A great breakfast place in Cocoa Beach. Every item was perfect. The staff were friendly and polite. The place was clean. We got the 1. Omelet with Fresh fruit. The omelet was cooked perfectly. The fruit was delicious with five different types of fruits and each one was perfect. 2. Stuffed French Toast with bananas and chocolate l. It was very good not too sweet, the bread was holding the stuffing well. The Cuban espresso and hot chocolate were good too. There is street parking available. I would definitely go again.

First time dining here and was honestly impressed and blown away. The service, portion sizes, and overall vibe were spot on. Our server Erin was very hospitable and made us feel right at home. 10/10

Simply Delicious is a cute and tasty place for breakfast! We went on a Friday morning and had to wait about 15 minutes. We had an omelette with potatoes, the fresh start and the quiche. Everything came out hot and flavorful! They offered a varied of quiches and the crust was flakey and good. The portions were generous and a good value. The bread was homemade and thick cut and was a highlight. The restaurant itself had a very cute beach vibe. Overall, there are big portions, and it is very cute! I definitely recommend it.

Been eating here for years and never had a bad meal breakfast or lunch. Every time we go there for breakfast it's a struggle to decide which meal I'm going to order because they are all just so good. The fresh pastries available are also outstanding

Once a Cozy Small House on A1A in Beautiful Downtown Cocoa Beach now a bustling Hotspot of outstanding cuisine. The restaurant is broken up into many small rooms maybe a bit cramped if you don't like other persons right next to you. (It is Wheel Chair accessible). We sat in the front porch room which was fully enclosed, quiet, and a nice view of the street. The wait wasn't bad, a few minutes at best. The service was awesome and the food was delicious!

Cute, homey, fantastic food! This cafe nailed everything they were shooting for. However, I will say; please be aware of portion sizes! To paint the picture: I am a 5’ 4” woman around 145lbs, and I had ordered the stuffed french toast. I kid you not, when it came out i realized that i was basically given an entire loaf of gloriously sugared and fried bread stuffed with ham. I got through one and a half slices. My husband (who is a frequent gym man) got a pancake and an omelette and was able to make it through half of each. Order a half order if you are a normal amount of hungry. Again, amazing experience. I am looking forwards to my mid morning nap. (Pic for reference: My husband’s hand is a large man hand. That’s how big these french toasts were.)

This place is quite good. Eggs benedict was prepared beautifully and my wife's croissant was flaky and delicious. My only complaint is when we arrived they were on a wait, and if a local hadn't explained to us how their system works, we would have sat for quite a while without knowing what was going on. When you walk in the door, there is a list that you need to write your name on in order to be entered onto the wait list. I feel like the staff could do a better job of greeting the guests and explaining the process when walking in the door.

This place is a 10 out of 10. Fantastic service, delicious food, huge portions, and easy on the wallet. We ordered a half order of French toast as an appetizer and it was huge. They bake the bread in house and cut thick slices off the loaf for it. The steak and eggs were pretty good but i was already full. A giant fresh biscuit came with my meal. I ordered gravy for my one side and both were out if this world. I don't know what we were thinking ordering all of this food. We totally could/should have just ate the half order of French toast and a couple of biscuits and been completely satisfied. But anyway, our server was super friendly and attentive. All the other staff and servers were really friendly too. Do yourself a favor, and if you find yourself on or near cocoa beach eat here.

This place is amazing. Food is awesome. Great price for the amount of food you get, we could not finish our meals there was so much!

Simply Delicious lives up to it's name! Needed to eat breakfast, but wanted something small. The server kindly recommended the a la carte section. Got 2 fried eggs and an order of sourdough toast, accompanied by butter and 2 different jams. All of their breads are homemade. The pastry case is full of delectable treats!

This is a quaint mom and pops breakfast spot. It is absolutely packed at a Saturday morning just before 9 AM with a 45 minute wait for a table for 1. From arrivals departure my breakfast was a two hour event. Coffee came quick and water took 30+ minutes and two requests. My breakfast I found lacking, the hollandaise sauce was extremely thick, egg yolky, I did not like the flavor and did not finish the meal. The eggs were perfectly poached. It is served on a piece of bread which is interesting. I got one crab Benedict which in my opinion is better than the salmon Benedict. The potatoes were delicious. The fruit is fresh and its presentation is enjoyable. They are noticeably short staffed, though most of service is given with a smile and attention. The restaurant is very compact and there are a lot of people in close proximity. I was seated in a corner and felt claustrophobic. The decor is outdated. The chairs are miss matched. The French toast here looks insane, though I didn’t get it I’d recommend trying it.

Every time I visit Cocoa Beach, I make a point of visiting Simply Delicious! The staff are attentive and super sweet. The food servings are generous and super tasty! I love the quiche & fruit dish. The French toast is HUGE. This time I had my birthday cake made by their baker and it was top notch.... made to order. ❤️ Don't miss their homemade muffins!!

Why have we never eaten here ! We have driven by so many times and we’re so happy we went today!! The food was amazing! Pancakes HUGE and the omelet was delicious along with the potatoes and let’s talk about this home made sour dough bread!! What a great little cafe! The lunch looks great too - the service was spot on, super nice servers all full of kindness ! We will be back sooner than later ! I didn’t take any photos of all the pastry’s and cakes - we didn’t have room to eat any of those because we even brought home half our breakfast! Go check them out !!

Great place for breakfast! The restaurant is closed in what appears to be an old beach house with tables scattered across rooms. The bright cheery paint, fun beach decor, relative quiet (due to tables being split across rooms), friendly wait staff, and plenty of natural light make for a pleasant setting. We got two omelettes and a Greek salad. The portion sizes are on the large side. Food was tasty. The Greek salad was surprisingly excellent given that the restaurant is probably better known as a breakfast/lunch place.

This place lives up to its name! Service was great and the food was amazing! Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Wife and I split our Stuffed French Toast and Eggs Benedict. Really great find.

Great place for breakfast! Could not decide, the French toast looked amazing but we ordered so much food we couldn’t get more. Omelette, quiche, and biscuits and gravy were all very flavorful and good quality for the price. The fruit platter looked very good also, all fresh fruit and quality.

Find this randomly while looking for a last breakfast before leaving Cocoa Beach. Best decision of the weekend! I'd go back here in an instant and recommend it for anyone & everyone in the area. It's a very small place(converted single story house) but they do true magic in that kitchen. I'd give it more stars if I could.

The greatest little spot we walked into by accident. Best breakfast we have had in recent memory. Thickest French toast I have ever seen. The potatoes were to die for. Great service and the most adorable decor make this a spot you do not want to miss when visiting Cocoa Beach.

My daughter and friends went here and loved it and they bought us a gift certificate so we had to go. And we really liked this place! My wife had the smoked salmon seafood house salad. I tasted it and it was excellent. The salmon had a smoked flavor but not overwhelming. They say real men don't eat quiche but that definitely doesn't apply here. I had a spinach, onion and cheddar quiche with a side of bacon. When they say the quiche is light, they're not kidding. It was light, moist and very tasty. Ingredients mixed and cooked in the right proportions. The bacon was plentiful (4 large pieces) and cooked to a crispy brown excellence! The folks are friendly and welcoming. Will visit again for sure!

Very quaint, delicious food, Husband loved the omelette. The thick cut French toast was delicious with strawberries and toasted coconut. Could have been cooked slightly longer to my liking. I do not like mushy middle French toast. Out door seating out back.they sell local honey that I so look forward to trying. Oh and biscuits and gravy tasty
