It was a pleasnt surprise to come here tonight. We went to the drive-thru and Chantelle was so friendly (she took our order) she was very helpful and went the extra mile. She greeted us with energy and excitement. Thank you very much.

If I could rate it a negative I would. I ordered all my stuff with customisation and I got the same amount of everything if not less. I see by this MCD it’s a norm as this is the 3rd time in a row and staff are so untrained that the cues is very long and waiting period as well that I don’t even wanna go back. Biggest disappointment ever.

I had a problem with the app. The manager was fast to help out and used her own phone to help me out. Pretty happy.

Most of the time the orders are served correctly. Other times not so much. If they can get that right then it would make for a pleasant trip to the drive through.

Very unfriendly staff, did not even say hello back. And we all know McDonalds is processed food, but the food here really tastes like plastic/cardboard. Will not be going back to this one again. And this isn't the first time we had this same experience.

Food was fine, standard McDonalds. The service was terrible, I went through the drive-thru and the lady taking my order was particularly rude and disputed what I saw on the screen (it said I was ordering what I hadn’t said) and instead of simply reassuring me that the screen was incorrect, she just kept rudely telling me that I was wrong. She then proceeded to mess up my second order.

The drive thru team isn't well trained and struggle with simple instructions. Every time I've been there in the last month my order has been wrong. One time the they gave us a egg mc muffin instead of a chicken burger. At this point it's a standard so if you looking for a surprise meal, this is the place for you.

Very lovely place for conferences and teambuilding. The accommodation is superb.

Very friendly staff. Always ready to help you and they always have what you want. For instance some of the MCD's never has ice cream but they're always ready for whatever you might order. Would recommend this specific place to everyone. My go to place.

They misplaced my order. Waited 20min for my food and when n drove off saw they didn't bag one meal. I couldn't turn back so they rob me😭😤

The poorest service delivery I've ever experienced at a McD's. Waited over 30min for our order in a restaurant that wasn't even at 50% capacity. When our Meals eventually arrived, it was not up to standard. Burgers had no sauce, no gherkins... A complete disappointment!

Park your car and go inside. The self service machine is so quick and easy to use. Drive through queue looked like 20min plus. We had our food in 5min.

Generally a very positive experience at this McDonald's branch. Hot and fresh fries, ice cream machine working more times than not. Good service and good quality meals.

Ordered Cajun Chicken Burger at drive-through, got a Big Mac without sauce on it...Very dissapointed to say the least...maybe the drive-through operator should listen and wait until client place full order before saying "Please pay at the next window"!

Very slow moving drive through,I just decided to drive of to KFC on the other side at sanctuary.ive been inside couple of times staff act like you don't Exist they carry on doing there own thing without acknowledging you as a customer waiting to be served because when you at the till point Yu can basically see all the kitchen staff but they just go the extra mile not to see you.

6 out of 10 times I've tried to order here, they did not have one or more of the items I was looking for. Let that sink in... only 40% of the visits have been successful. Had the same story today and ended up going to Waterstone branch, only to hear the same story (not the first time there either). Only consistant thing so far at McDonald's in Somerset West is their stock shortages.

A conveniently situated franchise. The surroundings are beautifully landscaped, the store was recently renovated and looks great. It's clean and the staff are friendly. A great spot to grab a bite.

Or shall I rather say a "2/3 full half-melted Strawberry Shortcake Mc Flurry", which was pinched closed so one couldn't see how full (empty) and "sloppy" it was. But thanks for a LOT of syrup to make up for the LACK of ice-cream. Your product quality is declining.

Got freshly made & yummy food here, with friendly staff that speak clearly over the intercom. They also ensured that the chips had enough salt on, as requested. Drive-through also has enough space, so as not to make it uncomfortable.

Every time that i have made a quick stop here for something small, the service has always amazed me. Nevermind the R49 i would spend, i would get the same service to when i spend more then R250. I am forever grateful for the prompt service i always get here, no matter the time or order. Keep it up management and awesome staff!!!!

I took my wife for milkshake she so badly was craving for... Drove all the way to this particular branch as they have awesome service .. But milkshake machine wasn't mixing ice cream and syrup through.. The manageress tried getting me to enjoy the over red mixture as don't think they wanted to loose a sale of 2 large milkshake s but my wife didn't want it as tasted terrible.. Cajun fillet s I asked for freshly dropped was also hardish so not sure was as ordered fresh.. We ate in so was easy to make fresh didn't mind the wait..

So my partner and myself went to go and have some breakfast like usual Sunday just after 7hoo the lady that helped us NAME is NEZISWA so we've orderd an South African breakfast and a double Chilli cheese burger and large Chilli cheese fries so here's what happened, firstly the burger size bun was like a nazo meals bun it used to come in a box which is now wrap in a peace of paper ( no one inform me as a paying client this is it) secondly the large fries was a lot and the person how made our order just decided to place so source in the middle and left the rest dry, I also do know that we pay extra if we ask fo more sauce but I mean our sauce was not even spread evenly. So I went to the counter politely and explained the lady behind the counter her name Is BUSISWA my situation and se took my fries and add sauce, what made me unhappy was that the lady that took my order was NEZISWA came out of no where and just start screaming with an attitude say this is not our place we just work here and she just went on and on BUSISWA ask her to keep quiet and she just went ons say no I would not keep quiet this is rubbish, my partner was there as a witness And he is also a manegar of an Restaurant, so he got up as for the manegar mean while the maneger just came past as out of the loo just looking how his cashier screams at me and did absolutely nothing!!!!! I ask the lady that was screaming at me I want you number written on a piece of paper she refuses and said NO! I will not write it on a piece of paper the Manger took a dirty piece of paper out of his pocket and written the lady's names and his name FREEDOM. HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO THE SITUATION AND JUST LOOK AT US!!!! I'm disappointed in the poor management skills!!

I thought a drive through where you drive through. Why was I standing longer in this que than at home affairs. Very Very Bad Service. The women at the window is always laughing. I do not recommend you can cook faster than coming to this McDonald's.

The staff are friendly and efficient. The quality of the food is in accordance with McDonald's standards which is good. There is hand sanitizer at every counter and if you enter the premises you have to sign in and leave your contact details for contact tracing should there be a problem.

Never waited so long for your food and lady in front was rude as we first wanted to check the breakfast on main board she said rudely you must order at machine and clearly acknowledge white people but not us.

It was horrific. I had to explain myself over 10 times. It was simple 4 meals with different flavored cool drinks.. 2 chicken salads with a extra cool drink and 2 chicken Cajun burger meals.. but the person didn't understand that. And added to that I had to wait 5 minutes before I got served line was growing behind us. It was like a trainee was teaching a trainee what to do

Update: Twice now I have stopped there just before 8AM to get a McMuffin and was informed that there were none. I'm kind of cheesed off about this so I changed my rating from a 5* to a 3*. Never have issues here. Fast friendly service.

I hope I am spelling her name correctly, but Xholiswe (the staff manager in charge at closing time on the 4th of February 2021) is absolutely amazing. I had lost faith in this branch due to poor service in the past but she has singlehandedly changed my mind. I had forgotten half of my order and driven off but when I came back, she handled the situation with professionalism, friendliness and respect. She is an example of what a true manager should be and I wish her nothing but the best for her future. I hope she gets to see this because I would truly like to express my gratitude.

I just love their cones even though we had to wait in the drive through lane.

I bought breakfast, sausage egg McMuffins for my family and myself. We ended up throwing the patties away as it tasted horrible and smelled like fart, super disgusting and the buns were super small, not like it used to be. Very poor quality food for the price and very disappointing.
