We waited over an hour past our scheduled appointment with no apology for whatever the delay was. My partner and I struggled to find a park as this venue is in a poor location with poor signedge to determine if we were at the correct building. This was an unfortunate visit and I can assure that the lack of customer service and lack of ability to arrange bookings in a timely fashion will see Marie stopes international Crumble From low quality customer service.

I would never recomend this clinic to anyone! Far from confidential, no post support, high prices horrible service and treatment of patients! Unapologetic staff. I’ve had prior patients contact me and ask if I’ve taken legal action I chose not too although they have looked to peruse this clinic is honestly horrible so bad I really can’t put it into words.

Very poor experience a receptionist named veronica made me and my partners day here so much longer and harder than need be. if it wasn't for the good nurses and doctors here i would have left. Appointment was for 8.15 my partner only went in after 1pm. I believe the receptionist needs to be fired as she is not suited to handle this type of employment and there are a few complaints that point to a smiliar if not the same repetitive problem from this clinic.

Very unprofessional & very poor experience. For the money you pay for the procedure you would expect top customer service. Was left waiting for hours even though an 8.15 app was booked. ended up going in at 11. Doctor wasn't sure he got foetus out so had to take a blood test, and because he was unsure if it came out or not I have to go in for another blood test and merina was unable to be inserted. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your time and money here. IN RESPONSE TO REPLY; no centre management did not call to follow up complaint. Poor poor service. Do not recommend at all

Go anywhere else but here. Terrible experience, longest wait times, rude Nurses. I’ve never been to such an unorganised establishment in my life. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I had two procedures with Marie Stopes Bowen Hills - one for a surgical procedure + IUD insertion and another for retained products. Both times, though with completely different staff, everyone was absolutely incredible. They were so kind and supportive and really did their best to make the experience as smooth as possible. I also engaged with the 24/7 aftercare nurses a number of times (due to some minor complications) and they were also incredible and just beautiful human beings. Highly recommend the sedation option, as you are asleep the whole time and you wake up like nothing happened. All in all, I highly recommend Marie Stopes Bowen Hills for any reproductive health service that you need. Big shout out to Dr Brad, Dr Carol and a number of the lovely nurses in the clinic. Also - Angus the anaesthetist is probably the funniest person you will ever meet. Thanks everyone.

Hi was skeptical when I 1st read all these reviews. Then realised that most users were just targeting abortion clinics. Staffs were very polite, The wait time was just as you would expect in a general healthcare setting in QLD health, Rather quick. I am glad that me and my wife chose this clinic. Thank you for all your help.

I had a surgical termination here 7 weeks ago. Staff and drs were lovely even though we had a 4 and a half hour wait which is horrible when you have been fasting. After the procedure i had little bleeding the pain was back but not unbearable. 4 weeks in and i thought it was period cramps, my gp got an ultrasound to check it out turns out their was tissue remaining in my uterus. She said this is not marie stopes fault as they do not look. Today after having intense pain for 3 weeks and not being able to cope with work or survive off painkillers i have seen a gyno at a private hospital who had to perform a D and C to get the remaining tissue out. 2.5k later and a very angry gyno said there was so much tissue left behind, she is not sure how i didnt end up in the emergency room. She did not recommend this place and i am so angry that i paid over $500 for a failed procedure then another 2.5k for a specialist to finish the job for Marie Stopes that they didnt do correctly in the first place. I would definitely not recommend here, what an ordeal. Especially going through something so hard as choosing not to go through with a pregnancy, “heal” then have to go through the pain again and spending more money on something that could have been done right. Is there someone i can call about this as i would love to have a chat. EDIT* i contacted marie stopes privately as they replied to me to do so, i was told it was not their fault at all and was told it was MY fault as i didnt contact them when they could have done the d and c for me. Sorry but why would i go back to this horrible place to have round 2 of a failed surgery? avoid this place at all cost.

I recently tried to call all around Queensland in order to find the cheapest place that would do a copper IUD insertion under sedation. I rang everywhere and ended up booking with Marie stopes. I was really scared because I read the reviews and was really hoping to find somewhere with high reviews. I decided I should just try it as the price was only $455 for the procedure under sedation without the iud (which I bought for $80 at the chemist). When I was driving past the front I kept looking for the clinic as all I saw was a really run down abandoned building. The maintenance of the front yard is the only thing that stoped this place from being five stars. The reviews I saw apparently said that they try to rush you through, and don’t care to explain. However, I had a really, really positive experience here. I had three different people talk to me before the procedure, the nurse, the anaesthesiologist, and the gynaecologist. Each and every one explained in detail what would be happening and allowed me to ask questions. I felt like I was taken care of properly, other than the facade, I would highly recommend going here. EDIT: This was four stars, but I recently drove past and the yard has been done.

