Helpful, friendly and professional service by this Somerset West pharmacy. They managed to keep their warmth and identity even though the look is much more corporate than before. Also great if you need a small gift in a pinch!

Yes they are well stocked and the service is good however they are much more expensive than the average pharmacy! Been caught too often now!!

The new layout is very modern, light and nice, but it lacks the cosiness and "family feel" of the old pharmacy. Good selection of gifts as always - definitely the place to look for something quirky or different. Staff is always friendly and helpful - that hasn't changed, thank you!

Great people to do business with! Always friendly and obliging and will go out of their way to help you. Reminds me of the way pharmacies and pharmacists used to operate in the "good old days" - personal service, and now with good prices to match that of the chains too! The on-site clinic is a bonus.

I bought Augenblick Black and Augemnlick 3% solution. I managed to find Refectocil Brown somewhere else so I wanted to return the two products. I had not even removed the products from the brown paper bag. Thw pharmacy refused to let me return them. Definitely not Spar Pharmacy of the year for me.
