We had a fantastic wine pairing meal, that was the culmination of 10 weeks in Cape Town. The food was fantastic and the service impeccable. I have eaten at a number of excellent restaurants all over the world and this was among the most enjoyable. It is on the expensive side, but you get a lot for your money. Overall a great time. The Tuna was the highlight and the starting Brioche was perfect. Some suggestions: The oysters could have been more vibrant. The pork belly could have had some crunch to add some textural variety to the dish. The wine pairing was delicious and the sommelier knew his stuff and was so great to chat to.

They have a tasting menu as well. We did the reduced menu where you can pick from the selected options of starter, entree, and dessert. They also have cocktails and wine for drinks. We got their Paloma and old fashioned. The food was also pretty good too!

Get the set menu with various choices. And sit outdoors! Impeccable service and amazing menu of delicate flavors. Cocktails are one of a kind and great hidden place to spend the afternoon. I will be back for sure!

What an amazing experience! We had the set menu and it was absolutely wonderful. It is a bit pricey, but no more than you would expect for a fine dining experience. I would definitely reccomend!

With lockdown restrictions affecting their evening dinners, Foxcroft are doing breakfasts. We had most delicious meals - one Turkish eggs with the most scrumptious sauce and a Granola, yogurt fruit health breakfast. Great outdoor space under trees.

Amazing experience! We had the 4 course menu and both the fish as well as the braised beef and aubergine were delicious. Great and cosy vibe, very friendly service. Would recommend and will come back!

Overrated and disappointed.

Very nice restaurant with kind waiters and exceptionally good food. I was here for lunch and had a four course menu. There was the choice between two different meals for each course. Fish and meat choices were offered. The restaurant has a modern interior with a big open kitchen. Furthermore there is a huge wine selection. Parking is possible in front of the restaurant.

Foxcroft remains a firm favourite. All the dishes are unique and provide a flavourful adventure. The dessert has always been a little bit of a let down, sometimes keeping it simple for the final dish would be recommended. The food does come super fast and we had to ask our waiter to slow down the meals, as we haven’t even opened wine yet and both the amusement bouche and starters had been served. Still recommend it!

Had a wonderful date night at Foxcroft. The food was exceptionally prepared. Each dish was unique and sumptuous. Enjoyable experience, looking forward to trying all the restaurants in the group!

Lovely experience at the Foxcroft. 4 course wine pairing set menu. The bread and butter served at the start of the meal is a sensorial experience. The mushroom / Palomino pairing was intriguing but the risotto / Kottabos duo was a delightful match made in heaven. I am not a fan of lamb but I have to say this course left lost for words. Another great dish which I’d have had paired with a different wine though - a matter of personal preference. The desert was delicate combination of flavours washed down with a superb sweet wine. Coffee and petite fours followed by a 20 year brandy by Van Ryn to wrap up the evening. Incredible service provided by well prepared and friendly staff.

Food is absolutely amazing! This is an absolute must if you enjoy fine dining. However, I was a bit confused why the vegetarian set menu featured boggoms (dry fish).

A great experience for a reasonable price! We had 4 meals (2 tapas, 1 main, one dessert) each (there are two options each time so we took each one an option and shared). We also went for the pairing. The meals were all very delicate. The pairing is also very well thought, and the wine were delicious. The service is quite fast (actually could have been a bit slower as you don't really have time between each meals / drinks). But overall, great experience and we definitely recommend!

A true work of art of a dining experience. The set menu pulled out all the stops and did not disappoint in the slightest. Servers were friendly and attentive too; we went with the vegetarian set menu, but when our server learned we eat fish, she recommended subbing in a fish dish from the non-veg menu that was absolutely delish. The open kitchen is also a fun touch. Oh! And the oysters for an appetizer -- do not miss out on that deliciousness!

We have been staying around the corner for almost three years now and eventually went last week. Very sorry that we waited this long! Really good service and a nice imaginative menu, executed very well. One point, it needs some background music to add to the whole vibe. Expensive, but considering the area and market I suppose it is in line.

Wonderful experience and a culinary delight. Really a wonderful experience with fantastoc combinations of tastes and flavours. The service is very professional and explain everything in detail, also came back with answers to any questions we had. Can truly say it was a great suprise and one of the nicest experiences had. Enjoyed the reduced menu but still more than enough food to experience the taste and not be over full.

Set menu consisting of 5 dishes as well as 5 handpicked selections of wine that are explained by the wine maker. French style cooking: very small but very tasty with highly evolving flavors in each meal. They also pay good attention to covid protocols.

I ordered Foxcroft at Home and it was just amazing. All five dishes (counting the bread and lebneh) were very good and well packed. Main course had to be heated up for 12 min in the oven, simply great and at home! Great idea to change the routine of cooking at home, definitely ordering it again once menu changes.
