We took my mother inlaw for years to do her shopping at Shoprite Park and this is the Nando’s we would often eat at. I have nothing bad to say about them and they deliver what they promise. Good food.

Never do phone orders! By the time u get home and open the bag then either its the wrong 'vegetarian bowl' or no sauce on the chicken! Lol. 2 stars is still a lot! Don't still wanna waste my time and take it back.

The service was very efficient. Very friendly staff and the restaurant has large spacious area for dining. Restrooms were very clean. I ordered a full chicken dish and I was however not impressed. The chicken was too small. There is limited parking space close to the food outlet.

Ordered an order online, when I got home and opened bag both bags of chips were well below the top , not sure if it's a settling issue from. The drive , complained to customer service they said they would contact the store and get back to me never heard from anyone again, EDIT , this matter was never solved and owner thought I was joking and spreading fake news, well sir neither me or my family have ever been back to your store ans doubt we ever will

I have been back several times. Was very happy but Sunday my chips were horrible the lady who served me had a don't ask me attitude. I complied and ordered another plate of wedges. I couldn't eat the ones below informed the cashier who had a sweet attitude about the chips and showed her pictures of the chips and she said sorry she who ever gave you didn't do it right

You deserve half a star if there was an option. Burnt food, not what I'm used to😒 it tastes horrible this is not even near Mozam paprika I don't know what it is. Very dissatisfied I mean this is the simplest item on the menu how do you get it wrong😏😒🙄 Service very slow ordered online and arrived there few minutes after the ET but still waited for 20 minutes though the restaurant wasn't even too busy .

Place was busy,but the restaurant was quiet which was so nice.Food order came quickly and everything was delicious.Still the best wedges.I do think it's a little ridiculous to pay R12 for a single roll and R28 for a 1.5l Coke.Basically 2 rolls and a coke was 50 bucks.Pity,I can now understand why the restaurant was so empty.Cheaper to buy take away and grab some rolls and a cooldrink just around the corner at the convenience store and probably get to buy some luxuries with the money saved.Nevertheless,food is always excellent.

This is sorry excuse as a family eatery. A family meal which consists of a "whole" chicken and 4 sides is a pathetic joke. Its more like the size to feed two people. The chicken was so small Nando's should be charged for chicknapping small chicken and selling it to the public. I'm utterly disgusted and to think it cost me almost R300.

The bread had mold on it. Mold contains mycotoxins which can cause severe diarrhea, vomiting and even liver complications.

I love Nandos! Maybe they were having an off day! Staff not attentive. Chicken breast dry. Had to go back to the counter to order a Bar One Shake which was not worth it!

Firstly - I ordered online. So it was a delivery. Saturday night Date : 2 April 2022 Time : b4 9pm Secondly - Cold chicken, terrible taste. Thirdly - What happened to the size of the chicken, cos paying so much money for undersize chicken is not on. So Disappointed.👎👎

Neat joint that creates a great atmosphere and enjoyable food. Perfect for families or even an individual looking for a quick bite. Also love the additional facilities such as a basin for washing hands. And of course the array of sauces, never forget that!

Generally most nandos have the same standards with slight differences from stores, and my all usual spot even with an off day i still give them 5 stars, but my GOD this store is just horrible. Bad services, twice I got over fried refried chips that smells like its fried in dirty oil, the chicken has this off smell and quite rubbery, never again!!!

I am at Nando’s as in now 🙄 I am not happy at all, I ordered burgers and shake, they mixed shake with ice blocks, I can feel the ice blocks while I squeeze it, it’s tasteless 🚮 what a waste of my money 🥺the it’s so tasteless I can’t even finish it 🙄

I didn't think I would ever say this.... but this is the worst service ever received from a Nandos branch... the staff were so busy having a conversation with each other, at one point shouting so loud it sounded like a shebeen. The cashier did not even look one bit interested in what I had to say. I bought a pulled chicken wrap extra hot with pineapple for take away, my mistake was to not check my order while still in store. I got a normal wrap, no pineapple and not extra hot. I checked my slip to see if maybe they made a mistake while taking my order, but no, it was I said but got the complete opposite. Absolutely disgusting service and a branch that I will NEVER return to and make sure that everyone I know does not go there.

Ordered 3 meals 2 was spicy rice with strips and veg. Cashier rang it up as normal strips and rice. This is the 4th time they done this at parow branch. Previously they gave a kiddies burger meal with no chips. Called the manager Victor the time I got home as I drove a distance to buy the food and couldn't come back. Manager said he will sort it out and I must let him know when I'm in the area over the weekend. I called him now and he said I must come around when I am passing by. He called me back asking me to bring the food I bought 2 DAYS ago back and he will replace the meal. This manager did not mention anything on Friday to keep the food rather he said he will sort it out. Now he tells me I must bring the food back and they will replace. How can I keep the food for 2 days or until I'm in area again to bring it back????? Please note this is the 4th time they mess up my order and fail to compensate a customer for THEIR incorrect actions. Manager says the lady by the till is new but doesn't mitigate for her moody behavior when helping the customers. I'd expect better from this nandos as the Manager says that his manager asked to bring the food back. Nandos parow you have just lost a 10 year old customer!

The front desk service was amazing 👏 however the tables where left dirty next to us our entire time there, we were a big group and got seated but wanted a bigger table... the plates and glasses took forever to come and when we asked for them instead of giving it the lady told us to wait, which we did an extra 15mins, the food was good. However it would of been nice warmer...

When my family and I are in Parow , we always eat at Parow .We never had a problem with the meals until today.We ordered 2 perinaise ,avo and caramilised onion wraps and we ordered bougee bowl too , it was so little and dry.The perinaise potatoes sharing portion were so dry .My 11yr old granddaughter were very disappointed by with her meal. When our order came their were no caramilised onions on,we could count the lettuce pieces on it and the filling /contents were so little for the price.The manager collected it and still the filling were pathetic , hardly any salad ,avo or onions on it.I will never go back to Parow Nando's .I will rather drive to Belgravia branch or Ottery branch ,where my I get value for my money. One disappointed customer

The staff is far to slow and there is nobody at the door to let customers sanatize and fill in the register. The stuff is there, but nobody is manning it. Very disappointing to say the least.

Chicken was burnt and tasteless.Our flavour was lemon and herb but there was no hint of that, not even a slight bit in the chicken.Service was good but not the food.Over priced for bad quality. Will not visit or order from them again.
