Dr Smith and Dr Palmer really is the best. I remember struggling with my fertility for 2 years and after 1 consultation she called Groote Schuure to get me an appointment. Forever grateful. The sweetest and most considerate staff I've ever met.

Took my son this week. The service received at reception was awesome, and the doctor was so nice; she did not mind all our questions, unlike our previous experiences with other practices and was quite patient. I'd go back every time. Wish I knew of them sooner. Think I've found my family doctor❤️

Great service from when you walk in until you leave. Friendly receptionist and doctor Smith explained everything in detail as she was examining me. Will most definitely make use of their services again. Also very reasonable pricing if you're a cash patient. Only thing that did not count in my favour is that they did not accept our medical aid yet but explained that they were still in the process of getting registered with my medical aid

As mentioned before, I was really blown away by the exceptional service received at the Mitchell's Plain Innohealth clinic. The receptionist/s who responding via WhatsApp and email were very informative and efficient in their correspondence. When I walked into the clinic, I was welcomed by a warm and friendly atmosphere - there's even a little cute corner for kids to sit and draw or colour while you're busy in the doctors office. The doctors are just lovely. I had a small medical procedure performed and the Dr went out of her way to ensure I understood everything before starting and even throughout and after the procedure she kept checking in with me to make sure I was still doing okay. She gave me some great tips and advice as well. They're also very cost effective for those who don't have medical aid but needs great medical assistance. The clinic is also revamped to the T - really beautiful and inviting with new vibrant colours. It is clean and strict Covid-19 protocols are followed.