Due to extreme heavy bleeding, I was recommended to get a Mirena fitted. The gynaecologist tried twice, but it was too painful to continue. Thankfully she was super compassionate to suggest we stopped and that I went under sedation to complete it. Problem is the public system line is way too long (for procedures requiring sedation) and the private system was way too expensive (between $4000-$8000) for a 30 minute booking in an operating theatre. After looking around for a while, I found Marie Stopes. They do no do general anaesthesia but deep sedation, which would be enough for the Mirena insertion without causing the pain trauma as one would have awake. I called to enquire and book in, voila they had a Saturday (with $50 extra charge for the weekend) appointment two weeks later. My total cost for the appointment was $535 on a Saturday (I already had my own device - otherwise it would have been an additional $40). Liz, Louise, Hayley, Brad and Angus were amazing! I was treated with so much compassion, respect and care. They could see I was nervous despite not verbalising it and they explained everything in detail, not once being impatient with me. I was there from 12pm and had to wait for a number of procedures before getting into the theatre. I was then picked up by my support person at 5pm. I woke up with no adverse symptoms, they kept me there for another half an hour to make sure I was okay and provided me antibiotics to take to ward off possible infection. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. You’re definitely my recommended outfit for IUD insertions! **I’m putting up this review because more people should know about the option of inserting an IUD under deep sedation that does not cost a limb. Further, being under deep sedation means no painful traumatic experience for women who have never had a vaginal childbirth, and this might encourage more who need IUD for whatever reasons they may have, to actively seek it.

Despite all the bad reviews, I decided to book with this clinic. Nothing but absolute regret. Paid all this money for an unsuccessful termination and not to mention NO REFUND. This clinic is all about the quantity of patients they can roll through in a day rather then the quality of service they could provide. Extremely unprofessional.

I had a surgical termination at the Bowen Hills clinic and you would think for the amount of money you pay, that they would remove EVERYTHING. Instead I’ve been left with retaining products, in hospital for the past 2 days with excruciating paints, blood loss and blood clots and have to get the same operation done for the second time this week now putting me at risk of becoming infirtile due to previous surgeries. The marina I paid $150 for them to insert is also sitting sideways and has to be removed so that was a waste of time and money. Not happy at all and would not reccomend this clinic to anyone. The only good experience was that the staff were nice.

Staff are lovely however the wait was ridiculous sat in the same room for over an hour without even getting seen or an update. Terrible service when it come to waiting times. Instead of seeing the people who are waiting it all just shuts down for lunch. Why not work appointments around this time 👍

Hi Staff, Doctors, Nurses, and Team, I am giving my honest feedback related to my surgical procedure. It's not a place any women wants to find herself, in terms of why, medical and access to health care, was and changed my life, even though for most women expecting is the best day of there life's, some women have different stories how this lead them to make a health choice for their life and wellbeing. The staff, doctor, nurse, team at Bowen Hills were very professional, efficient, supportive, compassionate, understanding, and was a positive environment in a hard circumstances for myself. If you have a choice to make for your health, and your future, Marie Stopes Bowen Hills was and helped me regain power and choice over my health and body, the empowered me, after my contraception was sabotaged. It was very reassuring to sit with and see other women during the process. Your in good hands, and we all hope that this doesn't happen to any other women as it's not an experience we wish for, when it comes to your health, make decision for your best health outcome, it's very personal choice. The practise is clean, tidy, and you are well looked after, there is empathy, and compassion for all women. I'm grateful that even though it's a procedure you don't want to go through, the clinic changed the course of my life in a positive way. That's when you have a choice. Thank you, everyone at the clinic, you are all extraordinary people, team, I appreciate you all for your service and help in my health. Isaacs

I was struggling to find a clinic to get an IUD insertion under IV sedation but Marie Stopes were able to book me in super quickly. The staff were beyond extraordinary - they were all so incredibly helpful and kind, and I felt very calm and at home in their care. I really can’t stress enough how lovely the whole experience was and how much I recommend their services! The staff were just all so lovely and sweet and gave me comprehensive answers to all of my questions. The aftercare nurse was especially kind and made me feel very reassured and relaxed. Overall I had such a positive experience with the staff and procedures at the clinic and will definitely recommend them to others!

