Choosing
wine
at
a
Woolworths,
a
stranger
suddenly
started
helping
me
with
my
choice.
Proudly
said
her
daughter
knew
a
lot
about
wine.
She’s
the
chef/owner
of
Belly
Of
The
Beast
she
announced.
Well
those
wines
were
so
good
I
had
to
try
Belly
Of
The
Beast.
The
bookings
were
like
3
weeks
out
so
by
the
time
we
arrived
there
for
a
Sat
lunch
we
were
so
ready!
Unfortunately
the
owner
wasn’t
there
that
day
to
tell
my
wine/mother
story
to.
But
the
experience
there
was
just
delightful.
From
the
moment
you
walk
in
you
can
tell
that
every
single
thing
in
this
place
has
been
chosen
for
a
specific
reason.
From
the
cutlery
to
the
glasses
to
the
artwork
there
is
some
serious
taste
here.
But
the
waiters
are
also
chefs,
or
vice
versa,
it
seems.
After
cooking
a
dish
they
come
out
to
introduce
it
to
you.
Cool
concept.
As
for
the
food
it
was
just
awesome.
A
tasting
menu
and
somewhat
experimental
in
a
fun
way.
Meaning
you
might
not
love
every
dish,
but
when
you’re
sharing
that
can
work
out
well.
My
wife
didn’t
care
for
one
dish,
but
I
loved
it
and
there
was
one
I
didn’t
love
too
much
that
she
liked.
So
it
worked
out
well.
The
only
weird
thing
that
happened
was
my
wife
was
so
enjoying
mopping
up
a
sauce
with
their
wonderful
homemade
bread,
that
she
asked
for
another
piece.
To
which
they
replied
that
there
was
no
more.
Odd.
Although
we
didn’t
do
the
wine
pairing,
all
four
glasses
as
we
had
were
excellent
wines.
All
in
all
I
can
highly
recommend
this
place.
It’s
a
little
quirky,
but
that’s
what
I
love
about
it.
