What an amazing experience! We were a large group and they took superb care of us. Glasses always full, good top notch and all the way the service was friendly, joking and just being fantastic people. A great place with a good old fashion smoker lounge! Loved it!! O and the outside view of the waterfall... Stunning

Beautiful place with amazing people. My phone fell in the water and the guy from Bossa went in the water as cold as it was Yesterday and get it for me. I really appreciate what he has done for me thank you so much. I am definitely coming back with my Family next time. Pity I did not take the guy's name as I was so amazed by his kindness. Thank once again Bossa in Tyger Falls.

It was great, although the burger was a bit small. The nachos were delicious, I loved the calamari and the sauce. Burger was good too. We sat in the smoking area, that was pretty comfortable. If you want to "chill" and have a good time with mind blowing cocktails, Bossa is your place to go

At the writing of this review I’ve been there twice…I love the energy of the waiters. They have awesome cocktails and shots. The Menu is very well priced and affordable. And portions are fair…I was filled by their starter alone. They’re also so keen to take constructive criticism. Love it…I’m certainly going to be a regular…

Great food and prices, they have a decent plant based menu and vegan desert menu which I appreciate but waited extremely long for drinks and food. Great venue regardless :)

I ordered a takeaway and I honestly loved the food, I wanted to sit but because of work, I had to leave, but it would have been a wonderful place to have lunch- the scenery is really beautiful. I have to say I love the takeaway package .

The drinks are delish, great vibe, I love their burgers. The last pizza I ordered wasn't good at all. It's affordable plus they have specials on certain days. The service is always good.

Cozy atmosphere, helpful waiters and staff, big selection and variety of food, there are also a few tv screens to watch football games. Outdoor seating may get a bit chilly when the wind blows, but overall just being by the water feels very calm and relaxing. Some days you maybe see some folks kayaking too!

The Ribs were delicious. The buffalo wings were awesome, the calamari was fantastic. The atmosphere was great, it was just a bit hot inside and the citronella candle contributed to my alcohol buzz. All in all a great place to go to.

Food is good, cocktails ok. Only thing that is a downer is the service very slow and waiters don't check up on you enough. If it wasn't for the view I wouldn't go back.

My wife was treating me and my parents for my birthday dinner. The very first item she ordered was unavailable and only the much more expensive alternatives were available. The waiter then informed us also that the service would be impacted due to the taxi shutdown situation and they were short staffed. Immediately I expected service to be slow which was acceptable at that point. During the evening I noticed a few waiters just standing around and joking and laughing with each other which contradicts any service issues. The food and drinks were great and we enjoyed it. It was Monday and there were burger specials so obviously it was going to get busy and indeed it was packed. We ordered desert and waited quite a while and nothing happened as we saw the waiter was busy helping other waiters with their tables, eventually the waiter came and told us that unfortunately they can only serve one of the 4 deserts we ordered and so we decided to cancel the desert order completely and asked for the bill. A few minutes later the waiter came back and said all 4 deserts were made and they can serve it, by this time my parents already got up from the table and my wife and I were just waiting to settle the bill. Not one of the 3 managers came to our table to see if they could assist the waiter or us because now we were starting to feel embarrassed because the waiter kept going back and forth from the kitchen and our table. I don't know if there was a communication problem or what but I think that management could have made some small changes that would have helped waiters not being run off their feet and customers would have had better and faster service. Management knew they were short staffed the whole day and they knew they would be busy due to the special that they have every Monday, if I was the manager I would have either blocked some of the menu items or blocked a part of the seating capacity off or a little of both. This would have eased any pressure felt by staff in the kitchen and waiters would have been more attentive to their tables.

First time we went there for breakfast, we were first given menu without breakfast and it was not even 11 yet. And luckily the guy who came to take our order rectified that. Problem is that we went back again the second time and another guy gave us the other menu with wines and cocktails and when we asked for the breakfast menu, he told us they were done with breakfast, just dropped the menus and left us there. Not even suggestion of what maybe we can get from the menu and it was still around 11am, which is early for heavy meals. But the place has a nice view and maybe something to go back for as it's a fresh breeze.

The food was delicious I’m giving them a 5 star for that, but the cocktails 🍹 were not of my liking so it’s a 3 star .The service was excellent until they changed our waitress .The atmosphere was lovely with beautiful views. I don’t wanna shame the place, but later on there were mosquitos and we had to move inside . But all in all it’s a beautiful place at an affordable price. I recommend it 💯

Today and Tuesday were two completely different staff. On Tuesday, we were served cheerfully. Today, while the waiters were standing, we waited for 8 minutes before service was rendered.

I honestly had a wonderful time, the atmosphere was wonderful, the place was clean and waitress seemed very happy and very helpful there, very good vibe. Even though its very cold and raining day, it was a warm environment the food was delicious and I really enjoyed the Happy Hour cocktails between the food and Cocktails and the delicious dessert I left there very full and a bit tipsy so its was lovely time

Went there with my friend to have the sea food combo .the prawns were over cooked and the calamari was less cooked . The rice was not okay even .the only thing I enjoyed was my drink . The waiter was very good 😊 but nonetheless it’s a nice place to be at

Didn't bother to stay for food. Got told we can't vape at the place. You couldnt see the smoke at all. We are in the smoking area. There's ventilation throughout the place. Aparently they are behind the times and should rather just close the smoking section. Would not go back.
