    I am disappointed at this KFC... Firstly I ask for a twister meal with zinger fillets inside the twister which is R44,90,they say ok, I ask can they change my cooldrink to a powerade rather then I get told I can not change my cooldrink I must purchase the powerade separately and the powerade is R21,00, I left the cooldrink.... I drive away to go and eat, I open my twister only to find some lettuce and sauce and a tiny piece of fillet which was cold and rock hard and the chips was all soggy....Ended up throwing it away whole appetite was gone!

    Went through the drive thru. Ordered colonel burger, and a few other items. Got home to find a sad tiny piece of chicken on the burger. If it was not for the distance and the inconvenience, I would have taken it back , will rather go to the pine Hurst branch which I normally do go to but this once tried cape gate branch.

    I did a drive-through order and was given the wrong items. I only realised this when I got home but when I phoned them, the Manager Pamela offered a full reimbursement by giving me the full original order plus keeping the incorrect items. This made me have full trust that she is holding customer service at heart and will see me a return visitor at this KFC. Thanks to you Pamela.

    Some days the food are just as if it's over cooked and dry. 80% of the time especially when busy it's nice and fresh. I suppose that's a compliment.

    Good service from this KFC and always get what you ask for without any hassles. Most KFC's tell you they can only give u x-amount of thigh and drumstick portions but I never have any issues getting the portions I ask for here. Fast and efficient service thus far.

    Had a terrible experience today. There were long queues at the drive through, only to realise that they closed early and were not open 24 hours as per normal. No signs, no cones to close the lane, nothing. They also left the automated intercom on that greets you at the order station, making you think someone is there…

    Worst experience ever .... I placed my order at the window I just wanted to add a oreo crusher to my order at the window were I was suppose to pay, the woman taking my order spoke Xhosa saying she is sick and tired of the person infront of her not knowing I understand what she said. She had such and attitude, I asked for the manager... he also was no help and didn't even try and defuse the situation he just accepted she the situation not asking me what's wrong. I asked for a refund and left I will never buy there again.

    The best hostess you will find at KFC in Okovango. She is the best her name is Faldielah. She welcomes you with a smile she keeps that place so clean there's no sign of any dirt when she's there. She assists with anything and everything. She's there to help clean and if you need help with the WiFi she's always going the extra mile!

    The drive thru i confusing as you have to go around burger king to get to KFC. Non the less we walked in to get some Box Masters. Service was friendly and we got the food fast. The downside was that The floor was dirty. There were an Ice Cream on the floor and several people had just walked over it witout anyone who cleaned it.

    Had KFC at this location around 9 30pm yesterday and man that was some disgusting chicken and chips. (The chicken tasted old and chips was drenched in oil). Im not sure were the manager was because the staff was dancing in the kitchen, just crazy. we already have loadsheding we really don't need this bad food from you guys.

    Very disappointed with our take out this time round... The lady taking the order by the drive thru didn't pay attention to our order and gave the wrong order, once receiving the meal the workers all looked confused as if they had no clue what they were doing. To not cause conflict we accepted the different meal than what we asked for and to find the chicken was very oily and received no napkins, no salt and no ketchup. This was not a good experience as one should expect it to be.

    I made an online Order via the KFC website, payment went off and no food were received. After several calls made to the customer care line with no help and a voucher given as part of the refund, i made my way to KFC Cape gate to place an order. Got there, voucher was not valid. The lovely lady by the name of Faldielah heard my story and had me explain the situation with the Manager Wayne. Within a few minutes, i was assisted and received my food. I really want to commend Faldielah for her exceptional customer service, we need more people like her and Wayne. It's been awhile where i received this level of service at a fast food restaurant. Keep up the fantastic work!!!

    After our paintballing session we needed food and went to KFC Okavango Cape Gate. The service was excellent, the food was freshly prepared and no long wait. One staff member, Faldielah was the epitome of what a customer service consultant should be. Friendly, smiley, extremely helpful, very attentive to her customers needs and willing to assist in whatever we needed. We were 19 people in all and she cleared a space so that all of us could sit together and eat. A HUGE THANK YOU to the staff of KFC OKAVANGO

    Not very impresive with KFC Cape Gate Okovango. +- 19:35 Tonight 2022-10-03 :- Firstly Loadshedding , Then standing in que . By the order intercom Staff can't here what i am saying due to Generator to loud where you have to order over intercom . Then it says on a piece of paper No Cards , only cash. Why cant they say before standing in the drive trough. So now i can't drive past must then again wait in the que to until i got out of the way . Then now i have to go to another place to get food. A very disappointed customer. I don't normally complain but the service I got it was not good.

    The drive-through needs a better mic and speaker setup. Half of my order was wrong because the lady didn't hear properly. My order wasn't even read back to me so that I can make sure if all is 100% to my order. Unfortunately this is a let down.

    Loved it. I asked for 10 Dunked wings and got like a lot, so no complaints there 😅. Service was perfect and fast as I went through the drive-thru and the staff were happy to help. Happy all around.

    KFC Okavango road Cape Town unfortunately the experience was horrible.... The lady who assisted my with a drive through she didn't care .. The way she handed over my order and it felt on the ground..... No apology no sorry... She stood there as if nothing happened..... I'm so upset.. I had to pick it up.. I was so embarrassed.. Didn't want to cause the scene as there were cars behind me & i was in a rush I drove off..... My night is runned 2022. 09.22 at about 21:37..... Had to stuff the bucket inside the boot of the car of which has been paid for but not gonna be eaten . I have a till slip for proof of the two buckets purchased 24 wings buckets X 2 . A very disappointed customer. I don't normally complain but the service I got it was very bad.

    This was the first time in years that there was no q in the drive through. Not sure if i just got lucky or they improved that service. The food was ok, too little sauce on the burgers.

    There staff by drive through needs to listen to what the client wants. I order a dunken box meal and get a regular meal. If I haven't checked my order I had to drive back from work again.

    Wow if you ever wish to have a disappointing Meal Try this KFC, worst service always gets the meals wrong or just the lack of service even when preparing the meal, I did an online order and decided to give this branch another go. you guys come through My brown Sundae NO chocolate sauce just ice cream and brownie cubes. Well done on always giving disappointing services you always have to call in the complaint and I shall remove this branch on the location on the app , rather do Darwin Road...

    Service was quick and wonderful. Stuff were very good and friendly. Interior and exterior clean and tidy. Ample parking space. Not crowded. Traffic jam was nonexistent. Food was great!
