As a former manager of the American Airlines Admiral's Lounge, I can say with certainty that the staff delivered world class service. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and patient. The entire staff has my deepest gratitude and a big "JOB WELL DONE!" from me! I left money on the dresser in my room and was gone all day. When I came back and saw that hospitality cleaned my room and the money was still there, I was satisfied that they passed the test. The rooftop terrace was immaculate! Rest assured, I will be booking my stay here again and bringing all of my family and friends with me who are willing. You all have thoroughly impressed me and I'm not going anywhere else.

I stayed here for 3 nights. I had a great experience. The rooms were perfect, I really enjoyed my experience and view from the roof top bar. The staff were also very helpful. I will particularly like to call out one of your staff - "Andile" the front desk person for going above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. I will definitely come visiting again.

The wonderful staff made this feel like home, and after staying for 4 days, I felt like I wished I could move in. The room service and the dining room ladies were so radiantly lovely and took such good care of us all, always a beautiful friendly smile, engaging positive, kind and caring! Lulu always great with such warmth and made sure I put my phone and laptop away and enjoyed breakfast without sitting working :) And Nonky made my mornings serving with such kindness and the most beautiful smile a lovely quick chat and some positivity for the day. Park Inn Foreshore these ladies are absolute gems! And the reason for such a great experience! And a special shout - out to Nonky, as well please!

Loved the roof bar (Haralds). Stunning views of the mountain and town. Service is great but the food takes a long time as its cooked in the hotel kitchen on the ground floor and brought up. Prices are quite reasonable.

Very good. The rooms are clean and big. The pool is small but refreshing and cold, and the gym has quite a few machines. The staff were very nice, specifically Carmen. Very clean, and safe around the area. A/C works. The breakfast was tasty, but the dinner and lunch menu was mainly meat, instead of as many veg options. Still, a great stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Park Inn. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The location was good for what we wanted to do. It was our third stay and we will be back again!

Oh my goodness! I didn’t stay at this establishment. I mistakenly went in thinking it was my accommodation and Wilbur kindly assisted me and showed me to my accommodation! He was so kind and went the extra mile to assist me and even walked me to my accommodation which was around the corner that I actually wanted to stay at Park inn! Such wonderful service for a non resident! I cannot imagine how beautiful the service must be when you are staying here! You better believe, I will be staying here on my next visit to Cape Town! I’ve always complained about the lack of good quality customer service in Cape Town but Wilbur humbled me! This was so impressive!

Rooms are tired. Chairs’ upholstery are torn, phones don’t work and there is very little hanging space or drawers. Reception neglected to say that you can't put anything on room bill with our preauthorisation. Only one usb charging port and no charging station. Reception is unhelpful when we called about the broken phone (Donna). She asked whether I picked up the phone and dialed 🫣There is no one outside when you drive up to the hotel to assist on where to park. In fact they should advise you before arrival. Floors are dark and don't book on the 3rd floor. You wait forever for hot water (wasting water in the process). Rooms are not serviced by 3pm. We left at 8am I. The morning. *Otherwise staff are very friendly and helpful. Management responded well to all the issues in a friendly professional manner. *update* the water savers installed in the showers prevent enough pressure to get the hot water through. It is a known problem on the 3rd floor.

Had a awesome time with my friends at Harald's Bar on the terrace. The view from the Terrace was gorgeous. We were served by two ladies Tanya and Tarryn with the most loveliest smiles. Will hope to visit again

Carmen and Christina at the front desk have so much attitude it’s so embarrassing because the rest of our stay was amazing but just their attitude alone on check in and check out just set the mood off. Disgusting to say the least. However, Carmen at the breakfast buffet was amazing she was so helpful as well as as the two ladies serving was amazing. Do better with Reception staff.

