    I was blown away by the overall experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to my every need. In particular, Edwardene at the check-in desk provided standout service and made me feel right at home. The premium rooms at the hotel were simply amazing, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that provided breathtaking views of the waterfront. The rooms were tastefully decorated and featured a combination of modern amenities and luxurious touches. One of the standout features of the hotel was the breakfast, which was simply amazing. There was a wide variety of options available, and the fact that they served mimosas was an added bonus. The breakfast alone was worth the stay, and it set the tone for a perfect day. The bathrooms in the premium rooms were equally impressive, with both a shower and a bath that were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The attention to detail in the room design was evident throughout, and it contributed to a sense of relaxation that I rarely experience on work trips. Overall, I would highly recommend the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Cape Town. The staff were friendly and attentive, the premium rooms were amazing, and the breakfast was simply unforgettable.

    Excellent location and service on Friday 4 Nov 2022. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and we received 2 glasses of Champagne and dessert free of charge πŸ˜‹ I ordered the seafood risotto - it was delicious, my husband ordered a steak but he was not happy with the cut and quality though. But everything else was great!

    What a fantastic hotel. Location = great! Breakfast = fantastic! Staff = Absolutely brilliant! It is a short walk to the waterfront mall and plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms were immaculate as always when staying at the Radisson Blu. In particular, we would like to give a special mention to Nonelwa and Yonela for making our stay so wonderful, you took such good care of us - thank you!

    Spent 12 nights at the Radisson Blu for work and pleasure and would certainly recommend it. The staff were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Yusuf who managed the Concierge Desk provided us with excellent service. The location is perfect....walking distance to the V&A Waterfront and the hotel also provides a shuttle bus to take you there and back. The breakfast is outstanding with beautiful views overlooking the waterfront. The conference facilities were also excellent.

    We came to this hotel as a big tour group. My aunt and her family got a ground room while we got a 2nd floor room. The rooms on the ground floor are significantly larger, cleaner, and better overall. While the room upstairs are old and need renovation. They don't even have a view! Food is good and service is average.

    I had a wonderful stay. The accommodations are beautiful, the food is good, and the staff is responsive and friendly. Mansfield did a great job of bringing our bags to our room, and showing us around in the room. I appreciate him daily greeting us. Great service! The suite was beautiful and faced the beach. We loved sleeping to the sound of the ocean. I gave it a 4 however because one of the lamps was missing a knob. The staff was able to get the light working for us on our second day. It was finally fixed on the last day of our stay.

    The staff is amazing!!! From the front desk to the valet, bell hop to the waiter at the restaurant. I have never received such wonderful customer service. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and has an amazing ocean view. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was fantastic. Avela, our waiter, was awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Capetown.

    I was welcomed with a sparkling drink! The personnel was very welcoming, rooms are excellent. The buffet was diverse and would cope with most tastes. Business facilities were meeting our requirements.

    Dear Radisson, Thank you so much for your excellent hospitality. You have really looked after us for the three weeks. Everyone has been really great. Moreover, a big shout out to Manfred who really went that extra mile to make sure we were good. We loved staying with you so much, we are already booked in for next year :-D

    Review 2.0. Breakfast service by the Radisson Team was consistently world class. The team actively engaged with all the patrons and enquired as the previous days activities and what was planned for the day. It’s difficult to do a special mention as all staff were very attentive, however Eloise and Lesley-Ann were exceptional. We have travelled a lot and this service is up there with the best. Well done.

    Popped in for a drink to meet some travelling friends, to be honest I had never visited this Radisson Blu before, so was looking forward to the visit. We opted to sit on the terrace overlooking the very blue Atlantic Ocean, at Tobago’s Restaurant & Bar. On this particular day the service was a little slow, but the venue made up for that as we lapped up the eye candy views, with the mother nature playing her part for picture perfect weather. Breath taking sunset!! There is a pier with a few boats moored, where it is open to the public and just lovely for a stroll. The menu is typical of what you would expect for a hotel, burgers, pizza, steaks, reasonable wine list, a few beers on tap etc. but not priced for locals, NOT at all. Based on the slow service and exorbitant prices we opted to head into town to eat. Sadly even with that view, the prices and service and do not justify the visit. I would argue that the 12 Apostles would trump the venue in all areas, service, value, and food based on the some of the reviews I've read. Ciao ~SB

    Perfect for a conference , parked below in the hotel and had a walk on the prom before we got going. Perfect size for a conference , not to overwhelming and able to chat with many.. Lunch was great and nice to stretch legs in private area out the back by the sea..