Had a surgical procedure here and the experience was so good and welcome. They made me feel so calm even when I’m a very nervous person. Thanks to everyone there, nurses both in and outside of operation, the anaesthetist, Dr. Andy if i rmb his name right. The procedure went so quick I didn’t even kno it ofc I was put to sleep. Last thing i knew is that I fell asleep in operation room n woke up in recovery room. Didn’t even remember what happened just like how I want.

I can not recommend MSI Bowen Hills Clinic enough. All staff are so extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Going into my appointment I was extremely nervous, however, the care and support that I received was so genuine. I could not have asked for a better experience. A big thank you to all the nurses/doctors/receptionist who made my day a lot easier.

The after care and information regarding recovery was was at a high standard. I would not hesitate in recommending the clinic.

3 weeks ago I had a surgical termination at the Bowen Hills clinic. NOTHING BUT RUDE STAFF.. When my partner and I decided to get an abortion I made an appointment. When I walked into the abortion clinic. I sat down in the chair for 10-20 minutes WITHOUT any of the receptionist checking up on me until one handed me some paperwork and said "fill this out", I signed that paperwork, as I waited for my name to be called. When they called my name we went to this room and the nurse handed me some paperwork and just flew by like "yeah yeah yeah, this is gonna be done and this it's what's going to happen." No consideration at all and I was hoping someone would be like "do you really wanna do this?" Then had to get an ultrasound and the last couldn't ask if I wanted to keep the scan or not and took me straight into the waiting room for surgery and mainly threw a bag at me and said "get changed ready for surgery" which I did as I sat down and waited again.. Surgery goes ahead and this is where a nice lady gives me something to drink, eat and some painkillers. Before having my partner collect me WOULD NOT RECCOMENED, WITH THE AMOUNT OF RUDNESS. PLUS THIS WAS MY 2ND TIME GOING THERE...

Our recent experience was exceptional. I do understand why some might say it's an uninviting building as it sits on a corner in a busy area with no parking available and inside there's a set of pokey stairs leading up to a tiny area with a door and intercom. Once inside, the dark chocolate exposed brick does give you the sense that the walls are closing in on you but the waiting seats are facing the large window looking out onto the street below. Reception staff were pleasent. We were there for my teenage daughters abortion and the nursing staff, doctor and anesthesist were all very professional and helpful. My daughter raved about everyone being so nice to her. Just as a side note: Any support persons will be asked to leave once the person being treated goes in as the centre has a large daily turn over and limited space. You can return to pick them up but just keep it in mind as no-one will advise you of this.

5 weeks pregnancy. I have asked medical at home service, Marie Stoped rude staff member said i have only surgical option... that is not true. The same day I went to licences GP who gave me prescription to buy medication at normal chemist for much less price. Marie Stopes wanted more money to do surgical procedure instead of medical. This clinic won't be recommended.

The nurses here are absolutely wonderful! I've never come across such caring nurses before, although the reception staff are blunt and looked confused when I asked questions they should have known the answers to. The reception were rushing the Dr to finish my session with him as others were waiting. This practice charges nearly $150+ more than options clinic, which I ended up going to and felt way more comfortable with them.

Try to avoid them, the main reason is "they are very expensive" for a unknown reason. Some GP's refer them but you can still google as there are plenty of options available.

I had a surgical termination with marie stopes on the 8th of june. Once the procedure was done and i went home i was bleeding from the backside. I was in a lot of pain, with the amount of blood i seen i went straight to emergency. Finding out i had a large tear in my backside. The nurse told me this was caused from them being extremely rough during the procedure. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE!

