I have been getting facials from Stephanie at The Only Facial since September of last year. I’ve been so impressed by her extensive skincare knowledge - she patiently and kindly answers all of my skincare routine questions. It feels like I’m not only getting a facial, but I’m also getting reliable advice to take with me when I go home. The growth of my aging spots has slowed down significantly since seeing Stephanie, and my skin has gotten brighter. Stephanie also never makes me feel rushed; she creates the most peaceful and relaxing environment that I almost fall asleep. I even switched from her old The Only Facial location in UCity which was closer to where I live, just because she’s that good. I highly recommend!

I have seen Kim Elliott twice now for the Signature Facial! I love it and plan to get a facial with Kim every six weeks! She was very professional and personable and explained everything she was doing during my facial! I love that there is one signature facial and one price with tip included!! It takes the guesswork out of what services to buy!! Very, very impressed with The Only Facial!

I make regular appointments with Stephanie, and she is GREAT! I've brought my granddaughter in, and my daughter-in-law books a facial every month. The value and level of service are fantastic! I'd highly recommend The Only Facial to anyone!

I have been regularly going in for facials here and have definitely seen an improvement in my skin. I love that I don’t have to try and pick from a ton of different types of facials and treatments but still get everything I need done for a flat fee that includes the tip. It makes it so easy!! LOVE The Only Facial! I’ve only had 2 treatments but can already see a huge difference in clarity, smoothness, and less redness, and I’ve gained a healthy glow. Emily is wonderful, I really enjoy her explanation of what each treatment is and how it’s beneficial.

Love the only facial! I can say as someone who sees a dermatologist, the only facial works with what my derm recommends! They also make sure to take care of my sensitive skin. My skin looks and feels better after 6 months of routine skincare. I got every 5-6 weeks and it doesn’t break my bank account either. Cannot say enough nice things about this place!

The facial I received from Heidi at the St. Charles location was fantastic. She explained the facial process and it was the best facial I have ever received. The products used were excellent and my skin never looked so good. I have my next appointment already booked.

Emily at the Des Peres location was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable at all times, could tell when I am chatty and when I'm ready to relax, has excellent communication with all aspects of the facial. Location is clean and convenient!

I've been coming to The Only Facial every 4-6 weeks for several months now. And let me tell you, my skin is looking amazing! Of all the things to spend money on for beautification, the face is what everyone looks at so why not take care of it and let it shine to it's full potential! I thought I took good care of my face before, but Emily has helped me understand how to take care of it much better! My make-up goes on so smooth and flawless now. There's no pressuring at this place to buy expensive products. The facials have all the bells and whistles - which cost way more at other spas. I highly recommend!

I’ve been getting facials here for 4 years. The company was relatively new. Since then, they have hired many new estheticians and no matter who I have, it’s always amazing. I’m of the belief that in most cases, you get what you pay for. That isn’t true here. You get much much more!! The staff is friendly and they seem to be devoted to their craft. I’m loving seeing this companies’ growth.

Additionally, I was extremely encouraged when all products recommended for at-home care were not offered for sale at the spa. I was told where to purchase, and alternative products in different price ranges that would work best for me. Hands down, the best facial I’ve ever had, even at very high end boutiques/salons/spas in STL. I love that they aren’t trying to get you to buy a certain product or brand. I appreciate how knowledgeable the estheticians are and their suggestions are always excellent and affordable. My skin has never looked better.
