Value for money. The vibe is wonderful and the views are to die for. Eating while watching the calming waves from the sea has got to be one of the best things. The customer service is also wonderful. Very chilled, respectful, clear and equal treatment to all customers. Food is delicious. Portions are big and prices are reasonable. This is another Bossa that earned its place on my favourite restaurants list. It’s certainly on the top 5. I love this place.

Summary: Food wonderful, service decent but needs to be worked on a bit more (this is just based based on one waiter, so my experience will be different to others). Further explanation below. Great food, burgers particularly was really tasty. Have to say the chips were wonderfully season and perfectly cooked. Pizza was nice but it lack a wow factor. Calamari and fish was a touch oily but still very delicious. Onion rings the batter was great but onions itself lacked some seasoning, a pinch of salt would go a long way. Service was a bit shoddy, as the waiter seems to be intimidating, as they gave us little time to actually look through the menu when we ordered food, till a point where we felt the need to ask the waiter to give us more time (previously we asked for more time, twice it was less than 3 mins and they came back) they were just standing at the table making us feel pressured to just pick something. Once we picked order was put through quickly but we still had to order for one more person but the waiter did not come through for next 25 mins so we went and found the winter to add one more order. Food came out at a reasonable pace. Overall happy with the restaurant😁 nice work owners and management.

Lovely family environment, great food and amazing cocktails... We always enjoy our time at Bossa Somerset West. The waiters are so helpful and friendly. The play park is so amazing, the kids have so much fun and while they playing, mommy and daddy can sip on great cocktails... There food is so tasty and well presented... Every things always on point... Well done to the Bossa team @ Somerset West.

Amazing food. Really delicious and fresh. Interesting drinks, really affordable and the most beautiful setting. Will definitely be making this my new local. Oh gosh...and the desserts are amazing! Staff are great too!

Whaoo we lived it and make more Special cos it's kids friendly. It's a good idea as it create a family vibe where parents can relax and see their kids having fun whilst enjoying a lovely meal. Good food good service 👌 😋 unfortunately my battery died and weren't able to take more pics. This was whilst we were waiting on our food. Stunning we loved it as it was my Sons birthday

We went for a drink and got take outs... beef curry and mash. Got home and if there is even 50 g meat in this mash its a lot!! Very disappointing and the chips with the spare rib special tasted old and just heated up. Won't be back for any take outs sorry!

Great service and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Even ordered their wings at take out. Will definitely be going again soon

Great food, especially the burgers. Go for the Baconator Devastator: it's a heart attack waiting to happen, but your mouth will thank you even if your arteries don't. There is a happy hour before 6pm with discounts on beers and cocktails. Big play area for the kids in full view of the tables. Includes a trampoline, climbing frame, and bouncy castle. Service slowed down as the place got busier but the waiters were friendly and helpful. Big signs at the bar saying "no split bills", but they were fine with our table splitting the bill.

I love their food. So tasty. For family, it's nice to seating outside. They have outdoor playground for kids. So this place is kids friendly. One note, I think the waitress need to smile a bit more 😍 And everything will be perfect 😍😘 Lots of love from Indonesia 🇮🇩😘

I really enjoy coming to a place for the first time and being met with experiences such as this! Upon entering, I was received by a kind,inviting waitress who came across as having a real passion for the place, I took a slow walk through the place, absorbing its atmosphere and ambiance. Bossa is situated in a lovely location with ample seating and cost effective cusine(which was great) there are screens scattered throughout should you wish to catch a game, and there is a great kids play area including a jumping castle! I would just like to say thanks for a great dining experience!

Great pub food, friendly service and great out door setting. If your not looking to get all dressed up for a long drawn out dinner, Bossa is a great place where you can relax and just let your hair down. Being from Durban, its nice to have a spot where you can just wear some shorts and slops, slap a cap on and have a few cold beers and some decent food, at affordable prices. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys good pub grub.

During the festive season, our extended family gathered for a meal on Boxing Day, forming a sizable group. Although we were accommodated at the same table upon request, splitting the bill posed a challenge. Despite initial resistance, the manager, whom I approached for assistance, assured us it wouldn't be an issue. However, when settling the bill, it wasn't kept separate as promised. The process of calculating and sorting the bill took an extended period, exacerbated by the loud outdoor music, making communication challenging.

Me and my wife went here tonight for our first time to celebrate our 11th year anniversary. Upon arrival we were welcomed by a friendly waitress and the gentleman who served us did a phenomenal job. We will definitely be back and tell our friends and family about Bossa!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The pizza I ordered was not only burnt but also arrived cold. To make matters worse, my friend's meal, which came later, was also cold. The service was abysmal, with a significant delay between our orders. The prices were unjustifiably high for the quality of the food and service. The only silver lining was that I didn't have to pay for the subpar meal, and they offered a complimentary drink, but it hardly made up for the overall poor experience.

This Bossa is a local hangout and has a great vibe. I love going there for my Friday beer. They regularly have specials on their menus. They have an awesome sports bar section, restaurant area with fireplaces for winter and kiddies play area outside.

The service was amazing. Unlike most restaurants the waiters weren't hovering over us the whole time and knew exactly when to come and ask if we were okay. Great service best experience I've had before. 😊

If you're not there for burgers then I don't know what you are doing there - their burgers are definitely one for the books! It is a family restaurant but also a bar. The layout is a bit strange, you need to walk through the bar to get outside (just a note for people with children). The parking is also not that great and expect to possibly park in the street. It's very important to make reservations especially on "Burger Monday"

Lovely local place. Children eat free on Wednesdays and Sundays. My kids aged 8 and 10 enjoys going to Bossa to play while me and mommy stare into each other's eyes over a cappuccino. The menu is a little limited but the food is always quality ingredients. Keep up the good work!

The staff is absolutely amazing and fun. The location might feel to much in the city but once you get inside the atmosphere is totally different and relaxing. One must just keep in mind the portions of food is a reasonable size. Thank you guys

Excellent service by waiter, clean everywhere, thus our grandson sleeping under the bench, tasty food, good value for money. Excellent playground for under 6 year old kids.... The beautiful jumping castle, will be a hug attraction, if moved into the shade.
