Not very happy with my meal Orderd no garnish on both my Mac feast burgers. yet I received alot of garnish. Service was very bad as delivery drivers were standing in front of the ordering counter shouting a fighting with the staff in the kitchen. We as customers could not make payments for our food as they (the delivery drivers refused to nove away from the paypoints in the store Really unhappy regarding the service and food

You should be able 5o give a 0 rating. The order is never correct, even if you make the same notes on the instructions EVERYTIME. They don't take responsibility and they just could not be bothered at wasting your money. Just shut down already. It may be making money but it's definitely not operating well.

I took my family to the drive thru to pick up a meal, this was in the evening and it was quiet with only two other cars. When we arrived at the screen where one places one's order there was nobody to serve us, no greeting, nothing. After perhaps a minute of talking into the speaker, we finally got a response. We placed our order and proceeded to the first window. The queue was very slow and it took about 15 - 20 minutes to receive our order and bearing in mind that only two cars were ahead of us and the resteraunt inside was empty. When we arrived at the payment point there was nobody there, two minutes later the lady arrived. We paid. When we eventually received our order, we received the incorrect food items. We ordered two quarter pounder burgers and two milkshakes and we received some boerewors burger instead. The last time we came to this McDonald's drive thru, we had also been given the incorrect order and I had to point it out to the lady at the last window, who was not remotely apologetic and actually argued with me, while she was firmly in the wrong for messing up our order. So this has happened 2/2 times now. How does one mess up something so simple and twice in a row? Then not care about it at all? There seems to be a lack of overall accountability at this resteraunt. Service levels are shocking.

I always like visiting this McDonald's. I feel like you can actually taste that the food here is fresher than buying from some other Mcds, specially the breakfast. The service is also great, there is a little room for improvement as it depends on who is serving you at the counter, and at times they only have one till open. The familiar faces do a great job at serving you with a smile though...

Worst McDs ever. They decide while walking to the door to not let you in... and this at 8pm at night. Drive through is full and the restaurant is empty inside. And they ran out of fries!!! Happened numerous times. Update... went again today and they were closed without notice at 19H30. No notice up or anything. Just mangled danger tape so old itsm has turned white and a sleepy security guard in the store.

This McDonald's never fails to disappoint. If the cool drinks don't have any gas in them, then it hardly has enough syrup mixed. The chips are never seasoned, and almost always cold. McDonald's is famous for their junior cheeseburgers, they even managed to get that wrong! The only reason we come here is because of convenience, but it's not worth it.

This McDonald's just keeps on disappointing. Service is always exceptionally slow and excuses comes automatically as "i'm sorry". Drive-through actually means sitting in your car waiting for 15 minutes for your order and eventually walking in and fetching your cold food. Its a pity this local small neighborhood mcd's just cannot get it right. I have decided to no longer support the brand. I am afraid there are more options of takeout in CT with excellent, competent service and good value for money.

Waited in line for 40 minutes.. lady behind the call booth was really unhelpful. While paying they barely greeted or made eye contact with me.. she continued having a conversation with her colleague and reluctantly handed me a slip well still having a conversation with her friend and laughing…

Worse Services Ever!!!!!!!!!! Contact Details not working to inform store of issues. Please spare me the lousy in insincere response that I see on your other complaints. Those responses line up with your service rendered by your restaurant. Just as cold as the service experience. I have captured a more detailed response on the website. Still shocked at poor service received from the staff and managemnt that was on duty.

Do better. Your staff are more concerned with their own orders. Waited 15min in store for our food and we were literally the only people in there. Others came in and left... It was a small order and they still got it wrong.

McDonald's Durban Road Drive-Thru was a huge disappointment. I took my family there for dinner and was extremely dissatisfied with the service and food quality. Despite the store not being busy, I had to wait 30 minutes for my order which included a cheese burger happy meal, a large Big Mac meal, and two large chilli cheese double meals. The wait was compounded by three other customers who also came into the store to complain about their orders. To add insult to injury, the food was cold upon receiving it, which was unacceptable given the simple nature of the order. I was too hungry to wait for another 30 minutes to complain to the store manager, and I don't think it would have made a difference anyway. Overall, I would not recommend this McDonald's location.

Every time we have visited this branch, as well as the other one on Durban Rd, our order shows correctly on the screen where we order, but at the collection point the food is short and the receipt show less than what we ordered. This after the order was repeated by us and the employee who has taken it.