We had a surgical termination due to medical issues with our baby. It was a very sad & stressful time for us. Our GP & medical specialists had given us misleading advice re: termination, as they took it upon themselves to try & convince us to keep the baby. This meant missing the 14 week cut off for surgical termination (I was 14 weeks, 5 days) On Friday afternoon, through an amazing midwife at Metro South, we got a surgical termination booked at MSI on Monday morning. We had tried to get an appointment directly with MSI the day before and were told it was a 2 week wait for an appointment & I’d be long past their 15 week deadline. So if you really want/need a surgical termination, try getting a referral here through a midwife at a public hospital. The midwife pulled strings for us, calling the MSI directors for a favor, as she could tell how stressed we were and how much a medical abortion would traumatize us. The MSI building was secure, discreet , welcoming and offered space for couples or a support person. My husband was allowed to be in the waiting room and doctors office with me. When I went to the surgery waiting room, we were separated, but the nurses rang my husband twice to update him throughout the process. The nurses here made sure patients were comfortable & warm. At no point did we feel judged for our decision to terminate by any of the staff. People come here for all sorts of reasons, and I watched all patients be treated with care & respect. In the operating room, the staff were very reassuring. The process was explained several times, so there were no shocks or surprises. I was given comprehensive booklets & a hot line to call if there were any issues. There was plenty of time given to read the booklets so I fully understood what was going to happen. When I sat on the operating table, I got nervous, the surgeon reassured me I was well taken care of. It was obvious the staff cared about the well being of patients. I woke up about an hour after surgery. I do not remember anything from the surgery and felt no pain at all. As I recovered, a nurse was present the entire time. After making sure I was in no pain, they offered drinks and biscuits. I was able to leave within 20 minutes of waking. My process from start to finish was 6 hours, most of which was waiting for medication to kick in. (Because I was 15 weeks+ my process took longer) The waiting room for surgery had recliner chairs. With my own iPad to watch movies, it was a relaxing environment pre surgery. I’ve felt no pain since the surgery and only a little bit of bleeding (which is normal). The only downside of this place is the car parking. There is one visitors car park, if that is taken, try the side streets (cello park app will tell you where there are free parks). Make sure you come early to find a park, or get dropped off by someone. Highly recommend coming here for terminations. It is not a place people want to be in, but if you find yourself needing a termination, this place is affordable and offers a kind & caring service. Thank you MSI & team.

I underwent my surgical abortion last Friday the 10th of November, All seemed to be going exceptionally well. I was treated kindly and felt comfortable and welcomed, Although it was a sad and stressful time i felt i was in a safe space. However i wasn’t and am unhappy with how the procedure was done and what went wrong to cause this. I left the clinic in no pain, light bleeding was all and just disoriented from the anaesthetic but all seemed to be fine. I was told i would be discharged with pain medication to take home, However i wasn’t. The same night i all of a sudden started to get extremely excruciating contractions in my uterus, Now to my understanding obviously slight cramping and discomfort was known to be normal after having this procedure. However the pain i experienced was like no other, I am honestly scarred from this pain and never want to go through a traumatic experience like that again. It felt like my insides were being ripped apart over and over, Contractions type of feeling but 10x worse, I was shaking in coldness but sweating, rocking back and forth, screaming in pain like never before. I called an ambulance and was immediately taken to emergency department. As i sat there in pain , vomiting blood, horrible bleeding and discomfort. I was immediately admitted to hospital as a patient, with multiple blood tests, Multiple pain killers (Fentanyl, Morphine , Endone , Codeine) i was given all of this painkillers and nothing helped with the pain , I then had to have ultrasounds , an internal ultrasound as the doctors thought it was a possibility that the termination was unsuccessful and there could of possibly been scar tissue left that was causing the pain however nothing was seen on the ultrasound. I did multiple other tests and swabs , then to find out the doctors expressing extreme concern of the look of my uterus and cervix by having the internal ultrasound and papsmear, my uterus being so inflamed and infected from this procedure. I was then diagnosed officially with the uterus infection called Edometritis. , I was in hospital from friday night (day of the procedure) till Tuesday morning, On multiple pain medications, and the strongest antibiotics through a drip and cannula in my arm for 3 days straight In the worst unbearable pain i’ve ever experienced in my life. It’s now been a week since the procedure and i am still having bad pains and issues , This infection i was told by the doctor that if i had stayed at home and tried to sleep it off ect, and never went to hospital could of caused long term effects such as infertility. This isn’t what i expected from this procedure at all and how i have been diagnosed with such a serious cervix and uterus infection is beyond me, was your equipment not sterilised? What was it. Not to mention the fact. no follow up calls have been made, no contact has been made, Absolutely nothing. And the fact there is no direct number to call , other than the main one which you are on hold for for over an hour is ridiculous. This experience has quite literally traumatised me and i wouldn’t wish this pain or experience upon anybody.

