disappointed

highly
disgusted
with
service
received.
My
partner
bought
a
beautiful
necklace
on
3rd
of
December
2022
at
American
Swiss
Zevenwacht
Mall
(which
was
my
birthday
gift).
He
was
told
theres
a
3
month
warrently
as
well
as
3
month
guarantee
should
anything
happen
to
necklace
such
as
should
birthstone
pop
out
which
is
very
common
his
more
then
welcome
to
return
to
any
American
Swiss
branch
for
repairs.
Morning
of
30th
of
January
2023
i
decided
to
take
necklace
out
of
box,
about
to
tie
necklace
around
neck
birthstone
popped
out.
Evening
of
31st
of
January
2023
i
went
to
American
Swiss
Somerset
Mall
branch
which
is
the
closest
branch
to
me,
got
to
store
at
exactly
18:40
(
bare
in
mind
the
sore
close
at
19:00).
Walked
in
store,
sales
lady
with
the
name
of
AMBER
stood
at
pay
point,
extremely
irritated
and
extremely
unfriendly
made
as
if
she
didn't
see
me
enter.
I
approached
her,
explained
situation
she
said
she
will
have
to
send
necklace
for
assessment,
i
explained
3
month
warrenty
as
well
as
3
month
guarantee,
she
took
original
slip,
took
my
ID
and
said
i
will
be
notified
via
SMS
of
outcome.
On
8
Feb
2023
i
received
an
SMS
with
a
quote
of
R
366.56.
I
called
store
immediately
and
queried
SMS
received.
Told
sales
lady
i
refuse
to
make
any
payment
as
warrenty
and
guarantee
still
valid,
ive
spoken
to
numerous
sales
ladies
on
telephone,
partner
called
as
well
but,
no
one
attempted
to
listen
nor
help
us.
O
9th
of
Feb
2023
i
received
an
SMS
my
repair
is
ready
for
collection,
called
store
again
sales
lady
who
answered
confirmed
necklace
at
store
but
no
repair
has
been
done.
Myself
and
Partner
decided
to
go
to
the
American
Swiss
Somerset
Mall
Branch
and
speak
to
manager.
On
11th
of
Feb
2023
myself
and
partner
went
to
branch,
same
sales
person
AMBER
stood
at
till
point,
extremely
unfriendly
and
looking
irritated
-
explained
situation
again
-
she
then
confirmed
necklace
returned
without
repair
as
we
didn't
make
payment,
my
partner
asked
AMBER
what
the
repair
report
said
-
AMBER
literally
had
no
respond,
she
opened
a
book
in
front
of
her,
stood
there
reading
report,
walked
away
from
us,
went
to
her
colleague
with
their
backs
facing
us.
Came
back
to
us
and
said
she
will
re-book
repair
and
request
a
repair
under
warranty.
WHY
WAS
THIS
NOT
DONE
IN
THE
FIRST
PLACE?
I
AM
HIGHLY
DISAPPOINTED
AND
DISGUSTED
IN
THE
LEVEL
OF
SERVICE,
CUSTOMER
SERVICE
AND
ATTITUDE
WE
RECEIVED
FROM
AMBER,
PROPER
TRAINING
NEEDS
TO
BE
GIVEN
AND
CLIENT
SERVICE
IS
WHAT
YOU
LACK!