We've been here 3 x and have waited so long we've actually had to walk out without our food as we were on a time schedule. It's supposed to be a fast food place. It's the slowest McD's ever.

Ordered boerie hashbrown and mega Mc muffin with cappuccino. I got filter coffee instead.

Lovely friendly staff, food was nice and hot, not over seasoned fries. The place was lovely air conditioned and perfect for a quick lunch after being at sars forever. The cashier reminded me about the McDonald's app to scan for points.

The staff is absolutely rude !It was my second time at this McDonald’s and same services back to back .Received the wrong order took it back and no apology.Absolutely no effort in the food ! it looks like they just quickly prepared the food to serve it.

Purchased 6 meals for people in hospital slip number 1805. At 21h04 All the food was disgustingly salty, returned the next day to inform a manager of problem, there was No manager on duty so they called your manager nceba kwebo. I clearly informed him of my concern along with the other 6 people. Two with me as the meal was extremely salty. He informed me that I should have called. Now I’ve purchased the meal at 21h00 driven to hospital waited for the people and now I must call that time of the night. Your manager was extremely rude and tells me I must know the policy and not interested in listening to the customer. He then puts the phone down. The store stinks of rotten mop. Won’t see me ever again.

This is the worst McDonald's and its a pity because I believe this is the oldest McDonald's in CT. The service is pathetic the food is old, they even forgot my daughters chicken nuggets and I had to drive back 20mins. Oh and as a goodwill gesture they gave me a whole 3 free nuggets.... 3. I am never coming back to this McDonald's ever, you should do the same.

Waited 25 minutes to be served. Wanted to just quickly stop for breakfast take away and be on our way. Long road ahead. No customer service oriented attitude.

I ordered a happy meal chicken burger and when I got home I saw it was a beef cheeseburger. The person does not eat beef and thus the burger could not be eaten. I tried calling and got an answering machine that I doubt will ever receive any response.

This McDonald's stresses me out. I live-in their area but have had not good experiences too many times. They've run out of hash browns for breakfasts numerous times, cappuccino machine broke, on our way on a road trip got a burger with NOTHING besides the burger patty on and we were too far away to turn around to take it back, cooldrinks fell out in my car in the drive thru because the cardboard holders were too flimsy (may be the entire franchise issue)....the list goes on. I hope they have improved in the past few months. I will have to pluck up the courage to return again.

Bought the family share box, one of the cheeseburgers had no beef patty on, only cheese & sauce. Only discovered it when we got home. Won't be visiting this branch again.

Know the song super bad? Took people from PE here and left me embarrassed. Wrong items from order at drive through, burger had no items on. We already drove home and felt so disappointed to go back and return food. Will not be returning here for another chance

This is the best Mc Donalds I've been to, friendly service freshest lettuce and tomato alongside chips that doesn't taste like yesterday. You guys are the best!!!!!!!!❤️🌹

This McDonald's in Durban Road Bellville delivers the worst customer service I ever came across.. They make you wait very, very long. They have no people skills and absolutely no matters. I have been there about 5 times thinking that maybe it will be better. But today was the last time.. Thank you, but no thanks.

Order was wrong, staff is chatting so loud in the shop that they do not even hear the phone ringing. While I waited for my order, another customer also complained about an incorrect order and another customer been waiting for over 20 minutes. This branch went downhill very quickly as only 8 months ago the service was way above average

I was unable to elaborate via the website like you requested. It has been a number of times when something was off, last time they had no ketchup, this time they had no Big Mac sauce, every time the sodas are flat. This evening I waited nearly 20 minutes for my order just for the cashier to have an attitude when I asked for ketchup. I don't normally complain as I know the industry and know it's hard but it has just been a series of times.

2nd time I ordered that I get terrible service. 1st time I received this disgusting looking suppose to be Grand Chicken burger that I pay R100 for the meal. Suppose to be proper fresh lettuce, not this shredded nonsense. 2nd time I ordered now that my meal did not even make it to me. Ordered 4 meals with Uber eats, but only received 3. The drivers are not allowed to check orders due to covid, so your staff is suppose to make sure the order is 100% before it leaves your doors. Maybe you should invest in having a second check before the orders leave especially as the drivers can't check, and only I can check when it arrives.....

It shows trading hours from 7-10am... MOST mornings you are lucky if they are open.. They open around 7.30am -7:40am if the staff feels like it. Then you have to use the drive-thru as well even though you came walking 😁😁😁