    Be sure to enjoy the infinity pool which blends into the ocean and the ground floor restaurant. Don’t forget to try the scooters in front. You need to download an app. Sometimes there is a daily promotion for a fixed amount which is well worth it if you plan on using them for more than an hour. It’s a great way to see the area. The rooms are clean and have amazing views.

    Not great at all - waiter service not good at restaurant and had to ask to be served all the time with waiters ignoring customers, menu even dirty. Also had to ask several times to get help on missing information when staying in hotel room, my requests all ignored. Sorry but this is my experience and not impressed especially with the very high cost of rooms, one would expect at least the basics of service to be better.

    We had a spectacular stay at this awesome property!! Avela was the stand out server as we had a team event on the patio. 16 of us for multiple hours of happy hour, dinner and dessert!! Avela was knowledgeable, super helpful for the group and made our dinner a wonderful experience ! He takes a customer first approach and we wanted for nothing during our evening !!! Avela is a star and we can’t wait to come back !!!! Cheers!!

    Wonderful service and very good breakfast. My room was above the entrance so bit noisy. No problem at all to change the room. Nice staff and service is great. My special thanks to Edwardene from reception, you are such a nice person! And to Davy from parking, you’re the best mate, always with a smile, hope to be back soon!

    Business Trip but what a Hotel this is. Fantastic location, 100 Rand in Cab to V&A Waterfront & 3 miles down to Camps Bay. Great Views of the ocean on one side and Table Mountain Lions Head on the other. Checked in by fantastic staff such as Lufe and helped with the taxis on main entrance by Yonela. Breakfast is 5* , the guy that walks around ensuring that the birds behave is super friendly and hard working. With the dolphins swimming in the bay in front of you whilst you eat...it doesn't get any better really. I will bring my family back here from the UK. Great Hotel, Fantastic staff!

    This hotel was perfect until I tried to get a drink in the restaurant. I was told it was fully booked and was asked 5 times if I was staying in the hotel which is the case. Very rude. It's a shame as most of the staff is very nice and helpful. I also got sick from the breakfast, don't take the omelette with mushrooms (not sure they afe washed properly).

    We (me, my mom, dad and aunt) recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blue Hotel in Cape Town, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who made check-in a breeze. The rooms we stayed in were not just comfortable but also beautifully appointed. We only wished we were right next to each other lol. But the beds were cozy, and the view from our windows were breathtaking, adding to the overall ambiance. Throughout our stay, we had the chance to sample the hotel's dining options, and each meal was a culinary delight. The restaurant staff were attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring that every dining experience was a great one. One standout feature of this hotel was the impeccable service. Davy and his colleagues, went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or fulfilling any request promptly, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. The location of the hotel was also ideal, conveniently situated near popular attractions and with easy access to public transportation. In summary, our stay at the Radisson Blue was nothing short of superb. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable hotel experience. The combination of exceptional service, exquisite accommodations, and outstanding dining truly made our visit a remarkable one. We look forward to returning in the future.

    I spent a week with my family, where we found the staff to be both helpful and outstanding. Our room boasted an incredible view and was fully equipped with amenities. Although the breakfast buffet lacked variety, the exceptional service from the staff greatly compensated for this. Also, the hotel provided a wheelchair for my elderly mother's use throughout our stay upon my request. Also, it is good to mention that, a shuttle bus ran hourly between the hotel and the waterfront. Finally the negative points for me, the internet connectivity was poor, and I think the hotel should look into expanding their gym and including more equipment. I would like to thank you all 😁

    Beautiful hotel, with spacious, clean rooms and bathrooms. Views are amazing! The only fault for us was the room service was incredibly slow, over an hour and 15 min for 1 pizza, and they got the order totally wrong. Otherwise great hotel, the staff were and very helpful, the breakfast was extensive as well. Great coffee!

    I spent 2 nights here and can only recommend the hotel. Very friendly staff and a nice hotel. I really loved the gym, well equipped and maintained, it has everything a sporty guest needs for the workout. Staff at the reception is lovely and house keeping does an absolute great job in keeping everything tidy. I had a great time here and I am sure I will be back when I am in Cape Town.

