First
impression:
beautiful
room,
reception
and
innovative
architectural
Hotel.
The
rooms
have
a
lot
of
space,
beautiful
big
shower,
nice
decoration.
Minibar
is
filled
with
a
lot
of
different
wines.
But
the
wines
aren't
good.
The
good
wines
are
only
available
in
the
restaurant
of
the
resort.
Throughout
the
day
no
type
of
service
is
available
in
the
resort,
and
no
one
is
around.
The
breakfast
was
disappointing.
The
bread
and
croissants
were
just
the
kind
you
put
in
the
oven.
We
understand
that
the
breakfast
needs
to
be
pre-ordered.
But
for
lunch
or
tea
time,
every
little
thing
needs
to
be
pre-ordered
the
day
before.
They
say
it's
because
of
Covid19.
But
it
seems
that
this
is
much
easier
for
the
staff.
That's
a
shame.
Because
the
hotel
sells
himself
high
in
quality.
This
is
true
for
the
inventory,
but
sadly
not
for
the
service.
One
evening
we
went
to
the
restaurant
syrah(The
restaurant
of
the
resort).
The
dinner
was
delicious,
except
for
the
spaghetti
with
mussels.
They
were
full
of
sand.
I
complained
and
the
chef
brought
us
an
other
dish.
The
wine
we
drank
in
the
restaurant,
was
also
from
the
buonamico
vinery,
the
same
vinery
as
the
wines
in
the
room.
But
these
wines
were
different.
They
were
very
good
and
tasty!
The
staff
was
very
friendly
and
tried
to
fulfill
our
wishes.
All
in
all,
the
resort
does
not
meet
the
price
performance
ratio.
