    Disappointing customer service. Dropped into the store for a faulty product purchased about a year ago. The store assistant was rude and condescending with me for not knowing that I should have made an appointment with a technician prior to driving the 45 mins to get to the store. Upon asking to speak to somebody more senior, I was told that this individual was a store manager. If management treat their customers this way, I'll definitely never go there again. I received excellent customer service from the Apple Brisbane store.

    Waited to buy a Mac book air for over 40min. Everyone who wanted to buy one was ignored. We were all told we were next, but staff would help those with iPhones and watches as they came in. Just left without a sale. Best to not bother with Carindale store. Especially if you want to buy a computer.

    Inefficient Process for Obtaining a Tax Invoice: During the process of purchasing my MacBook Air, I made a specific request for a tax invoice. The salesperson assured me that the invoice would be sent to my email. However, despite patiently waiting for the email, I never received the invoice. Frustrated by the lack of response, I decided to reach out to the retail store. The person I spoke to on the other end advised me to send an email requesting the tax invoice. Despite my effort in sending an email, I still did not receive any response. This ultimately pushed me to take the initiative of visiting the store in person. Upon my arrival at the store, the staff informed me that if I brought in my laptop, they would be capable of generating and printing the tax invoice for me. Following their instructions, I returned home to retrieve my laptop and subsequently made a second trip back to the store. It was only at this juncture that they were finally able to provide me with the much-needed tax invoice. I find it noteworthy that this convoluted process could have been streamlined. The issue could have been easily resolved through a simple phone call, eliminating the need for an in-person visit to the store.

    Purchased online and went to pick up at the Carindale store. Lachie and Peta (NN) provided lovely service including letting me know that inadvertently purchased an additional adapter even though my iPad already had one. They quickly processed the refund and I was on my way. Thank you for the service!

    Apple are customer centric and focussed. The team are well trained and knowledgeable. Anytime I have been to purchase items they have always had stock so it’s no use to come to the store and leave with the product you were after.

    I had to buy a new MacBook Air today.... and honestly, every time I go there the customer service is so incredible. Today I had Steven help me, he was such a genuine, nice person. He was lovely to talk to, and very friendly. Absolutely made my day.

    I’m so grateful to Jeremy who looked after me when I took my malfunctioning device to their Carindale store. He was warm and welcoming, put me at ease, quickly diagnosed the issue and got clearance promptly on how to proceed. He organised an interim device for me before shipping mine off to be repaired and I ended up having my own handset ready to be picked up after 4 business days! Thank Jeremy, 5 stars!!!

    I bought iPad and pencil at this store and at the same time but on split invoice, then the Applecare+ for ipad can’t include apple pencil just because they are not on the same invoice. No one notice me before I bought. So wired so disappointed.

    Booked in a service for a cracked tablet screen, specified the model and nature of damage in advance and got the appointment confirmation. I walk in, sit down with someone and get told they can't repair cracked screens. I asked why am I here then? The answer was "to buy a new tablet" and so I walked out. Amazing.

    Best service I have ever had from apple. I’m not too sure how you spell their names but it was Brog, Nathan and another girl. I presented to the store with charging issues and without hesitation Brog said he will replace the internal components of the phone without any additional cost. Thank you so much Apple Carindale !!

    The Carindale Apple Store is the epitome of exceptional customer service. I went into store originally alongside a friend who was getting a repair. After I expressed interest in upgrading my device I was helped by Will to set up my account and transfer my device. This interaction unfortunately went past closing hours and we stayed back 1 hour after closing. Throughout this hour the whole team who was working was supportive and assuring that it was not a problem for them to stay and help. After some technical issues with a 3rd party provider I left with my plan unfinished. I was contacted throughout the week from the Apple Support team, assuring me that this issue will be fixed. They were proactive and clear in their correspondence so I was able to come back into store ASAP. I came back into store and was greeted by Brandon. Brandon finished the setup of my new device, showed me all the relevant features and was a friendly face during this stressful experience. All the issues were clearly communicated and explained in terminology I understand. I cannot recommend this store high enough. The friendly staff, clean environment, willingness to help and proactivity is only a few of many features that makes Apple Carindale an amazing store.

    Went in to exchange my girlfriends 45mm series 9 Apple Watch that was purchased on the Black Friday sales for the smaller version and was served by Paul. We had some issues doing the return since the Black Friday services offered an $80 gift card, however even though Paul couldn’t solve our issue he couldn’t have given better customer service. Bloke was awesome, a credit to the store. When we called Apple support after to try and talk about the extra charge involved, we were given the gift card back and the issue was completely resolved (Diane on the phone was super helpful as well and did everything to fix the problem for us). Any other Apple products I need I will be back, and I hope to again be served by Paul or someone similar. The experience could have been really bad considering the options he had available however his service really helped. I would recommend anyone needing anything from Apple to go in and ask for him
