There are always wet food promotions that are worth it. The last time I visited the store, there was a lady collecting donations for the Paio Pires pet shelter. For each donation, the store granted cashback. I liked the initiative and I'm happy to buy from a store that helps this cause.

I went to the store to buy fish, I was clearly very little informed about them, but at the time a very friendly employee explained everything to me in detail about starting an aquarium, something they didn't do in other pet stores I've been to. I realized from the explanation they gave me that I wasn't doing things correctly after all and I went back a few days later to get everything. So far everything is going wonderfully!

I only learned about the existence of the Rio Sul store during the FIL event, as I have been a customer of this shopping center for several years. I believe they should invest more in advertising the store and promoting it.

I live in Seixal and I used to go to Kiwoko do Montijo because I had never realized there was a Kiwoko in Rio Sul. I found out about this store in Rio Sul when I was at Petfestival in FIL. It's a shame the store isn't well located 😞 5 star service from all staff! They are super helpful and friendly!

I recommend visiting this store, the employees are extremely friendly and available. There is always a concern about contacting us when a product is replaced. It just suggested that the store was more visible.
