Desolate, barren, empty - a real ghost town. I stopped by to charge my car and went for a walk around the outlet. The most depressing shopping center I have ever been to. Nike closed. So I think all the other stores are going to fold and close up as well. So many empty stores. Unkempt. Very very sad. Hopefully someone buys this out and makes the most of it.

On the positive, lots of parking and easy access off the I-15. Other than that, this just one sorry excuse for an outlet mall as probably 80% of the potential retail spots are closed. I guess if the retailer you like is still here, then it might be fine. Definitely won't go out of my way to go back.

There are only three active stores.

Although We Did Find A Few Decent PickUps Between Hot Topic and Vans , It Unfortunately Seems As Tho This Outlet Malls Best Days Are Behind It. Definitely More Empty Store Fronts Than Places To Shop and Very Few Food Options to Choose From.

It's a very small outlet while going to see poppies, but it's worth shopping The price of the product is very cheap, it is good, and it is not complicated, so it is good to go around It's a mall with no features... I think need an item to develop this place

Buildings and parking lot landscaping are in disrepair.There are many empty storefronts. Levi's outlet is clean and well-organized. But $70 for a pair of jeans? The only good things at this center were wetzel's pretzels and dairy queen. Pretty empty and kind eerie. A victim of the times I guess.

I was in a car accident yesterday near the Outlets and their Security guard came up and started taking pictures of my vehicle and never spoke a word to me, never asked if I was ok. Then called the police on me for obstructing traffic (which I was not, the police had already been there) while I was waiting for the tow truck!! A disgusting human being 🫤

I worked at the outlet as my first job in high school, back when it was FULL. This is a terrible shame. I shop here as much as I can, support the businesses, events, etc. But someone at the City needs to step in. Love Bath & Body, Overstocked, Wetzel Pretzels, The Children's Store, Van's, Puma, Rue21... PLEASE come shop the outlets for your Christmas presents before you hit the mall! There are still some great shops to choose from!

Quality stores - well maintained and clean. The addition of new outside seating is great. Pints & Quarts is a good eatery - excellent food and service.

Few shops are still open. We didn't regret coming here from Irvine because of the reward we got from ch isitng the beautiful lake. Only anti Ann's and dairy Queen are open for food and drinks

My experience here was chill, very quiet and peaceful outlets which don’t seem to get very packed which I like. The amount of stores here is okay for what it is, it’s nice to walk around and just shop around any main stores you may be looking for. Overall, some very chill outlets.

I was expecting more. Most store fronts were empty. I came to this outlet hoping to find kids clothing and perfume. The two main children's store were very limited in style. Did not find a store that sold perfumes. I ended going to an Ulta store about a mile heading East. If you have the time to go, I believe we saw a bath and body works that seemed to be popping with ladies 😄

The few stores that remain here were lovely, as a whole it was at least half empty, which was eerie, but it felt safe while we were there in the afternoon.

Majority of the stores are closed so the area is like a ghost town. I definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to go here.

Overstocked store is the one to visit preferably Friday you get the best deal sealed boxes for only 8$

Always a great place to shop for deals. Good atmosphere, clean, and plenty of parking. Also nice place to have a drink and a meal.

This mall is basically closed. Lots of open spaces and empty stores. Only about 5 stores, the big ones are Gap, hot topic, bath and body works and Children’s place.

What a lousy place, good luck finding restrooms there. Impossible to find based on the mall directory, no signs anywhere in sight

They've made a lot of improvements at the Outlet with seating and food with a lot of different types of shops. Charging stations and plenty of parking available.

I am a shopper and I love all males and outlets and it sad to see this place being empty and most stores are closed. This outlet is right next to the freeway a good stop for a brake from long drive. I hope they can bring more stores back. Even though this place is dead but surprisingly that have a BurBerry sunglass that I wanted.
