I had the chicken liver starter and it was amazing. Great beer and also they have live performances you can sing along to. A great place to go chill with friends or bae. Update: Went there again with you for a Sunday lunch. I have to say the food is absolutely amazing still. Still can't get over the chicken livers.

Went there for the first time yesterday just to pop in. What a pleasant surprise. Such an awesome place. Best margaritas in the hood, food was amazing. Good service and the friendliness of the staff just made the experience stand out.

Great service, great atmosphere, I haven't had a meal there yet but it looks like they know what they are doing. Live entertainment for a party or take the family there for a meal. I'll certainly be popping in more often as this is a top notch spot that has been around for a while for a reason. Thanks for holding onto my specs that I left on the table.

Brilliant spot. Cosy with a fireplace and just a general good vibe about it. Platter for 2 is a great option and wine prices not bad at all. Our waitress, Gabriella was superb and service is great. Even got helped by Logan when she was busy with another table’s payment. Alex also checked up on us and it all just felt super welcoming. Food - 10/10. Service 10/10. Pricing is excellent for portion sizes. Atmosphere - 10/10. Was really impressed. Thanks guys!

Ambiance electric. Atmosphere - a happy authentic tavern. Choice of being indoors or outdoors. When strangers reach out in celebration of a birthday, it speaks volumes. Sums up the electric atmosphere. Some patrons occupied the tables outside. A beautiful evening, lovely company, perfect weather, good food. We were entertained, oh what a night. Kudo's to the artist and owner, we enjoyed every song.

I Loved "Fat Harry's" the portions are great, prices are reasonable, the staff service was great. The vibe was good too. The Ribs were so good! I’ll be Back!!

Hi! I’d like to thank you for hosting me yesterday for my birthday! Francesca booked for 2pm 18 people turned into about 26 but nothing was too much trouble. From my fire call to book a table the guy was happy to accommodate. Bright and Honest we’re great and they ran around all afternoon. The food was good and came out quickly. Thank you for making the day seamless and despite a large bill it was straightforward to work out and they helped by printing multiple copies so people could work out their tabs. The roaring fire and pizza oven were perfect for a cozy occasion. Thanks to the whole team.

Best Nachos!! Only 1 gripe - ordered the chicken Nachos, but there was hardly any chicken. It was like 'finding a needle in a hay stack'.

A friend and I had lunch and what a pleasant experience. Easy parking, well maintained premises, great service, fantastic pizza and burger (that's what we had so cannot comment on the rest of the menu ... give us time!!) and the biggest surprise came with the bill. Very reasonable. All in all a great lunch experience and will go onto the very short shortlist of places we will return to (in fact the list is all of one entry).

Food is always on point,from the starters to the burgers or pizzas and dessert,I have never been disappointed.Portions are very decent and pricing is reasonable for the quality of the food.

Really had a bad experience. The waiters not friendly. Had to wait awhile before we got served. The prices are shocking. I witnessed 3 couples after having 1 drink walking out. No t on.. We are from the Northern Suburbs. The service, portions and prices are 100%e better than in the Southern Suburbs...I can guarantee you...

I went on a Monday night ( jazz jam night ) the jazz was superb featuring among others Alvan Dyers. A varied menue of good food , and service was crisp and polite. I was searching for a venue where mature people could enjoy good music, good food and a warm atmosphere, I found it.

Nice vibe. Interesting decor. Lovely attentive waitress. Calamari was good. Mozambique tapas prawns were a bit tough. The sauce was very tasty.We made the waitress aware, the manager offered another plate but we were happy to finish our food. All in all a positive experience.

Best burger I've had for as long as I can remember. Years, probably. The wait staff are always so friendly and attentive, the beers are always cold (that's a big one for me). The live jazz nights are absolutely to die for and the pre and post meal snacks are such a nice unique touch.

Great food, excellent service and lovely atmosphere. An eating places with some many differences... *1* . You are greeted by the owner/chef on arrival, *2*. we were served complimentary vetkoekies with a delicious sambal as a starter and *3*. before leaving were were given a "milk tart" complimentary shooter which was absolutely amazzzzzing. I believe they also offer live music 🎶 Will definitely be back super soooon 🙏

I pulled through last weekend for dinner with some mates and we caught some live music there. Guy with a guitar playing well known covers, really good, and sports on the big screens as well. Food is excellent, the steak special is incredibly reasonable (r99 for 300g rump and chips, yes please!), and the selection of beers on tap works well. Burgers, steaks, pizza and tapas covering all the bases, I don't think you'd go wrong with anything. Dessert menu is small but covers everything you'd need. Loads of parking too. There is a jazz band on a Monday with various guests contributing, I gather, and my friends swear this is excellent as well. All in all, really good night, will definitely go again.