Took my wife on valentine's day. Was absolutely amazing. Service by MR. Wilbur at reception that evening was overwelming pleasant and helpful. He gave us a perfect suited room with stunning views over the city. Make sure to book rooms 1007 and 1008. Magnificent. The top roof and splash pool absolutely amazing with breathtaking views. I cannot wait to go there once again. Park-Inn you have a regular now. Many many thanks to the pleasant staff even the courteous cleaners, everything about our stay was amazing.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating a friend's birthday at the Park Inn Radisson Hotel's restaurant. The food was tasty, and the atmosphere and service fantastic. It is one of those places you can say nothing wrong about but also nothing to compliment them on. The unit is big spacious and brand new. Very quiet with very little street noise which is a huge bonus while staying in the city. So they only get 3 stars because they have no sole. Not 1 picture, book or plant in the apartment and you can't even open a window. Another positive is the view.

Stayed here for 4 weeks whilst being in Cape Town for work. Felt valued from day 1. ALL the staff were amazing, any request was taken seriously and treated with care. Always greeted with a smile in the morning, every member of staff are a credit to this hotel! You can genuinely see their delight when helping or serving you. I honestly hope I have the chance to revisit Cape Town, I know I’ll be looking to revisit this hotel! Keep up the great work!

Friendly staff. Very helpful staff. Food excellent. Food fresh and a huge variety for breakfast. Pity one or two issues with the room(basin partially blocked and window did not open properly. Room was spacious and was daily serviced very well. Excellent location. Recommended it to my neighbour.

Good hotel for family stay in central part Cape Town, South Africa. It's about 30 min drive from the Cape Town Airport. Hotel is well maintained. Staff are very very courteous and humble. Food is good and enjoyable. Rooms are quite spacious and well maintained with good ambience. Hotel staff are quite helpful in arranging vehicles for local site seeing.

Very friendly staff. Especial thanks to Nonky, Phoenix and also to all the staff from the reception. Everyone was very helpful and always in a good mood. The hotel was neat and clean, breakfast also good. The RBG restaurant as well as the Heralds on the terrace also have really nice food!

Stayed here for 2 nights during a recent trip to Cape Town. Wilbur at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was decent. A bit dated in some areas. The hotel gym was good quality with an array of weights and machines. Parking is 60 rand per night. Good location in Cape Town CBD. Overall, a pleasant stay in a nice hotel

My husband and I stayed at the Park Inn for 4 nights during our stay in Cape Town. We felt it was great location in between downtown/business district and the nearby touristy area of the V&A Waterfront. We were able to snag a view of Table Mountain which was awesome! We did not get a chance to use the rooftop bar as there was construction going on when we went, but the breakfast cafe & bar downstairs was great to have onsite. The staff was extremely helpful and kind! I think the renovations will brighten up the inside of the hotel once they are done! Would recommend if you are wanting a central location, great pricing, and good staff!

The location of the hotel is actually quite nice; you can see Table Mountain pretty close and walk everywhere in the city center or to the Waterfront. The "problem" is that some of the businesses flanking the hotel are shut down, thus leaving at least one side of the hotel in complete darkness. You don´t want to walk there at night and it doesn't make a very nice impression. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast buffet really is adequate and, please, the food at the rooftop bar is a lot better than most hotel fare.

I often visit Park Inn Radisson Cape Town for business and each time, it is an absolute pleasure. The staff welcome their guests and display excellent customer service. From when you start your stay, to breakfast and dinner, they go the extra mile to personalise their approach. Located in CBD, you are close to amenities and attractions (V&A a 5 Min trip away) makes it easy to explore the city. The rooms have all that you need for your stay, serviced daily to ensure that all you need to worry about is business/exploring the city and they take care of the rest. Honestly the room (1bed room) was clean and fairly maintained. Staff are humble and helpful they don’t fake their hospitality. Adrian on the reception was very nice and helpful, he speaks many languages and knows well how to manage his staff. I feel the reception enjoying their job not stressing about it. My only regret is not having Halal food on the menu as many muslims stays in

UNsafe!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I was assaulted and robbed in my room at this horrific hotel. Management has done nothing I have filed reports with Consulate and Police. Stay away from this horrific hotel and location in city centre. Radisson hotel group accepts no accountability and hides with any kind of investigation. Absolutely corrupt horrible despicable place to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Raddison hotel was a perfect place for celabrating our honymoon. We enjoyed the greate stuff, especialy Carmen and Andile from frot house. They gave us extraordinary service. Andile made sure that we can park the parking lot inside the hotel (and not getting fined 🙃) thank you!

