Coming from California where we've got the infamous In-N-Out and The Habit, I have to say the burgers at Betty's Burgers are equal if not better than the burgers back home (don't shoot the messenger if anyone from California is reading this). I got the Betty's Deluxe burger - nice crispy bacon, juicy patty, soft bun, and tasty Betty sauce. Also got onions rings that were beautifully crispy. Highly recommend this burger chain for anyone looking for a tasty burger meal!

You know, when your business model is dedicated to a specific product you'd better be amazing at it. With Betty's Burgers I'd say they're pretty close - good, not great. And for the price point, it's just alright. We'd walked past this place half a dozen times so we gave it a shot. First we stood at the entrance trying to figure out what we were supposed to do - there was no one (and no sign) saying the process is. Good one! So if the whole schtick is grab a menu and then go up and order everything yourself, it's probably a good to make that super clear for anyone new to Betty's. And if you're gonna advertise that you have Betty's Beer in your menu, it's also probably a good idea to actually keep that in stock. So overall was it worth it? Eh, not really. All things considered I'd probably elsewhere.

I enjoyed sandwiches 🥪, we ordered Deluxe Burger 🍔 and Crispy Chicken Superme. Both of them are tasty and delicious. We will come back and try more items soon. Thank you for making good time 🙏🍻

Special shout out to Cam who was so welcoming, friendly and helped me with my order after a long flight - honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a LONG time. Nice and cozy place. But any filling will be very fried. I ordered a mushroom burger and expected to see mushrooms inside, not a deep fried mushroom cutlet in crumbs. But this is my personal preference.

Every time I've been to Betty's Burger's they've never disappointed. I usually go for their beef burger but decided to give the fried chicken burger a go and did not regret. The bun was soft, chicken was so hot and veggies were fresh. Customer service from front end to back end of the restaurant was great. It was covid safe too, all the tables were spread apart. Good vegetarian options in this place which is what I don’t normally order. Shroom burger seems to be favourite and calamari rings was good Even though overall is a bit pricey .However the friendliness service offset this. Would be good to have during weekend mornings or grabbing a quick bite

Brought the family here yesterday, really nice food. There were five of us eating in and the orders were all ready in a few minutes. Burgers taste fresh and easy, not greasy. had their mushroom burger, the mushroom sauce was great. My wife and I had a concrete each (frozen custard desert cup mix), lots of nice flavours. Would go again. Staff also very friendly and professional.

Betty’s Classic is quite a simple, delicious burger with quality ingredients.

The burger was delicious, the fries were tasty and for its price the drink was quite a reasonable size. They don't have bins which is strange, they seem to expect you to leave your rubbish on the table. Feels weird to have someone else clean up your mess but that's how it works there Overall, very decent, not the cheapest. Costed me around 20$ for a meal

Service was ok, Chips and Onion Rings were absolutely terrible, old or unclean oil in deep fryer, and as for burger it was good except for the very thin overcooked meat pattie with no taste. Over $50 for 2 burgers onion rings and chips, over priced and poor quality. Won’t recommend and won’t be going back!

The burgers are surprisingly nice (they shouldn't be surprising since it's a burger joint) but that's it. "Thick"shakes only come in medium. At 8 dollars I'd excuse that if they were incredible, but they aren't. You're better off buying milk and ice cream at Coles or Woolworths and making your own. I also bit into a piece of bone in my burger, but I won't let this affect my review, and it's more just a warning. You may like it here, but I did not. Lack of fans didn't help, either.

Service was met with a smile and knowledge of the menu. Clean restaurant, with the service staff cleaning after other customers as I waited. Didn't have to wait too long for the order. The crinkle cut fries pair up very well with the delicious Betty's Sauce, especially if you get the right amount of sauce in between crinkles. The thickshake was...well perfect, not overly sweet and the desired amount of thickness. Burger was full of flavour and with the ideal amount of condiments. Struggling to find a complaint, except maybe price, however you get what you pay for!

Burgers are tasty, salad is fresh, chips are nice either way, and the chicken....well....the chicken is proper nice! Yum yum! Value for money? Family of 6 =$130, meal each, a beer, a wine, soft drinks x 2 salad, 2 x burgers 3 x chicken and 3 x chips...in the centre of Brisbane! We paid $200+ for a sit down meal 2 nights prior and we enjoyed Betty's more. Well done!

It isn't often I eat in the city and I'm glad I chose Betty's Burgers today! Very friendly service by all the staff and particularly Oliver. The food was fresh and delicious. I had the crispy chicken supreme burger, chips and a shake and would probably have the same again next time (there will be a next time!) Covid safe policy was being adhered which is comforting now days. Highly recommend!
