Staying here was absolutely perfect, from the warm welcome by the staff to the beautiful, comfortable, clean rooms. It brought with it a bit of nostalgia of the simple days we used to appreciate. Apart from it being centrally located to many tourist spots, it is surprisingly very affordable. I was quite blown away by the breathtaking view of the ocean from my room. I also experienced the most beautiful sunsets whilst there. The staff were so attentive ,and quite honestly enjoyed the restaurant fare ,which is not always the case ,I am afraid, with other hotels I have stayed in. Definitely return here and this time ,stay longer with my family.

On my arrival, I was warmly greeted by the pleasant and helpful staff.T he (theme) presentation of the room was amazing. I slept in with great comfort and woke to a bright summer sky which pierced its way through the fantastic positioned wide clear glass windows. I was met by pleasant staff once again. Breakfast was such of a Breakfast for Kings and Queens. I planned on having a restful day In almost total silence.I then watched the spectacular sunset and headed off for a mouthwatering buffet brightly coloured display. The views both day and night and the lighting was an amazing sight.

To my surprise saw the luxurious spaces and qualities services especially delivered with care. Beautiful sunset made me feel refreshed for the next day. So to dinner, I ate with pleasure of looking at the deliciously looking and tasty recipies. They comfort night sleep in the high profile rooms are fantastic. I loved the way the hotel staff received my friends and I after a long journey from Durban. I loved how they were friendly and the reception was top class. There was no room for any complaints because the room service was good. My friends were keen on seeing the beautiful view of the sea . The hotel is worth a visit because they prioritise the client's needs and aim to keep their guests smiling throughout their stay at the hotel. Don't ask me why I love this hotel when the only reason is that its the best

The stunning ocean views from my room were breathtaking, and the sound of the waves was incredibly soothing. The hotel staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The beach access was convenient, allowing for leisurely walks along the shore. Overall, a perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and impeccable serviceโ€”I highly recommend this beachfront hotel for an unforgettable getaway.

I had a life-changing experience. Bantry Bay has a remarkable dinning area a worldly and relaxed set-up. It is also joint to a bar that has lights that are appropriate for every memorable moments made. The bedrooms are neat and and they expose the magnificent views of the sea. Their food is delightful, Bantry Bay caters for all diets and taste buds. The patio has an exquisite set-up of tables, chairs and umbrella's. To top it off, they have a blue pool with a couch located a few metres away. It is really a place to relax, re-kindle and have fun.

My accommodation had amazing views of the seaside, and the sound of the waves was really calming. The hotel personnel went above and above to make sure I had a comfortable stay; they were kind and attentive. The amenities in the accommodation were above my expectations, and it was spotlessly clean and nicely furnished. Convenient beach access made it possible to take leisurely strolls along the coast. All in all, this seaside hotel offers the ideal balance of luxury, leisure, and first-rate service. I heartily suggest it for a memorable vacation.

Have never stayed in this area before, but loved the location of this Hotel, right at the end of the hustle and bustle of Regent Road, walking distance from many bars, cafes and shops. The only downside being no alternative power during Loadshedding.

What an amazing experience we had at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly! The rooms and hotel was clean and safe. The rooms are really spacious. Great location... close the the V&A waterfront! We took a walk to the waterfront, however... a uber will only cost you about R50. Was a fantastic Stay!

Booking failed with 4 different cards online. We didn't get any confirmation of our booking via email. When we arrived we were welcomed poorly (cold service). We arrived during loadshedding and they didn't have any proper plans or procedures I.e. Using a phone light to fill out forms, using the emergency stairs to get to the forth floor (loadshedding has been going on for over 10 years and they still seem unprepared). There wasn't even internet during loadshedding. Emergency light didn't turn off in our room when loadshedding ended and no one explained how to turn the light off. Slept with the light on in the room. Cleaning staff took 30 minutes while guests stood there waiting. None of the above is expected at a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are quite spacious. But it is not an upmarket hotel. The prices are normally reasonable yet do escalate quite high during busy times. There is a small swimming pool on site.

We stayed for 3 days recently. Location absolutely convenient with easy access to transport and from balcony we could see the sea which was stunning. Room was specious with Kitchen facility too and comforting. Reception staff Zim, Gean and young man at night were excellent and very helpful. Kitchen staff were brilliant and very considerate. Overall we had a lovely time.

Couldn't get a wink of sleep due to the security guard chatting all night. Think he was chatting to the security guard from the president hotel next door. Croissant at breakfast was stale and sausage was undercooked. A bird also flew in and helped itself to some grapes. Maybe close the windows during breakfast service?

