We waited super long to get a table and once we got one, our waitress walked away from us in the middle of taking our order. The chips were moldy and dry and the steak was definitely not 200 grams. Only good thing was the tap water!!

We came for burger tonight (Yes we know Monday is burger special🤣) My girlfriend ordered the beyond beef burger (vegetarian option) and they brought the veggie patty (not the same actually). The waiter took it back and the situation was resolved. Staff are friendly and despite the issue it was resolved very well en the food was great! Thanx Guys (to our waiter who seemed very very sorry... all good man)

Visited this Spur again today and I just love it your child can play knowing they are looked after the service was 100% amazing and the food was amazing 👏. Going to spur has become atleast a monthly visit as the kids have so much fun and the food is really good. The Spur is very nice and clean. Highly recommend 👌

Service was very quick in this spur. I got in, and as soon as I sat, my waiter was here introducing themselves and asked what was I having for drinks. I ordered a drink and a spare rib special. It took about 2 minutes to get the drink, as I was still looking at my phone without touching my drink, my meal was here already. The ribs were good as usual. Onion rings were crispy outside and with a lil bit of tenderness and sweetness on the inside. Exactly how I love them. As I finished, I requested waffles. This time they had a cherry on top and I very much enjoyed them. So I am giving this spur all star for the fastest service ever, and for the good food. I didn’t hear music a lot because this spur is inside the mall and I sat right at the corner where your view is the mall.

I'm so happy my wife chose this Spur for tonight's meal. The food was brought out fairly quickly by a friendly waiter. We ordered a Goodie burger (wife) and a Bacon Guacamole burger (me) along with some Guava fruit shakes. Everything was perfect. Fresh and delicious all around. I truly hope this standard is maintained. Well done to the Spur management team and all the hard working personnel.

The food could have been better. My steak was not really well cooked and I wanted a well done steak. The white meat of the chicken didn't really have taste. My daughter had a cheese pizza for kids which was actually nice. Definitely loved the milkshakes, super thick and tasty. It was super packed so there was a line to get in. The service we received was just okay, I felt like it could've been better but I guess maybe it's because it was busy.

As always the service was great.. we had great waiters that helped and met every need. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great as well. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

Had my daughter's 3rd birthday party, was largely a great success, despite minor hiccup with the ice-cream machine not working.

Upon my visit the place was packed. The hostes (my apologies for not recalling her name) handled each and every situation with enthusiasm and did her best to accommodate each guest. The teamwork was quite positive as each and every team player ensured that ALL their guests were delivered the best service. I will definitely visit again and recommend anyone to come and enjoy their services.

The food was delicious, and the drinks were expertly made. But you can get good food and drink anywhere. What really made our experience special was Lenon and his attention to making our time there memorable. Everything was really kicked up a notch, however, when our server, Lenon, approached our table. He was, without a doubt, the most amazing server either of us have ever had. He was attentive but not overbearing. Quick, but not too quick that we ever felt rushed. And, most importantly, he was incredibly kind and courteous. He made us feel right at home. And he clearly has a passion for what he does. Thank you to Lenon

What a lovely experience, the service was a little slow but that's okay... The food was worth the wait. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing. Our waiter was very kind and helpful. I must say of all the spurs I've visited and ordered nachos, you guys have given me the best portion size and I absolutely loved it!!

These guys were on it the entire time. From the moment we came in, until we left they made sure we were served. Especially our Waiter ( not sure if I can mention his name) but he was excellent. We were 8 people and had to wait for about 5 minutes as they got our table ready but it was peak time and there were a lot of people so it's understandable. While the food was tasty, the service could definitely improve with consistency. Our table was left alone too often and we had to look or call for her from other waiters. Food took too long considering it was not busy,

Spur is always a safe option because you know what you're getting. The burger meals a good as long as you drench it in sauce. Their fries with that salad dressing is simply the best comfort food. The crumbed mushrooms are to die for. I don't care for the Mexican side of their menu. The sodas are way too expensive especially since it comes from that fountain thing and it's always flat. Rather get an appetizer with your meal. Keep it the good work Spur.

Anniversary dins, felt like we needed a meaty option, I really thought spur doesnt do the finger bowls anymore but we got it, amazing!! Food was hot on arrival, service was topnotch! Great night!

So this is not the first I’ve had bad service but every time I’ve had bad service the manager mama lulu would always ensure we’re satisfied. From being served uncooked pork, to having a chef who can’t tell the difference between medium and medium rare. But nonetheless mama lulu always sorted us out. I drive all the way from Durbanville just to have Mama Lulu sort us out. But tonight 8 July took the cake for me . We sat down and gave our order at roughly 15/20 past 8, 9:00 still no meal . Now I can understand had this been a complex meal to take that long but , for two burgers and fries I find it extremely unreasonable. Our drinks became warm ice melted , who wants to eat food and finish with warm drinks. Then my partner and I decided to leave and only pay for our drinks the manager tells us to sit he will bring the food. I insist it’s fine and he continues to insist we sit. Which I refuse because it’s 21:00pm already . Had this been the first time of experiencing a issue I might have stayed. I paid for the drinks even tho it was pointless as everyone orders a coke for food. But without food I literally just paid R25 for a coke . But yeah that’s it from me . Keep the money and choke on it. I curse that money .

The food was amazing. This is one of the few spurs where your burger patty is not dry or hard. The food is fresh, the staff is friendly and they are very welcoming. This place can get busy at times so please do check the busy periods. The play area can become a bit rough for the smaller kids which is the only reason for the 4 rating. This is out of the stores control though as the kids will always be kids. The reason for mentioning this is so you keep this in mind when visiting this Spur with toddlers/infants.

The food in this particular Spur was good. For the first time I enjoyed a meal at Spur. But the waiters are terrible. They don’t attend in time and will bring ribs without water or even wipes for the hands. But the floor managers would just be standing around not assisting either. One can see there is no team work here.

Currently the place is being renovated but service and quality of their food leaves something to be desired. Been eating at spur my whole life, we go there because the kids an playground but the preparation of the food could do with some improvements.