Now I can only say as a review from dropping my daughter off at bowen hills, Marie stopes and the information that I had required to making the appointment. I booked my daughter in here and upon calling them for an abortion that depending where your at in your pregnancy stage it does range in cost. The earlier you are the cheaper it is but my daughter was 13 weeks and we paid $550 with $100 deposit. After 14 weeks your going into the $1000+ range. The website says you will need a support person which you will afterwards due to slight drowsiness etc. There is NO parking there, I found the closest parking is on hurworth street (paid parking) just 3min walking distance if you get close enough, but you can park in the driveway if your picking up only. They gave me good enough information when I called them. So I was quite happy for my daughter to come here and hoped everything went well although it's a pity as a support person you can't go in with them. As other reviews prior stated the building looks rundown and is in need of a major maintenance clean up out the front. Other then that seemed like our experience was good

Would not recommend coming here at all especially to have a surgical termination. There are now many places that can provide this treatment that will provide you with exceptional care unlike MSI. I Had a surgical termination in the beginning of October. 2 weeks later I had heavy bleeding and couldn’t get through to the after care line that was provided by them so I went to the emergency department. The doctors told me that there were contents of conception left behind sizing up to 41cm/s and that having two surgeries close together increases my risk of infertility. In the end the only management to reduce the risk of infection and the highest rate of success was surgery. Overall they charged me $800 for a surgery that they said had gone to plan when in fact it did not. There are more details I could go into of negligence but the most important facts I have stated.

I’d recently had two unsuccessful medical abortions and was extremely nervous to go through with the D&C as I’d been through so much, mentally & physically already over the last couple of months. As soon as I had the consultation the male doctor and male anaesthetist who were completing the procedure, I instantly felt peace and knew I was in good hands. The waiting room to go into surgery was extremely comfortable - reclining chairs and TV. The nurses, doctor and anaesthetist who were in the procedure room ensured I was comfortable and continued talking to me for redirection as I was extremely anxious. I awoke from surgery to different nurses who were also great! They ensured my blood pressure was okay, checked my bleeding and gave me water & biscuits. My overall experience was absolutely perfect and I cannot thank the team enough! A shoutout to the awesome male doctor! Thanks

I had an IUD insertion under sedation and overall it was a lovely experience. The nurses especially were compassionate, friendly and informative of my options. I felt nervous as it was my first time having any type of procedure, thankfully the staff was very comforting and my nerves quickly settled. The only complaint I have is the wait times without much information on when I was estimated to go into theatre, although wait times are common in the health industry and I don't know the details of behind the scenes.

Took my partner to an appointment that we were told could be up to 4 hours at the most. At the 6 hour mark after her appointment time she was released from her surgery to be taken home. I found out it took so long because her doctor had her informed they were going for a quick lunch then proceeding with her operation but didn't return. Someone else was told to step in by a nurse who noticed she had been waiting for over an hour after her scheduled surgery time in the waiting room where she wasn't allowed to eat or drink, at this point she hasn't eaten for around 16 hours. I do not feel that the time management and consideration for the patients was prioritised by this service and that if there had been anywhere else to go for this procedure I would recommend going there.

I was treated very well from the reception until the end of my procedure (IUD replacement). I felt secure because everything was explained very clearly by the nurses and doctor. All the professionals were very careful, loving, and friendly with me. I would like to know the names of all of them to mention here in gratitude, but unfortunately, I only know the ones mentioned on my invoice, Dr. Nicole Drever and Dr. Jacqueline Lippiatt. Thank you very much to them. I definitely recommend the clinic and will return.

Wouldn’t let me stay with my partner and have multiple excuses as to why not with first being that we need to social distance yet we are a couple and wouldn’t need to, secondly got told that because I’m a man I couldn’t go with her as to not scare any other women yet the doctor performing the procedure was a man and I watched another man walk back there aswell which defeats the purpose as by their logic he would scare the women there and then got told that if they had a bigger building I would’ve been alowed to be with her yet there were no more than three other people waiting whilst I was there and when she was there all by herself as we had to fly in and I was left to my own devices in a foreign city all day whilst my partner was all alone and scared, the only thing they got right was the procedure but left my partner feeling scared anxious and alone

Had an IUD put in under sedation here. Everything was fine until I had a bad reaction coming out of the sedation. The nurses didn't seem to know what to do, the doctor told me I had "weird anatomy" and the anaesthetist told my family member picking me up that the whole thing (me having a bad reaction) was "a bit of a pain in the bum". I do not feel like I received good care here and would not recommend them to anyone. Edited to add, apparently my feedback is not as important as MSI Australia would have me believe, since it took them over 9 months to even respond to my review at all.

