Great place for a “stop and go” toilet use. Did it in my way to Alcântara Library. Lot of workers and coffee lovers. Looks to have tasty products. Will try next time.

Smooth rich coffee. They also provide alternative milks like oat. The pastries are much similar to normal ones in Lisbon and quite sweet. The space is super large and great for co working. Really quite and green part of city too. Service a little slow. On the expensive side for prices. Overall amazing place

The four of us had tea here and ordered sandwiches. Only because of the staff, the service was not good unfortunately. Much of what was on the menu was not available. So the staff had to sell ‘no’ for an answer at things we ordered. You are only allowed to point out what is available. Tea cups come with tarnish and so not cleaned properly. Tiredly it was replaced for a clean tea cup. The service is also sadly poor. They don't know where to serve what. Music on the other hand is good.

Officially they're laptop friendly. But don't take their word on that - only two tables are exclusively allowed to be used for laptops. And they're almost always taken. Otherwise you'll be asked to take your latop away. You better go to Starbucks if you intend to work in the café.

Bad coffee taste. If you are portuguese or italian and you love coffee, wouldn't recommend this place. The other products are very good and seems an interesting place to chat, work or meet. However, hosts don't speak portuguese...quite strange. Hope you can pay attention to these details.

Well prepared coffee creations, delicious pastries, solid bakery products as well as breakfast and brunch — you can’t go wrong if you’re looking for all of this in one of the „Copenhagen Coffee Lab“s in Lisbon. We came across this one after we had lunch the other day across the street and chose to take our coffee rather in the lab instead of the restaurant itself. The place is located in the basement of a house corner and it is unmistakable a Coffee Lab but with its own flair. As it is with all of these places. The walls are filled with some pieces of contemporary art and besides the typical tables there is a cosy corner with upholstered sits to dive deep into a relaxing mood and to enjoy your coffee preparation. The staff welcomed us just lovely, started the conversation right away as if we had leave just ours before. As I said before — you can’t go wrong with a visit at Copenhagen Coffee Lab.

The coffee is fine but as a wannabe Australian style cafe (albeit one in Danish clothes) they really need to improve their service. You can quite easily end up waiting 30mins for a coffee, for no other reason than their system is absurdly inefficient. It's as though it was designed to be a model of byzantine bureaucracy. The chaos of the more authentic cafes nearby might not have the same high-quality coffee but you won't wait long

Delicious oat latte - smooth, pretty, huge. Crispy pain au chocolate. Quite good. Area of improvement: the chocolate they use in the pain au chocolate needs to be more intense. I wish I had one in Campo de Ourique. I would be a regular.

A really lovely cafe with a cosy atmosphere. You can come here with your laptop, study or work while sipping your americano. They have delicious pastries and the baristas are really kind. I really liked the decoration and the comfy armchairs—as well as my cold brew with oat milk. Thank you!

Did a morning coffee stop here, good cappuccino, though mine was slightly luke warm. Good sized indoor seating area, but tables not particularly clean, though can see this is an uphill task when shop very busy as it was on my visit.

The negative point is the offer of food that is not very varied and is slightly below other places of the same brand. The service is good and professional. (Translated by Google) I'm not a huge fan of the Copenhagen Coffee Lab chain, but the Alcântara store stands out among the rest. More organized, more welcoming environment and even the showcase with food is more appetizing. Unfortunately, coffee (in specialty theory) is bad as in all other stores. (Original) Não sou muito fã da rede rede Copenhaguen Coffee Lab, mas a loja de Alcântara se destaca entre as demais. Quality of service and product do not fit the prices. It's adequate for tourists willing to pay more than they can get. If you want to verify, just look around before getting in this place and compare (there is for instance a french coffee shop nearby with better pastry at >2 thirds the price).

Trying to be a boutique cafe but it feels more like a coffee chain. Coffee is quite good but the atmosphere is cold and staff are just there to do the bare minimum and nothing more. Very poor customer service and very little attention to detail.

Best coffee in Lisbon by far. High quality of produce - bread, meals, etc - and well prepared, very polite staff. Quiet and with a lot of natural light. One of my favourite spots in town.

Tasty specialty coffee, decaf option, a great selection of pastries and breakfast, both Portuguese and the classic specialty cafe menu, plus bread and bakery products. They have a no-laptop policy and no free wifi, but I've seen people with laptops working. A cool spot to get your daily dose of hipster vibe. ☕️🥐🥑

  • 3/5 Tuva S. 3 years ago on Google
Good place to sit down and work or read a book. Although the employees should think of not speaking ill of the customers and their orders, even if it is "just" a coffee though. Remember that some of your costumers might be gringos but still speak and understand portuguese, and can hear you. Besides that, good concept of a café.

  • 4/5 Werner K. 3 years ago on Google
By far the noisiest of the CCLs in Lisbon-yet, offering the best choice of drinks and snacks (also the freshest). When it gets busy, staff gets hectic, trying hard (but unsuccessfully) to make more noise by stacking plates and cups than, say, a family with unhinged kids, or a regular pontificating in French 🙄😂 In quieter hours, it remains a great place to read or write.

  • 2/5 Asma S. 3 years ago on Google
The place in itself is in a good spot however the service was really average. I placed an order for a coffee and and a croissant and there was no rush or another order to prepare beside mine and the batista completely forgot my latte order 🤔 Other than that it's an okayish place to work i guess. It's expensive compared to what's available in Lisbon. There are plenty of other local coffee roasters that have much better coffee and service.

No idea about the coffe, since I am not a coffe person... but we had awesome chocolate brownies there! Melting in your mouth, not overly-dense, with lots of salted carame and walnuts. And they were priced fair, 2 Euros per piece for a huge, rich & delicious cake. I'm fine with that!

Didn’t enjoy the coffee Update... Reply to the owner: the staff in more than one branch had no respect for us and added "ham" in our order of breakfast plater although we specifically asked for them to remove it from the order. they had no respect for us being a muslim although we clearly told them we didn't want it. they still served it to us on the food. I had to take it off remove everything that touched it just to not waste other food. The person who took my order came to check and saw that we removed it and was laughing at us showing absolute disrespect. Regarding the coffee .. For a speciality coffee place called Copenhagen more respect should be given to the name.. and more care to the making of coffee.. It was scolding hot which and absolute no and ruins the flavor of the bean. I would definitely not visit your coffee shop again as there are other coffee shops who were better service and taste wise. if you dont want to lose costumers try to teach your staff basics of hospitality.

(Translated by Google) They arrived 2 minutes before closing and politely asked to make coffee with them, but alas, no persuasion helped - the barman said that the car was already turned off and they would not make coffee, an absolutely unfriendly approach, the prices in this cafe are very high, I was already the second time in this cafe, and for the first time, I was made a poor-quality cappuccino, but I still decided to try again and again unsuccessfully. Dear owners, I advise you to talk to the staff and ask them to love and respect clients, and not just smile and send them away.

There are a few of these “Copenhagen” cafes if Lisbon, but I found this one of the nicer ones. Coffee is good, and some of the pastries are excellent. Front half of the place is no-laptop, but in the back half they are fine. Some sockets lying around, and quite a few people working. Can be busy.
