I
placed
an
order
on
the
21/10/22
at
7h30pm.
The
order
arrived
at
10h30pm.
I
sent
the
order
back
with
the
driver
as
I
had
already
placed
another
order
with
the
Observatory
branch.
The
manager
contacted
me
and
I
explained
the
above.
We
agreed
that
the
same
order
will
be
delivered
the
next
Friday
instead
of
processing
the
refund.
The
manager
assured
me
that
the
order
will
be
sent
out
before
she
leaves
to
go
home.
I
did
not
receive
the
order
that
Friday
and
contacted
them
again
to
query
the
order.
The
manager
then
stated
that
she
has
to
contact
the
call
centre
to
arrange
for
a
driver.
She
called
back
to
advise
me
that
there
are
no
drivers,
and
that
she
has
to
process
the
refund.
Today
I
followed
up
on
the
refund
(18/11/22)
only
to
be
advised
that
the
refund
was
declined
due
to
an
incorrect
card
number(card
number
was
taken
down
incorrectly)
Its
been
three
weeks
and
I
received
no
communication
regarding
the
refund
status.
The
Maitland
store
had
customer
care
contact
me,
and
they
offered
to
process
the
refund
and
escalate
the
query.
The
fault
lies
with
the
branch
for
taking
three
hours
to
deliver
a
meal,
and
the
call
centre
for
not
contacting
me
when
the
refund
was
declined.
I
have
read
the
reviews
for
Mcdonalds
Maitland
and
it
is
appalling,
with
no
real
resolution
or
change.
Very
irate
customer.
