.

Great place to stay for our family. Newer hotel with comfortable beds and a solid breakfast. Spa is hot and the pool is clean. All of the staff was pleasant. You should have no issues staying here.

As others have mentioned, the $14/night for parking is purely greed. This isn’t a major city or any reason for non-guests to park there. Also, the King bed wasn’t a king. It was somewhere between king and queen. Staff was nice though, so not giving only 1 star.

The place is nice close to the shopping area . but I forgot my brandnew shirt inside the closet and remember the next day I called them right away and even came by since I was still in town but never hear from them.

I normally don't write reviews but this was the absolute best customer service we have received in a long time that I felt it needed special recognition. We had an medical ER that required us to stay last minute at a nearby hotel. It was a very emotional time, Sonia the night auditor checked us in & absolutely gave us outstanding service, we were tired after being at a hospital all day/evening long. She was so empathetic, helped us extend our stay day by day, gave us water & snacks when she could tell we were just drained, tired, and hungry as most places were closed by the time we can back from hospital. It was just the little touches that she gave us when we needed it most. All the hotel staff were outstanding, but we interacted with Sonia the most since we were coming back to the hotel later in the evening. The hotel was able to keep us in our original room for most of our stay, except the last day, however they made that process painless as they allowed us to stay in our original room until the new room was ready. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms were great, equipped with little fridge, microwave. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor fire table were great for chilly evenings & destress. The laundry facilities were clean, easy to use & especially useful for us since we just threw stuff in a bag and left in a hurry. We were able to take our service dog with us, hotel is very dog friendly. They also have a little nice gym. Hotel is located by good restaurants, Starbucks, etc in walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel & wanted to give the staff there special recognition especially night auditor Sonia. Really outstanding customer service.cantbsay enough good things. This was a great stay, with caring compassionate staff, that little bit helped ease some of the stress were under, & was just what we needed at the time. We just want to say thank you for your service & kindness during a very difficult time.

On par for the brand, this location was clean and the staff very friendly. It's location is still a bit off putting, given the uncompleted buildings outside, and it's not the easiest of parking lots to access, but it's not so bad as to make you want to go elsewhere. The room was clean and comfortable, although the air conditioner was on the noisy side and the wall thermostat did not work, but the one on the unit did.

Simoen is super helpful and awesome!! great service and we were greeted with a great smile, ive been multiple times and have had iffy experiences but shes been the best so far. and shes got a great personality

What a great location to have a tradeshow. Friendly responsive staff at the front desk and the buisness center hopsitalility - the the staff for NAHREP Rally is well taken care of. quiet location but near major freeway of ramps and near town for some cuisine and sports bar action. and near major winarieys will less than 45 miles to san diego.
