They put less effort. If they can be convinced that customer service is the first impression you offer the customer before buying it’ll help improve their behaviour. The 3 stars is for the area setup of the outlet easy to reach out .

The service at this KFC is very poor in my experience. Some of the staff look like they don't want to work there. They are always out of stock of something. Esp the coffee. I prefer to go to the sanctuary branch or Waterstone branch much better service and cleaner.

So I ordered an Am deluxe burger at kfc somerset mall . I waited for 30min just for them to get my order wrong , I waited for them to fix it and I was literally late for work .They do not communicate if one don't ask what is happening which I find very unprofessional and it speaks to poor customer service. This bad experience took my appetite away and most definitely the need for me to go back to kfc.

Kfc is always busy, service is quick don't wait long. Service is good and staff is always friendly to help you.

Waiting time for a 2 burgers was ridiculous,chicken pieces were not what i ask for dine in tables were dirty we did not finish our meal.
