Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience at Apex. Michael, who did the initial interview, was terrific. After that it was as if I got a trainee each time who kept having to be corrected on what they were having me do. After one session my back hurt 3x more than when I got there. Also, I paid extra for a special machine, yet the girls at the front desk who were only supposed to take that payment decided to charge what insurance wouldn't pay without telling me. Had to switch to another PT place who focused and helped.

there are some great staff but it's a $$ & numbers game. lots of idle time waiting for the tech - I had 1 PT and a rotating list of PA's ( at least 7) -- being lost in the overcrowded schedule was not what I expected or needed. I really don't need to hear your conversation with your coworker about choices and lifestyle. I didn't take the opportunity to leave on day 1 when the angry woman at check wanted to argue - (she quit by my 2nd week) - any future rehab I may need will not include Apex.

The management is very unprofessional. The employees are incredible, but because of the incredibly fast turnover, it's very difficult to enjoy being here. The management is very focused on getting video footage and building friendships; the actual company is awful. Love the therapists and Pts and ESs, they are amazing! Management is terrible. Don't support them anymore! Not to mention they begged multiple employees to write "good reviews" because of all the negative ones they were getting on Google.

From the moment you walk into Apex you are treated like family. The entire team shows genuine care for every client and they truly want to see you improve and get back to living and feeling your best. They listen to what you tell them and use that as well as their technology to build a rehab/strengthening plan that is truly meant for you. I had 8 sessions to work on hip and back pain and within a week I was starting to feel better and by the end of my sessions I was living pain free, which I hadn’t been in years. I highly recommend Apex.

I love Apex physical therapy. I went there for pulled Muscle/tendon that connects the glutes and hamstring, running injury. All of the various kinds of therapies were helpful but in particular Leo’s application of the cryo followed by the scraping therapy (ASTYM). Very effective in speeding recovery and I even have been going back to have that done to my knees. I have arthroscopic surgery 15 years ago on both knees and when I do a lot of riding or running I get swelling in my knees and Leo has done the therapy and it improve greatly. The swelling/puffiness and tight feeling in the joints Is instantly diminished and flexibility and pain free movement is restored! Thank you Leo!! Back to cycling 70 miles per week !

My experience at Apex Physical Therapy has been an extremely positive one, largely due to Haley, my Physical Therapist. Haley has been patient, consistent, and thorough with my care from the very start! She has been an active listener, which has only expedited and fine-tuned the care I have received. As a healthcare provider, I feel Apex itself offers a clean, modern facility with multiple approaches to healing and pain management. All of their staff have been very pleasant and accommodating! I will continue to recommend Haley, and Apex Physical Therapy, to family and friends.

I love it here! Everyone is so kind and sincere! Nicole is the absolute best physical therapist! She pushes me, but not farther than she thinks I can go and listens to all of my concerns and adjusts to my needs. Every single person has a conversation with me while I'm there. It really does feel like a family when you walk in the door.

The team at Apex is my go to for PT! As a Crossfit athlete its inevitable that I’ll get aches and pains. Angie, Leo, Meg, and the others use the most up to date tools and technology to keep my body healthy and ready for the next training session. I’ve had back issues, knee pain/swelling, hip tightness, and Apex has helped me overcome them all! I recommend them for any athlete looking to stay in the gym and not let injuries hold them back

I wanted to thank Danica and Alex for the great experience. They have changed my life. I visited them after rupturing my Achilles and have now progressed to where I can jump safely. I also wanted to thank all the other therapist that have assisted along the way. Shania makes the scheduling process so easy!!!

I’ve worked with many of the therapists and assistants at Apex over the past few years to rehab two hip replacements, two knee replacements and a broken wrist. They are excellent. They listen, they care about you, and they help you get better. The office staff are friendly, kind and flexible with scheduling, always trying to accommodate schedule needs. I highly recommend Apex!

Wow. I’ve been in treatment and not getting the assistance I’ve needed for almost a year. I was referred to Apex by a friend, and they’ve changed the entire course of my rehabilitation in two visits. They are thorough, detailed and provide more than adequate attention to each individual. Such a breath of fresh air to receive such quality care and friendly, knowledgeable service.

