DIRTY & DISGUSTING! Rocked up to my room to find it full of mould, mould all over the bedding & after calling the after hours number, I got told no night manager, so there is nothing they can do for me. Not my first time staying here and it always seems to be dirty but mould on the bedding that is a bloody joke! How can you expect someone to sleep in a bed like that! Don’t waste your money here!

As there was mentioned it's going to be serviced apartment, it wasn't. Bed matteres was really old and uncomfortable, Bedsheet had blood stain, none of the bedside table lamps were working. Internet was very slow. Won't recommend anyone to book in the future.

Room was nice, just very small. Everything was clean, but the best thing about the accommodation was the location! Close to the city kat for cruising around the Brisbane River and lovely walk to the associated cafes/eateries for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Perfect spot for an overnight layover. Close to both domestic and international airports. Room was immaculate.

Easy to find. Nice apartments, excellent service, friendly staff, cafes, shops and postal within walking distance.

We had a brief stay in early January. Wish we could have stayed longer! It was excellent! Wonderful location in a lovely leafy street in Ascot, just a few minutes walk from the racecourse (thorugh we didn't go there). Lots of excellent restaurants within 5 minutes walk, a Coles supermarket across the road. Thr facilities in the hotel apartment were very good - nice kitchen, large dining/lounge, balcony. There was a good laundry (washer/drier) with laundry powder, which we didn't use. Beds very comfy. The whole place was well maintained and clean. Manager was very helpful, as were cleaning staff.

Domain Service Apartments were a pleasure to stay with. The Manager Cameron was extremely helpful with every aspect of our stay - including storing our bags before check in time - thanks! Location is everything in travel and Domain are in the absolute premium location in East Brisbane. With shops and cafes/restaurants withing metres and access to bus, river cat ferries and trains withing an easy 5 minutes walk, Domain Serviced Apartments' location makes it the best option for staying on the East side. We will definitely be back.

The room was nice and clean. It's located near Ascot station and some bus stops, so it's easy to use public transport nearby. Staffs were kind.

Location! Location! Location! Set in the bustling suburb of Ascot, Domain Service Apartments is surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. Immediately across the road is Ascot Central shopping centre and a Coles supermarket. The 3br apartment size was generous, master with ensuite and shared bathroom for the remaining guests. A minor maintenance issue meant the dishwasher was out of order, but didn’t pose a problem for our short stay. The shower pressure was good but the temperature of the hot water left a lot to be desired especially in the kitchen to wash the dishes. Overall, it was pleasant and just what we needed for our short stay!

Small hotel room size and amenities. Not worth the money at all and wouldnt stay again

Only stayed one night however we found the entry system and access code to be very easy to use, the room was very clean, well furnished with modern furniture and kitchen ware and we watch FOXTEL on the large TV. The A/C system worked well and we had a large balcony overlooking the local supermarket which came in very handy. It was a great nights stay.

I booked an overnight stay here in a one bedroom apartment. Pros, no contact checkin with a code only. The place was pretty clean and organized. Location is great opposite coles and an easy walk to the hamo or ferry. Cons. Internet is poor and you only have access to 1GB which isn't made clear when booking, as a business stay this was a huge issue after I already was there. There was a number of locked rooms which is fine but I had no other bathroom then the one in my actual bedroom which was awkward when I had people come for a meeting. If these things don't matter to you I still think there are nicer spots for comparable prices, the interior was not as pretty as the pictures online and the noise from children upstairs carried very clearly.

Checking in was a nightmare. They sms me access code which didn't work. They avoid face to face checking in. 2nd code opened basement carpark but didn't open the lift. rang again, 3rd code opened lift but not my room door. 4th time code worked after I frankly told them if any more issues with access code refund my money and I wont stay. Poor Covid hygiene practice; everyone's hand touches keypad to enter access code - there is no hand sanitizer around. Room was clean, very close to restaurants. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Great view, close to food outlets. Off street parking always good. Had plenty of room in apartment. Only know one clean the coffee machine out, still had pod in it and in the holder. The room itself was nice and clean.

Apartment itself is average. Uncomfortable sofa,extremely uncomfortable bed and an ensure designed for midgets. Had problems with entry code getting in and could not get internet to connect. Called Internet help who never responded so...no internet. Would I stay again?? No

I absolutely would not NEVER recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a good quiet rest. I arrived at 00:20 (after working almost 12hours) To find there was no secure parking as advertised. Yes there is basement parking but it’s VERY limited for the size of the property. The room is subpar for the money I spent, I would of had stayed at the ibis if I knew it was so bad. I was expecting an apartment as advertised but it is a BERY basic hotel room. The rooms are located near the lifts so if you’re looking to sleep in forget it. You hear the chime of the lift every time someone comes and goes & as people congregate at the left you hear all their conversations and chatter. I checked for a late checkout before I booked then was told it’s not available. The room has no block out curtains they’re more of a privacy curtain and let in A LOT of light, not good if you’re looking for a good rest. 100% I will tell all my friends & anyone who will listen about how bad this place was. NEVER again!!!!

Very disappointing experience. Booked 2 night stay, our first visit, with friends who also booked a room, but had to cancel the 2nd night at short notice due to snap Qld covid lockdown on Sat 31 July and return to home on Gold Coast. I called the after hours answering service as soon as the lockdown was announced and spoke to person taking messages to advise we had to cancel room for that night and why. Subsequently spoke to GM who advised no refund and not even a credit would be given for cost of missed night. Poor PR on their part given no one at fault here. They may have a legal right to do this, and clearly don't care but none of us will be returning customers, ever.
