Rooms
were
nice,
the
spa
and
pool
exceptional
however
the
attitude
of
the
staff
was
appalling.
I
left
the
keys
in
the
room
upon
check
out,
dispite
sharing
the
accomodation
with
a
friend
and
spending
$300
each
on
our
rooms
The
staff
treated
me
with
no
respect.
When
I
left
the
keys
upstairs
by
accident
I
was
not
offered
the
option
go
up
to
the
room
And
have
a
look
for
the
key.
Instead
I
was
asked
to
look
properly
through
my
luggage
made
to
take
everything
out
of
my
bags
in
the
reception
area
near
the
lifts
and
accused
of
it
being
my
fault
I
misplaced
the
keys
by
the
staff
members
who
became
very
hostile,
unfriendly
and
abusive.
In
the
end
one
of
the
receptionists
went
up
to
the
room
and
they
found
I
had
left
the
key
on
the
bed.
I
was
very
upset
at
this
point
and
asked
to
leave
and
be
taken
to
the
car
park
where
the
automatic
doors
would
not
open
and
I
had
to
wait
until
someone
drove
in
to
leave
.
I
asked
the
receptionist
if
I
could
talk
to
her
manager
she
told
me
she
owned
the
business
and
that
she
was
the
manager.
If
this
is
the
case
what
kind
of
owner
treats
their
guests
in
this
way.
I
told
her
I
was
not
stupid
and
that
I
would
be
going
to
fair
trading
to
lodge
a
complaint
which
I
will
still
be
doing.
Overall
I'm
disappointed
as
I
stay
in
Brisbane
a
lot
for
work
and
I
was
planning
on
staying
here
more
often
but
never
again.
Not
even
an
apology.
All
I
got
was
blamed
and
spoke
to
in
an
abusive
manner.
Personally
I
will
never
stay
here
again.
The
apartments
10/10
,
pool
location
and
facilities
10/10,
the
staff
1/10.
