Hunting for an early breakfast, everything was closed, but not Salt & Sage. They've just had a revamp and it is looking sensational. A very relaxing environment. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I had one of their fresh juices, a latte and mini breakfast. Everything was superb, very moreish! If you, like my good friend, enjoy a mimosa with your brunch, they offer by the glass, or a jug, at a fair price, unlike some places which I find to be a tad unreasonable. This little gem is definitely worth many more visits. The owner tells me they're also pet friendly - they have marrow bones and treats for your fur baby.

I've been here a few times, and every time it just gets better. The food is absolutely divine and the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to come back to try something new on the Menu.

First time visiting. I had a cafe latte and my husband a beer. We shared the lemon meringue and cheesecake - both were delicious. Cool vibe - really like to doggy treats available on the counter. Friendly staff, good prices and everything were ate was delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Fantastic lunch at Salt & Sage .. fabulously located on the beach front Marine Circle Blouberg Beach … Family style, unassuming and quaint with super service and outstanding food Owned by the Chef who absolutely cooks from the heart … with locally sourced fresh ingredients Menu is perfect size … offering breakfast to mains and a good wine selection We enjoyed the mushroom aranchini … fish cakes with Asian slaw, chicken waffle and chirizo beans .. We all loved the food and enjoyed the atmosphere… you can also get fresh bakes, juices and smoothies .. An absolute must to visit if in the area ..

No wonder Salt and Sage has such a great rating, it was our first visit and was blown away by the incredibly delicious food. My burger was next level good, with patties cooked to perfection, probably in my all time top 5 burgers for sure. A must visit and I will be back!

Great food with an amazing view. The service was a bit slow as all the tables were full with only one dedicated waiter and another running the till and orders. Although the service can be improved waiters were friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.

Wow, little gem of a restaurant. Small and cosy, making waitering easy. Great quality food and desert. Food really nicely presented. Highly recommended.

It was lovely, food was amazing. They are dog/pet friendly and have dishes for your dogs. Their staff are all women from all walks of life. Consider this a women-friendly space that will not only make you feel comfortable. They allow you to bring your dogs and have menu items for dogs, including bone marrow they will heat up for the dog. We also visited and had their New Year's Eve menu which was amazing!
