First came here on a recommendation from my sister in Dec last year. Was in a lot of pain and really needed a massage. Tomas is amazing! Such an improvement after just the first session. Have continued seeing him since and have never felt better. You will not regret going here!

Felt great afterwards, and was advised appropriately on my tight spots and how to manage them. I highly recommend Body Techniques and Nicole, and will return.

Always fantastic service at Body Techniques. Remedial massages here work wonders. Staff are always friendly and polite and pricing is what you would expect to pay for the services. I love the website also allows you to book etc from the website and the reminders are brilliant for busy people. Cant recommend highly enough.