We booked a full body massage and we arrived late. The staff was impeccable and friendly. We still got our full hour and the vibe, atmosphere and people were just amazing. Special thank you to the two ladies who did the massage, you girls are stars!! Will definitely return.

THANK YOU * THANK YOU * THANK YOU Thank you, Bantry Bay Suite Hotel and a BIG shout out to Zim. Zim, you were an absolute angel after a really terrible ordeal (and long day) where our pre-booked accommodation was misleading and they cancelled it, leaving us out on the street. Thank you for your friendliness, big smile and bubbly personality that greeted us every time. Thank you Bantry Bay and team for an awesome stay. You made our stay memorable. The people (staff) are friendly and it feels like home away from home, as all the staff knows you and treat you like family (or more like royalty ). I hope to visit soon.

I was welcomed by the most friendliest receptionist called Zim. My apartment was stunning and the customer service was world class. I am definitely returning.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Rooms a bit disappointing. No emergency lights during loadshedding. We had a street view. Would've preferred to have a sea view.

Tremendous staff who are all most helpful. Great location, one minute from the coast and only 20 minutes into town.

Penthouse suite was really stunning. Lovely views over the ocean. Superb location. Close to all amenities and many great restaurants. Plus the Seapoint Promenade is a stones throw away. Gorgeous sunsets without leaving your room.

My stay at the bantry bay was good very friendly staff and loved the suite how spacious it is,the kitchenette, the little lounge area and the big bathroom with a bath and a shower. However when I first walked in I started smelling paint seemed like the suite was painted like a few days ago or recently, but then I thought I might be imaging myself, night time came where we closed the window and the door and that's when I realized that it is the paint smell that still seemed very fresh to me I couldn't sleep during the night because of the paint fumes I got up tried putting the aircon on to check if it would help clear the air but upon putting the aircon on it makes a loud noise wich stays on while the aircon is on and there was no way to sleep with such a noise, I go back to bed upon opening up the one window wide...my throat is now sore and my nose is completely congested with paint fumes and I havent slept this wasnt a very pleasant experience I think it should have been communicsted to us that there might still be some paint smells and that the suite was recently painted or something after my stay I now have go go get myself medication for my throat, nose and head because of the fumes and I actually feel quite sick

This a competitive hotel but like any other place in Seapoint /Bantry Bay, space for parking is crammed. The breakfast range is top notch.

Stayed for 2 nights in a spacious, clean 'deluxe' suite. Small balcony on side of building provided a peek at the surf on Saunders Rocks, and a bit of Lion's Head. The room was well appointed, and the staff were quick to send up anything we needed, e.g. a frying pan and spatula to make breakfast eggs on the cooktop. The location is excellent, shops, restaurants and beaches are just a couple of minutes away by foot - although we found the food in the hotel's restaurant as good as any on Regent Street, well priced and served with pride and great hospitality by the staff. We also enjoyed lounging at the pool and patio area. Especially enjoyed the eclectic collection of artwork in the lobby and restaurant - it's worth stopping by the restaurant to view a series of uniquely South African surrealist paintings by Pieter Van Tonder, a local artist.

STAYED FOR TWO NIGHTS ... WENT TO BREAKFAST FIRST MORNING AT AROUND 10. NOT GREAT OPTIONS AT BREAKFAST- DEFINITELY NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL BREAKFAST. ASKED THE WAITRESS FOR FRESH CHEESE BECAUSE THE CHEESE AVAILABLE WAS SWEATY AND DRIED OUT AND UNCOVERED - NOT EDIBLE- SHE NONCHALANTLY RESPONDED WITH "THE CHEESE IS FRESH, IT WAS CUT THIS MORNING" . DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO GO TO BREAKFAST THE FOLLOWING MORNING - ALTHOUGH I ALREADY PAID FOR IT.... WHEN TO MUG & BEAN INSTEAD.

We received a warm welcome on our arrival. All staff are helpful and friendly. A room with a beautiful sea view. To complete your stay, a rejuvenating massage is recommended at Reflections Spa. Itโ€™s situated in the hotel and itโ€™s definitely worth it. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Wedding party stay in April. Brilliant service from the heart from all employees. Exemplary clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent value for money . Ace location promenade and main road in Sea Point with plethora of restaurants and bars. Excellent communication for over a year with the hotel. Wouldn't go anywhere else when I return to Cape Town!

We were in the hotel for 2 nights. The room was big, nice bathroom, it even had a kitchen. A laundry service is also offered. The breakfast buffet was also very good. That you have to pay extra for a hot chocolate is completely absurd.
