I went to this shop last Friday for a haircut. The hairdresser was great, but I can't say the same about the manager. I was mistakenly charged €190 instead of €45. Until this point all was normal, the staff were very polite about it and asked me to wait for the manager. When he arrived, this man seemed to be in a bad mood, did not apologise for the mistake and said they'd have to make a bank transfer the next day, because I didn't have a Portuguese account. I didn't understand why he didn't do a refund back to the card I used for the payment, but didn't even ask since he was visibly in a rush or upset, I honestly couldn't tell. I left my bank details on a piece of paper and asked him if he'd need my phone number just in case. He said no. He gave me a new receipt for €45, and I politely asked if I could take a photo of the €190 for my records until I received the €145 refund. He seemed offended. On Tuesday I hadn't received the refund and called them. I was genuinely concerned that I could have given the wrong IBAN, and they didn't have my phone number. The same manager picked up the phone and as soon as I shared a few words he literally said "it's done I didn't forget, goodbye", to which I replied that he didn't need to be rude. He then said "I've made the transfer but it's going to take a while". This man acted as if I was the one at fault, so bizarre. To me it's not so much about the amount or the wait, although it has been inconvenient; his attitude towards a customer it's what's shocking to me. Today, Wednesday, I've received the transfer. While the hairdresser was lovely, I don't recommend this place due to the manager's behaviour. It is unfortunate that one bad apple can really taint the perception of a whole business.

Fui bem recebida, com todo o carinho, muito profissionais e ela, uma grande profissional, simpática e uma consultora fantastica. Sai de la feliz com minha transformação, voltarei sem duvida. Aconselho vivamente este cabeleireiro.

O melhor corte de cabelo de Lisboa, não tenho dúvidas! Simplesmente fantástica a Cristina Rodrigues. Quem vai uma vez fica fã! Foi o que me aconteceu há uns 20 anos. A Cristina é igualmente fantástica em coloração penteados, cabelos melhor dizendo de forma abrangente. Uma boa equipa também que são uma simpatia. Tem de agendar!

Para além de serem uns queridos, fazem verdadeiros milagres. 10/10