I had a surgical termination on the 30th December due to an unplanned pregnancy. I was referred from the Logan hospital and got an appointment with MSI a week later. The MSI building was very discreet and staff were very welcoming and offered space for a support person. My best friend came along with me as my support person and the staff made both of us feel very relaxed and welcomed. My best friend was aloud to be a part of the whole process except for the surgical part of it. I couldn’t have done this without her. Being a mum of two beautiful children already. This decision was the hardest I’ve ever had to make. And I couldn’t have done it without her or the amazing team at MSI. Never once did I feel judged from the staff I was actually treated with such absolute kindness and respect. The process was explained very thoroughly and I got introduced to all the team involved in the process and every step was explained in great detail for my understanding and reassurance. So there were no shocks or surprises. I was given contact information and a booklet for aftercare and what to expect. I was very nervous once in the operating room and I started to get a bit teary the dr held my hand the whole time and reassured me I was in good hands and I was well taken care of. He held my hand right up until I went under. And the whole team was kind and caring the whole way through. When I woke up I was in no pain whatsoever. And I had no bleeding either. I had a nurse with me the whole time including from when I woke up and then I was taken over to a recliner chair and was given some biscuits and water and antibiotics. The nurse always asked if I wasn’t in any pain or discomfort. She wanted to make sure I was comfortable and I was given a heat pack before I left to go home. I highly recommend MSI. They definitely offer a kind and caring service.

Absolutely beautiful kind and caring staff, from the reception through to surgical team and lastly aftercare. My person was Sarah in aftercare and she fussed over me right up until the moment I was picked up. I can't remember everyone else's names but I am so grateful for how considerate and patient every single person was. Thankyou ❤️

The night before I came here I looked at the reviews and was really scared by the bad reviews it had got. Especially as I was booked in for a surgical procedure and needed to trust these people. On entering I was welcomed by a kind calm lady and from then on all of the staff were kind, patient and not rushed. I was very very scared and the 2 nurses were very sweet and calming and the doctor was very knowledgeable and confident. The reason for the 4 stars is because the place isn't very welcoming in terms of the old chairs, dated rooms and the toilet was gross, someone had had diarrhoea in it and as I was the first patient I can only imagine it was a staff member. The toilet stank so bad which is no good if youre queasy and there was no air freshener and the toilet roll was single ply. I think the place should be brightened up more and revamped a little and it would make the process much nicer

I want to say thank you especially to Fiona and Haley I’m sorry if I got names wrong I’m the one with the pink suitcase the nurses should remember me. Not only them but every single person that spoke with me on the phone prior to my appointment. I have never ever ever felt so scared and so alone in the world as I did prior to my appointment being secured with you. I had a number of doctors muck me around provide no care or help. I have no family here no money from Covid it was a really scary time. For the first time after calling countless hospitals and support organisations I got my first real feeling of actually being cared about like I matter they do want to help me. And it really showed when the CEO said they would finance me(no other bank or credit card company would) so i could go ahead this is hours before I would never ever have another chance. I cried so much that night just the fact that there is good people out there that care and have made a difference. I could write a longer novel and not even begin to explain the thanks and the difference you have made to my life. I didn’t feel alone in the two days I was at the clinic. and you can’t put a price on the feeling of being cared for and supported during a really really scary time. So thank you everyone at Bowen Hills for your support and encouraging words that made every horrible second of pain that much easier on me. Keep doing what your doing with the amazing personalities you have and other girls can feel like I do 😊

Today I had a copper IUD inserted under sedation. It was a great experience, all of the staff from reception, nurses and doctors were absolutely lovely and so warm and welcoming. They explained everything in detail and when the procedure was over they constantly asked how I was feeling and if I needed anything. The nurse Hayley (I hope I got her name right!) is so beautiful and lovely and nice! I would recommend this clinic to everyone who needs contraception or any other family planning procedures done.

Wonderful team, knowledgeable friendly doctor and friendly nurses. I did have a long wait time but that is to be expected at any medical facility. Procedure was done without complications and I was charged exactly what I was quoted over the phone. I absolutely recommend this place.

From the time I made my initial phone call to walking out the door, I received friendly and professional service. The reception staff were prompt and very helpful with dealing with my health insurance provider. The nurses were very compassionate and thorough. The doctor and anaesthetist were very reassuring, professional and answered any questions happily and in a non condescending manner. Once the procedure had been done I recieved wonderful aftercare and was well looked after until I was collected. Given that there have been some very contrasting negative reviews of the treatment provided, it is safe to say that I did not receive anything that would warrant a complaint.

The Doctors and Nurses were absolutely amazing, they helped me feel welcome and comfortable when I had been feeling quite anxious. I ended up laughing and chatting throughout most of my time because we all got along so well. To have such good support at a difficult time was very reassuring. Thankyou.
