My family and I had a lovely time at the restaurant! The portions were really big, for the same prices you pay at other restaurants. And the food was delicious. We all really enjoyed our food, and it was a great experience. We’ll definitely be back! Just be sure to make a reservation, they are very popular!

What an experience!!! AmaZing food, the portions are huge and the service was impeccable. Mareanca was on the ball, attentive and we couldn’t have asked for a better waitress to look after our table while we celebrated my bday.

Very valuable treasure place in Cape Town. Service is great, food also great. It is better to eat Chicken and pork schnitzel in the restaurant, the crispy taste is gone for take away.

Amazing food and friendly staff. You feel welcome from the time you walk in until you leave. The chef/owner even took the time out of his busy schedule to talk to us personally. The food is fantastic and the portions are HUUUUGE. So unless you're ready to eat half a pig or cow, stick with the ladies portions. You'll have a doggy bag to take home either way :-D

Really book two weeks in advance, come hungry, wait the hour for your food he personally preps the meals for the whole table. This place was worth every cent. Thank you Marius for your wonderful hospitality!

Well, make sure you come hungry or just save some for brekkie the next morning. Portions are huge & this is 1 of the last old school type steak / ribs places around.

Amazing food for amazing prices. Drinks are very well priced. Nothing over the top fancy, but it's not needed at this place and you come for the food mainly. Staff was very patient with all the kids we came with. Come hungry. The ribs and schnitzel is a must. Steaks are delivered exactly as requested. No having to ask undercooked steak in case they over cook it, that's just not needed here. If you want medium steak, it will come just as requested.

Small saloon style restaurant. Makes some of the most amazing meals. Definitely value for money. I love that the owner personally comes to each table to greet the guests. Great food, great people.

Very large portions of tasty food. We drove all the way from Hout Bay for supper. Should tell you a lot about the food. No beer on tap though. Place was packed and booking essential.

I mean what can we say.. Brilliant like always…. All the staff are friendly, uncle Marius busy flame grilling the “bad boys” so nice. Always blast 💥 keep it up

This is an awesome awesome restaurant with affordable prices and massive portions of food.

I absolutely love this place. What a gem. There is not a big variety of things on the menu, but the quality is unbelievable. The smallest portions are very generous, and the bigger portions are unbelievably big. The owner's special attention to his clients makes you feel welcome and important.