Had a great stay at this hotel. The staff is very courteous and polite. Amazing service and quite friendly. Being an indian and my taste buds been trained for spicy and fireworks type of taste. The continental servings didn't excite me much. But whatever little exposure I had it was fantastic. The seafood platter stands out the most for me. A pretty good stay , I hope I sign off at port of Capetown so that I can enjoy the stay here once again.

Jan 14 - 16 Fabulous greeting by the check in staff . The room was very pleasant with a comfortable bed , deep fluffy towels and a bathroom stocked with toiletries. Very convenient to walk to the V & A Waterfront.

We loved our stay at Raddison Blu but the parking issue is really cause huge problem. A very small parking bays. It’s hard to park your big SUV cars in the parking. Also public parking in front the hotel is a problem. I had to paid R70 to a car guard as this is under Cape Town city parking. Such a bad experience with parking facility. Although this hotel is on right spot with beautiful Table Mountain views.

The service my friend and I recieved yesterday was very disappointing. Firstly upon arrival at the rooftop bar, we were dismissed by an employee. Secondly, the food is atrocious, glassware was not polished dirty in fact, not 4* as they claim!! Spoke to a supervisor not, even a food and beverage manager on duty to sort out anything!!! Front of house manager took my details, assured me someone would contact me but nothing happened!! Clearly not 4* at all!!!! I am in the industry myself so completely understand being understaffed etc in these times but lack of service, no proper management on duty and not being able to resolve a guest complaint is unfortunately not acceptable in these trying times.. An extremely disappointed guest I was last night indeed!!!!!!

Made arrangements with the manager as it was my son's birthday weekend. We were greeted with a canvas family portrait and sweets for my son upon check in. Nawaal was super friendly allowed my son to eat all the bananas that was on a display. Breakfast was great. Second night, we were treated to a little birthday cake for my son. All in all, great stay, great location, great hotel. Will definitely return

Currently staying here with my television crew and we’re already looking forward to checking out. Whenever I order room service, I feel like I’m inconveniencing the staff. Went to the bar with one of my colleagues and we experienced such unsatisfactory service. It’s a quite beautiful hotel with fairly breathtaking views but their service is definitely selective. It’s 2021, I shouldn’t be made to feel like I don’t belong to a place where I’m spending a lot of money at. C’mon guys, do better. You have such great potential🤍

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, a first-time stay and Mr. Monray Smith made us feel very welcomed and complimented by his professional team. The hotel is conveniently situated in close proximity to everything with stunning views of the city and Table mountain by the viewing deck (must see). We loved the comfort and modern, fresh colours and finishes inside the bedroom, one rarely sees natural light penetrating through the interior to the en-suite - brilliant concept! Our bedroom had the option of being inside and outside with a comfortable balcony for fresh air! Also, a big bonus is a secured parking level above ground and one can reserve your spot for the duration of your stay. The breakfast was top-notch, healthy, and filling! Super friendly and warm staff, we would definitely visit them again and we look forward to our next visit!

Friendliest staff that call you by your name and make you feel at home. Marzel/Nawaal and the entire kitchen staff were most welcoming and always made sure my needs were met at all times. Amazing views of the city lights and mountain! Breakfast was always a hit and they have the most amazing coffee.

Location wise the hotel is nearer to every major attraction (and pretty much everything lol), and is a few blocks away from the red bus station which is a bonus! Breakfast was always a delight! Although breakfast ends at 10.30am, the staff was always kind enough to not take away food immediately. The staff were quiet friendly and resourceful and helped us arrange most of our activities. A special shout to Busi, Wilbur and Lonke for being exceptional hosts! Definitely staying here on my next trip.
