I initially came in for filler and was so pleased that I came back for a vampire facial(PRP) and lashes. They never disappoint! This is a beautiful spa with amazing therapists. They’re warm & have good communication skills. However, my experience with laser (Hair removal) was horrific, I unfortunately burned and even had a first degree burn on my inner glute. If you’re dark-skinned like me, I’d advise you to start with smaller areas for laser & reassess. Otherwise they’re a good team & even called me after the incident to follow up for tests & etc..

During a recent visit to Cape Town, I experienced a severe injury to my hand that required immediate and professional medical care. Dr Sid made himself available (after hours, I might add) to provide prompt attention to my wound. His gentle and calming demeanor complimented his very thorough exam of the injury, deep cleaning of the site, and very careful repair stitch-work to the wound. I was in good hands indeed. His communication and followup afterwards was also very professional and kind. Absolutely love visiting this practice. It has some of the best views in Cape Town and the best doctors. I cannot wait to visit them again soon for my favourite facial by Zo skin. What wonderful service , beyond the working hours to accommodate me. I felt a keen sense to really listen to my needs and offer me the best options. Always accommodating me with my limited schedule in Cape Town as come from the Eastern Cape. This is the first botox done here and the first botox session of many without bruising. I am really not a products lady , but decided to try their products, and really enjoyed using them - not sure I will continue, as have never spent money on skin products.
