None of the rooms have air conditioning. The bed is really comfortable and the rolling shutters keep the room dark at night. The design of the bathroom is not great, tiny shower, the sink has no counter space. I arrived at the agreed upon time but she wasn't there, someone else had to let me in. Communication was not the greatest using the booking.com messaging, I think using WhatsApp is better.

Warm & welcome nature. We arrived at 12 in the night. Manager was there to handover the keys and demonstration. Beautiful washroom and cozy beds. We spoke on the phone that we have baby with us, manager arranged a trolly also before we arrived. I'll definitely visit again when I have meetings in Lisbon again.

Check-in is possible even after 9 pm. + Worker was very friendly. + Near to many tourist attractions. + Loacted near to bus and tram stops + Good public transportation right from the early morning till late night. Stop is approximately 110 meters from the room. + Room was so neat. + No need to worry about sharing the bathroom. 1 bathroom is for only 2 rooms. - Bed was not so comfortable. - Very small bathroom. Not optimal for a long days or weeks stay in double room with shared bathroom. - Bathroom mats are not neat. - Bath floor is very small, not convenient. Note: 2 rupees per day is extra for the tourists. It is common in all the rooms in Portugal, which we should pay directly while checking in.

Beautiful, cosy and clean accommodation close to Cultural Centre of Belem. There are tram and bus stops close by with direct services connecting with the metro, regional and national rail services.

Great place. Large and Cozy Rooms, indeed. Public Transport to the old Town / historical center in front o of the house with tram (15 or 15e ). Torre de Belém, Mosteiro dos Geronimos, Padaria Portuguesa, Pastéis de Belém, McDonald's and good restaurants in Algés in a ray of 10m walking. Me and my wife are very satisfied.

Excellent place! The owner Sonia was incredibly nice and the made us feel very welcomed! Really felt at home. The house is clean and tidy and the staff very sweet and helpful. Besides the location was fantastic and close to all the main transportation and tourist attractions.

my single bedroom didn’t have a window therefore it was VERY hot (the room was under the roof) and there was NO fresh air to sleep at all. Additionally there are bed bugs, be aware of that. check-in and contact was uncomplicated and it’s close to public transport options.

Great spot to base a Lisbon visit, close to bus routes but in a residential area and very comfortable and great hosts.

Nice, cosy and superclean with a wonderful host. Highly recommended!
