We
have
never
come
across
such
rude
and
disinterested
staff
in
our
life.
They
visibly
sighed
as
you
approached
the
reception
desk,
at
breakfast
took
at
least
20
mins
to
bring
cutlery
and
tea
and
coffee
and
asking
them
to
book
us
a
table
at
a
restaurant
seemed
like
an
usual
request.
They
made
us
feel
like
an
inconvenience.
Our
room
on
the
second
floor
was
facing
the
road
and
was
next
to
the
lift
so
throughout
the
night
we
were
kept
awake
by
the
dinging
of
the
lift
and
noise
from
the
road.
The
room
was
really
dirty
with
mould
in
the
bathroom
and
thick
dust
on
the
carpet.
When
we
complained
they
told
us
they
couldn't
move
us
as
they
were
fully
booked,
they
said
they'd
clean
the
room
but
we
noticed
no
difference.
The
room
and
bathroom
were
also
really
tired
and
in
desperate
need
of
upgrading.
The
pool
area
was
also
really
tired
and
in
need
of
upgrading.
You
needed
a
different
password
twice
a
day
for
the
WiFi
which
was
frustrating
having
to
keep
asking
reception
for
and
as
per
the
above
there
was
a
lot
of
sighing
involved
in
providing
it
to
us.
The
location
was
fantastic
but
there
are
so
many
hotels
nearby
which
I'm
sure
would've
been
a
lot
better
for
£180
a
night!
Definitely
not
a
4
star
hotel
and
by
far
the
worst
hotel
we
stayed
in
for
our
entire
2
week
trip.
