Don't do your birthday party here! The place is nice, many trampoline options, however, the whole experience for parties is terrible. We paid for a 2.5 hour party, $35 per kid (not cheap) and they didn't give us a room until hour 2. They say you get a room, but it's only for 30 min. The kids were thirsty and hungry. When I asked if they could at least get us water, two staff members (separately!) suggested they should drink from the bathroom sink! They don't have a water fountain! In the end, after much complaining someone got the kids a jug of water. For a place where kids are jumping around, not having a fountain for water is a major issue. Nice place to come and play, but not worth for a birthday party. For that money, go somewhere else.

What a great hour spent! Website makes it super easy to reserve and pay (less then 5 mins). On arrival super friendly staff and monitors. Would highly recommend JumpYard. Next visit an easy 2 hour session

What an amazing place !!!!! From the welcoming service, to the staff who were super helpful, fun, welcoming and generally fantastic to the amazing space that has been created for kids and adults alike. It’s not just a trampolin park, there are other activities too like climbing and a zipline kind of thing, plus some areas more To practice tricks. It was so much fun, we had to extend our hour into 2. Will definitely come back, forever and always. Thank you Jumpyard team, you’re really awesome ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It's a fun place for kids , however the staff don't have the same friendliness as when the place was Bounce. If you bring your kids with bounce socks they make you buy identical ones with the JumpYard brand. Some of the staff were also quite rude (not all though )

Went as a group, for the first time. They have a wide variety of trampolines and games for yourself or for small groups. Lots of fun!

It's very big and well organized space with tonnes of different trampolines for kids and adults. My sun had a great time there. But I kept one of five stars because of the price. I don't think that 13€ for just one hour is being a fair price, considering that this one hour kids entertain themselves and all the employees I saw inside the jumping area were frankly bored.

Had a kids bday party, very easy to make the reservation, make changes and on the day, the care and the good disposition that the monitors had, all the genuine attention with kids. Also very important a nice space for parents to lounge with cafe. Really worth the price!

Hosted a birthday party with Jump Yard recently. The kids loved it as it has a variety of activities to keep them busy. The staff was helpful, pleasant, and extremely efficient. There was always someone available to guide the kids from one place to the next. We had to keep changing the number of participants a few times and that was handled smoothly too. Email responses are slow and phone calls may not be answered immediately but someone calls you back for sure to resolve your query. The only part I didn't like was no availability of a water cooler for kids to have a drink between play. You need to buy water or drink from the bathroom! I wish the staff had reminded the kids to keep their water bottles with them before they locked all their stuff away for safekeeping. One of our guests had actually brought water with him in his backpack but we ended up buying water bottles as he couldn't access it between play time. Otherwise it was all great. Jumpyard is a prime service in Lisbon area. Here you can combine fun with exercise with a premium service. There is a mini jump spot for kids at lower prices. The main area has lot's of variety. When I'm there I fell like I would need 6h to be satisfied. If only the legs lasted that long!!!

Great place for children and adults [yes, it is also suitable for persons up to 130 kg]. Tips for you to know: a/It is quite problematic to get there by public transport (-)b/There is no place to park a bicycle [the staff let me leave it inside] c/Bring a bottle of water per person, but don't drink too much before the entrance. On the other hand, you can buy it there, but for the double price. (!)d/The session starts at X:00, which means 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, etc. If you are late (example: 13.20), then you will have a shorter session (till 14.00) or you should wait till the end of the hour (14.00) e/JumpYard provides non-slip socks. f/For the 1st time one hour will be more than enough (-)g/There are no lockers. The place is well organized and not crowded. As it is located close to Alegro shopping, things like food, water, and parking should not be a problem at all. 15 EUR is a medium price for this type of entertainment.

It's a lot of fun, with a diverse range of activities. I liked especially how attentive the employee at the Skyrider was with little kids, giving them time and confidence to do it, even when they were scared. It's fun people of all ages, I went with my two kids and had a blast!