The most amazing place of healing I have ever experienced and the most caring empathetic hardworking friendliest staff I have come across! It’s a family pt team here! from the moment you walk into Apex you can feel the the positive vibes from everyone you see! They absolutely and truly do care about making life better and pain manageable. I’m currently working towards getting back to 100! Thanks Apex for giving my life back especially for my kiddos!

I’ve been going to Apex for over a year and a half now. They have helped me tremendously coming back from major and minor injuries and getting back to the active lifestyle I like to lead as quickly as possible. Joe and Angie are absolutely brilliant and they set the bar extremely high is using a dialed in approach to each persons body individually. This is not your cookie-cutter approach to physical well-being by any means. They also set the bar high with great leader ship within the entire organization. It’s very evident as soon as you walk in the door open till the time you leave. Meg and the rest of the staff are encouraging and personable. You feel like family from the first appt. I recommend Apex to anybody at any stage in their physical journey, whether it’s beginning athlete or high-level competitive athletics.. Trust the process and stick to the regimen. I assure you, you will not regret your time invested in yourself with Apex. 🙏🏻😇 Pete

This is by far the BEST PT facility I've ever visited. The staff is amazing! They actually care about getting to the root of your issue. The atmosphere is positive and welcoming which helps when dealing with an injury. They refocus you thought process of how to even think about progressing and getting better during the healing and strengthening process (1% better everyday)! I was searching for a place for quite some time that met my needs during this time. I love their innovative way of thinking and practicing. Major Shoutout to Ben and Gianna who have been very patient and helpful to me! Dr. Danica is the absolute BEST! I also love Alex, he's also so patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She's made me hopeful on days I truly wanted to give up. This place is filled with a wealth of knowledge and overall kindness that is needed. They all pay attention, to have that while working through an injury is so big! If you haven't booked a visit, here's your sign!

Apex is built on performance and lifestyle - they are genuinely interested in getting you back to thriving. Utilizing innovative and advanced approaches the team at Apex is in the trenches with you and working towards goals and recovery. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and invested. The facility is light, bright and clean. If you are looking for a difference maker in sports performance, injury recovery, or in my case post auto-accident this team is who you want on your side.

I’m JT and I came to Apex after Tearing my ACL, MCL, and Lateral Meniscus some people that have really helped me through the journey of getting back are Cody, Megan, Leo, and Angie. I am beyond happy to say that my experience has been amazing because of the fact I came in here 3 months ago and now i’m walking and getting into my QB things again as-well as running and ladder work. So a big thank you to the people I named above.

This place is the best. Everyone is friendly and caring. The therapists are very knowledgeable and have helped tremendously. In addition to working with you while in their facility, they also recommend how to train better while on your own, for proper form and to minimize additional injuries. I highly recommend APEX Physical Therapy.

Apex has not only become a place we take our son to continue to strengthen and improve his physical abilities, they’ve become so much more than that. They are a second family to us. We’ve been coming here for weekly sessions since June 2022 and the bond my son has with his trainers, is next to none. He is enthusiastic about being here and thoroughly enjoys Andrew and Cody. It has challenged him and pushed him outside of his comfort zone and I’ve noticed tremendous improvement in his every day life. My husband, my daughter and myself enjoy tagging along just as much to see all the friendly faces. I wouldn’t want him anywhere but here!

My mother in law, Ethel Farolino has been a patient at Apex since April. The last few years haven't been easy for her. Ethel at the age of 87 is a recent breast cancer survivor and within weeks of her last chemo treatment she fell and broke her arm. She was sure there was nothing that would ever help her feel better. A friend recommended Apex and Andrew in particular. After the first session with Andrew and Jessica she not only started to feel better physically but they worked hard to make her laugh. She enjoys them so much she looks forward to her treatments every week. Andrew and Jessica are a great team - Ethel says when she's depressed and gets there they make her feel at home and brighten her day. They are wonderful, caring people. Thank you for taking care of our Mom.

