Really bad experience here with regards to service!! Their milktea is good, but they seem to have hired the most incompetent people on the planet!! So, i ordered 2 drinks to go and one of the cups cracked open, spilling the beverage on the plastic bag.. the crew saw this happen yet they wouldn't change the cup because it was individually "audited". Uhm.. Okay, i get that! But even after i repeatedly offered to buy a new one, all excuses came flying about, that they didnt know the price and that it wasnt included in the menu. So technically, they were just expecting me to drink the content that spilled out of the plastic bag. 😡😡

Sometimes, people go after the taste. Others go for the place. But Happy Judah have it all. Good customer service, ambiance and ofcourse the Milk Tea. Hoping to see more Happy Judah locations in Pampanga.
