This is my favorite park in the area. It's well maintained with two big toys to accommodate older and younger kids, sheltered picnic tables, a small walking path that has complete visibility of the playground and reasonable shading. There is a bit of grass and one swing set, so it might not suit everyone, but we go out of our way to visit this one when we can.

It is a good park primarily for the kids in the area to play basketball at the court and ride their bikes. It is small as parks go and there are more relaxing parks like Heritage Lake nearby if that is your goal. If you are looking for a spot to let the kids get some energy out this seems to be the main draw here for the nearby residents. There are a few exercise items, benches, and a covered gazebo. There are plaques calling it Rancho Ramona park but the biggest and most visible sign calls this John V. Denver park to help clear up any confusion finding it

Great park for kids. Some of the exercise equipment I really don't understand though.

Why would u guys build a weird fenced area in the middle of the concrete area. Its supposed to be an open volleyball court. But I skateboard around the park and I no longer can because its in the way. Also the trees yall planted drop the most annoying leaves with seeds in them that stop my board. I wish this park was better. And I can’t skateboard in my apartments either. Sun city is so OLD, MAN.

Place is awesome has a great play Park nice big field basketball courts clean bathrooms everything here would be perfect clean and kept up if it wasn't for the kid slide.A giant crack and they tried to putty on top of the crack scratched across my son's chest because the putty's cracking off they're not maintaining the plastic Park pieces very well. make sure you check the slides before your kids go down

Some homelessness, but this park is fun, the kids that are local are very nice and respectful. It's fun for the kids because they can play in the park, basketball, in the sand and run around in the grass. Bathrooms are available and that's important to me. It's not the cleanest but there's always soap, water and TP.

Great place for of leash training, or for family fun. There's a few fire pits and grills as well as a nice playground and plenty of open space for outdoor activities.