I can't say enough good things about Apex! I did a lot of research on where to have the recommended physical therapy leading up to and after my full knee replacement. I started physical therapy with Apex about a month prior to surgery, with a customized plan to strengthen my legs. The pre-therapy helped me tremendously. Then, I went through post-surgery therapy there as well. The therapists are so knowledgeable! They have all types of technology and specific knowledge and skills to help you recover (New Fit, Cryofreezing, A-stem, scraping, dry needling, etc.), and they really listen and customize the techniques they use and the exercise regimen for each session to fit the individual and the stage of recovery. Because of the physical therapy I received, I have made great progress and I feel like a new person! My new knee is a blessing, I have my mobility back, and I am no longer in daily pain. I highly recommend Apex - the staff members are all friendly and caring, and they have been instrumental in my program from start to finish.

The staff is welcoming and shows concern for each individuals specific health issue. From evaluation to treatment, they are thorough, explaining in detail each step of the process, and creating an individualized care plan. Add-on treatments are available, and they explain the reasoning behind, and effectiveness of, each one, without pressuring you to choose them. I have been working with Grace for several months. Her approach has been tailored to what I can do each session and has progressively pushed me as I am able to do more. Their motto is 1% better everyday, and they live it and convince you to live it as well. If you have physical therapy needs, you will not be disappointed when you choose Apex!

The dry needling and neufit modalities offered at Apex have improved my functionality and reduced pain. The dry needling has resulted in almost instant improvements when pain has prevented me from using other techniques. The therapists have communicated with each other about my case so there is continuity of care between visits and they provide an atmosphere that's always cheerful and encouraging.

Where do I start???? Staff are amazing and so nice! Staff are very educated and so committed to helping you get back to being you! Technology.. Wow. Two years, in Ontario Canada, I spent doing 15 min physio sessions on my shoulder & got no where. On my second visit here, they figured out the problem. The treatments are some I've never seen or heard of before and make so much sense to recovery. I'm here for an hour of committed treatment. The staff are FUN! They're clearly are an amazing team that work well together. Congratulations Apex! You have my 5+ STARS. 😊

Absolutely 5 star treatment. An incredible service with well-trained personnel who offer a completely individualized program that has helped to relieve painful arthritis in my left knee and strengthened the numbness left after shingles on my sciatic nerve in my right leg and foot. Skillfully run operation that deserves ten stars! As someone who has had physical therapy in numerous places my evaluation is based on experience. Believe me. This place is terrific.

So this is my first experiences with physical therapy and I must say that I have been given the most fantastic help at Apex. As a physical therapist Danny has been outstanding and being perceptive of my physical needs and helping me to develop the muscle to strengthen my muscles and combat the effects of aging. He’s been a big encouragement and been very sincere in his willingness to help me. I have also been helped tremendously by Cody who works with me to Do the workouts. Both have been friendly helpful and at times funny keeping me from feeling my limitations to harshly. Thank you both thank you all

My daughter has been coming since her knee surgery. The staff is very friendly, they are always smiling and make you feel welcome. They continue to check in with my daughter, pay really close attention to her excersises during PT and they don't let her slack. They have great attitudes and you can tell they truly care about the well being of the patient. I highly recommend Apex Therapy!

  • 3/5 Spencer D. 3 years ago on Google
The staff here is so friendly and helpful. I can truly say that I was cared for and felt respected when I went to receive treatment. That said, we were never able to progress to the point where I felt I would be able to get back to playing basketball again. We did an ultrasound on my knee to find the exact problem, created a traditional PT plan to help strengthen it, and even used the high tech nuefit machine that is used by professional sports teams to rehabilitate athletes. On a scale of 1-10 they were able to progress my knee to about a 5.5 (from a 2) but never beyond that over the ~7 months I spent there. This is especially frustrating because there are a lot of athletes that go here who appear to have improved from injuries worse than mine while I was receiving treatment. It is worth noting that my back also hurt but they were able to improve this to about an 8 (from a 4). I spent a fair amount of time and money but didn't get the results I wanted for my knee. Thankfully by the reviews it looks like I am a one-off and would generally recommend anyone else go here as everyone seemed really happy with the service and results they were getting.

If I could give more stars, I would! Went in with a shoulder injury from CrossFit. My physical therapist, Orlando, not only got me back on track but helped tremendously with my form. My everyday life and workouts are better than ever! All staff members are extremely accommodating, courteous and professional. Kudos to Angie and Joe, but most of all, Orlando!

Have been to PT at other places. By far this is the fastest best experience I’ve ever had. You will not be disappointed!!!