    Wish I could give 5 stars but based on personal experience . Been there a couple of times and grew to love it must have sea view as we always saw dolphins out on the balcony. Service of staff good received excellent service from most but some staff made us feel unwelcome like we don't belong . But we definitely won't let that bad experience stop us from visiting again. Perfectly location and family friendly. I'm not a hotel food lover but the chicken burger is honestly one of the best burgers iv had.

    We tried to go for breakfast this January but they were fully booked. Outside of the festive season, when you can actually get in, I can highly recommend this as a very good value for money breakfast! The restaurant is positioned with the most beautiful sea views from the deck area and the buffet has a wonderful selection. My boys have been asking and asking to go back!

    Excellent hotel. It's not far from the waterfront restaurants and shops, and from the boulevard to the west. Our room was enormous, bright, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also great, with both a shower and a bathtub. The balcony provided a very beautiful view. The staff was very kind and polite. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with enough options for every taste. I found the swimming pool a bit small, and a shower to use before and after would have been nice, especially since the pool is often "occupied" by seagulls. There's a small shop at the hotel, if you need sunscreen, for example, and the lady working there is also very friendly. And we just loved the way the hotel looked inside, like a ship! The decoration is beautiful and well thought-out. Highly recommended!

    We were guests for dinner on Saturday 26, March 2022. My wife, daughter and I are vegans and the menu offered a vegan platter for 2 which my daughter and I chose. My wife ordered the vegan burger. The platter in question had so much plant based meat that the meal became inedible. There were no greens (the vegetables on a skewer were one small mushroom and cherry tomato and a small onion. The chef should go back to school to learn the vegans love vegetables and yes the occasional plant based meat substitute would be nice. ( Butternut, broccoli, a potato would have been great). The waitress forgot my wife's meal, saying she did not place an order. She too should go to school to learn that if there is 5 people at the table that there should be 5 meals ordered. If not ask why there is only 4. Later on that evening complementary drinks were offered to all at the table and when we enquired as to what the blue drinks were, the waiter was unable to give us an explanation. All round it was a disappointing evening apart from the locality.

    I have checked in for 10 nights, it was a very nice experience . Very welcoming and friendly staff. The location is excellent ( ocean view), you can go to waterfront by walking , however there is a shuttle service every hour. Rooms are big and cozy. Just the thing that I did not happy about it was their laundry service, the clothes were not clean enough.

    I am so disappointed with the service , it doesn’t live up to the Radisson Blu standards. I ordered lamb chops and it took almost an hour for it to be done. When the lamb chops finally arrived they were all different. One was rare the other was well done. I was so disappointed at how long I waited for such a meal, what was sad is how I had to pay for such a meal. This Radisson Blu needs a lot of improvement when it comes to servicing customers.

    At my recent stay, I cant commend the cleaning staff more than this, Thank you Jada from housekeeping for taking care of my place. Keeping it in emaculate condition. This place overall is more than 5star, from the staff, restaurant and bar to the food. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Simply thank you and my home away from home.

    Fantastic experience for our first Radisson experience. Colleen went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 10 after a slight booking miscommunication. She was quick to make a plan and made sure we were taken care of. Nadia was a fantastic waitress, top class, and on the ball. The food was absolutely exceptional, drinks were flowing and the views were breathtaking. We will definitely be returning. Well done!

    Need I say more,absolutely under rated and valued hotel.The best deck on the Atlantic seaboard in my view,well located next to Granger Bay. Ample parking,very secure and safe,affords guest many options of outdoor activities.

    The room lights were faulty, they kept flickering . This may or may not be related to loadshedding ,because I could hear it from my room on the first floor. The towel hook in the bathroom was half off but nothing major .I loved the sound of the ocean putting me to sleep.

    The hotel was amazing, very very nice, everyone was friendly and helped in any matter we had. Service was good, and breakfast was amazing, with a view to the ocean and also very vast in options. We loved our stay here, the room was very big and had a view to the oceas as well.

    Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Extremely helpful staff, great location, amazing views, awesome amenities, lovely finishes. Also awesome to host your events there. Harbour room is incredible! Super close to the waterfront as well. They have shuttles going there which is very convenient.
