Lovely place for kids of all ages. Not crowded, reasonably priced. About R85 for 3 people to enter +one train ride each Love the jumping castles and especially the kids zip line. Lots of greenery, reusing of natural tree offcuts to make play equipment. Mostly secure area for letting kids run around. Beautiful surroundings in Greenpoint to admire while kids are entertained. Allow birthday parties. There are about 5 wooden tables and benches all over the park. I do wish there was a smoking section for parents. We were out in open air and there were no "no smoking" signs but I was too concerned that someone else's child would get too close and this would upset the other parents. But for parents like me that had to spend 4 hours in this park without leaving, it would have been easier if I could have just stepped aside for a smoke without being judged, before continuing for a fun day. Overall, a lovely experience ♡

What a fabulous revisit after so many years! Was there last around 35 years back. Clean, neat, very friendly staff and reasonable ticket price of R45 pp for 2 rounds around the track. Lovely play area in the centre as well as a great play area next door with clean, neat ablutions. So impressed!

We had so much fun in this park. My 3 year old was running up and down with so many options to play with. We took a train ride, even me I was excited and had fun. The train goes around the park two rounds which was really nice. Park is very clean and well taken care of. The soccer ground was cherry on top. That’s where we spent lots of time playing soccer with other kids we found in the park.

I went here for my boy's school friend's birthday party. You can park your car on the roadside parking line. The party space was safe and clean. I think it's a great place for kids ages 3 to 6 to play and party, such as trains, jumping, bicycles, and climes. You have to go outside and use the public restroom next to the small park about 3 minutes away. When you're looking at the sea, the right side is toward the bathroom. ;)

We had our son's birthday at the blue train park, it was really a nice safe space for kids to play and run around. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The train ride was so much fun, all the guests enjoyed their time. The two wooden tables we booked were more than enough plus they added some chairs and umbrellas for the adults. Sean was quick to answer on the emails and for all my questions and the staff is very friendly. Thank you Guys 😊

Nice place to relax while your kids have fun on the jungle gyms and obstacle courses. R35pp gets you into the park and includes one train ride around the track (reasonable). Same price charged for babies, toddlers, children, adults & pensioners (rather silly, as not all age groups can make use of the facilities on offer). I couldn't join my husband and son inside the park, as I had 2 small dogs (on leash) with me and they were not allowed in. Overall still a fun outing for the kids

Cheap entry and fun for kids . The place provides peace of mind for parents because it is fenced right around. The train is a fun touch. Lots of things to do and plenty of shade for parents to relax while the kids go wild. Zip line, rock climbing, small astro turf among the usual (and some unusual) playground equipment. Definitely a nice place to spend a good couple hours to keep the little ones occupied. Also available for functions such as parties.

Great playpark for only R35, spectacular views.

The train was unfortunately out of order. There are no card facilities at the shop. There were not enough shaded areas or seating available and the garden needed tending (long grass, overgrown bushes obstructing the cycling track). Kids had more fun at the public park (Mouille Point).

LOVED this place. So clean and tranquil. Everything works. My only concern is that where the zipline is, due to safety, I feel there should be someone to help or monitor the kids getting on and off. Also some of the equipment needs maintenance. Otherwise it's a really nice, chilled place to picnic with the family or just to get your kid to release that energy. The fee is also super reasonable.

My daughter had so much fun here. Definitely a great experience, not much to do here so I doubt we'll take my daughter back there but the park could do with seasonal themed games and keep changing certain activities to make parent and children see the value is second and third visits.

The park on it own it awesome, the train is a added bonus. It all open and lots and area for your kidz to play.

Lovely place to bring kids and lots of place to sit at benches or on grass. Lots of activities for the kids. Even electrical plug points. Would be perfect if there were public toilets in the park itself and baby changing facilities, that's my only negative

Equipment needs maintenance and cleaning. A lot of birds poo, sharp screws, broken stuff. With a major overhaul, this could be great, but really not worth going there despite the scenic location.

Cute little park, My little ones enjoyed the train ride that circled the park. The Zipline "one of the main features" is not well maintained. I would suggest that the bouncy castles are covered with a bit of shade as the toddlers couldn't enjoy them because they were so hot. Great idea but situated far too close to the "free park" considering most of the features are the same and you are only paying for the train ride.

This is a great place to stop if you have small children, The Blue Train Park, has beautiful views of Table mountain, signal hill and the ocean. There is plenty of fun activities for the kids inside the park, and they will absolutely love the trip around there track.

Beautiful place. Lots to do. Perfect for kiddies. Train ride however was extremely loud so I would say nor suitable for kids on the spectrum. My son is 2 and a bit and he absolutely hated the ride 30secs into it and he is only showing mild symptoms of it. To noisy for his Lil ears that hear everything. They should put a sign warning about noise erritation. Beautiful experience none the less.

The Blue Train Park is very nice at the moment - must have gotten renovated recently.

South African. The fact that it's an enclosed space, gives more peace of mind if you are letting your kids run around freely. The train ride is lovely for the kids as well as being quite scenic. I think helmets should be provided for the zipline. Otherwise it's a nice picnic and play spot for the kids.

We had a lovely afternoon there with friends. We packed our own picnic and the kids had fun playing on the many jungle gyms and inflatable slide. Good idea to pack a ball as well.

It's a wonderful experience for children, also for mom, dad and friends. Caleb my grandson had a great time, especially on the blue train.

Very clean and very quiet on this particular day which was nice because we had the park to ourselves. There is a lot of equipment for the kids and a large area to run around. If you want to play soccer bring your own ball

R140 for two kids and two adults. Train is rickety and extremely loud. My 5 year old didn't enjoy it at all. Would not recommend the train ride. Play equipment was broken and dangerous. Lots of missing and sharp pieces. The pictures show online is nothing what it is looking like presently. Staff was sleeping in a chair next to one of the equipment. We left after 10 minutes. It would of been lovely if they maintained the area. Not recommended.

Cute little park, that needs to be maintained a bit better. The zipline wasn't really operational and that was one of the main attractions. Bouncy castles need to be more shaded. Too hot for any human to touch most of the day. My girls enjoyed the train ride around the park, Basically, it's too close and too similar to the free park that borders it.

It was amazing my party was a huge success thanx to the park team. All the kids enjoyed themselves and the adults as well. The train ride was the highlight of the day. Thank you Blue Train Park

Kids loved the play area, there's a small snack bar very limited and expensive. The train wasn't working at the time but the kids absolutely loved the open space!!

Lovely facility for kids and kids parties. Jungle gyms, obstacle courses, mini soccer and much more. Train ride is fun. Great spot. Only down side there are toilet facilities.

Awesome play area for kids. Train ride is about 4min. I would recommend this place to parents. Restaurants and beach near by.

What a magical space for the kids. Super safe and lots of space to run around to burn off all that energy. Avas unicorn birthday was such a treat and they were super helpful with set up. Power is provided should you wish to set up a jumping castle. Chairs and a private space can be arranged for hosting special events. The view might I add is absolutely amazing of our beautiful ocean which adds to having an amazing back drop.

Had a really good visit today with friends and family. Plenty of active fun for the kids and a beautiful view! Unfortunately the Blue Train broke down while we were there so the kids couldn't get a ride, however the staff told us to bring back our purchased tickets the next time we visit and they will let the kids have a ride for no extra charge. The kids absolutely loved the zip line.

The kids always have so much fun when we visit. The playground is great to sit and relax while the kids run around and have fun
