The team at The Alphen are incredible, very accommodating. I hosted a work function for 25 people there. The lunch was lovely. I went to visit the spa a few days later and had the most incredible experience.

I had a divine pregnant massage, really felt like I could fall asleep on the bed. Fyi you lie on your side and get your back done in two halves, they also do legs, feet and arms. Heaven. Rooms are dark and cool and you're so warm wrapped up in towels. Music felt nice and deep.

Went there with my Sandy and my Twin Daughters for Breakfast. We all had eggs Benedict. Absolutely superb. The service was out of this world and the location and setting is fantastic. Well worth a visit.

We arrived around 22:00 at night, and were greeted by a team of friendly faces, ready to assist with making us food before the kitchen closed. Really friendly and warm staff, the rooms are stunning and modern, and the location is perfect. It’s close to everything in town, about 20min from the airport, and there is a green belt right next to the hotel to go for walks in the morning.

A beautiful hotel set in lovely grounds in the suburb of Constantia. We always choose to have our breakfast at La Belle. There is a great menu with various breakfasts plus absolutely delicious pastries and cakes. The bathrooms are extremely stylish. Parking is available plus wheelchair accessibility.

We had breakfast at La Belle. It was expensive (for me) at R200.00 for a full English. But the setting is magnificent. On one of the hottest days of the year, sitting on the patio under the trees, was cool and very pleasant .

It has been a while since I was here, but everything was excellent. It was nice to have two bathrooms; the bedroom was so big I had problems watching TV since it was so far away on the other side of the room! Friendly staff, beautiful surroundings.

Love this place. From a lazy tea to a sundowner drinks with friends after work. Amazing dinner setting and they offer events which are great value for money and an excellent way to enjoy food and wine or gin on offer. La Belle serves the most delicious cakes and treats. Their staff are extremely friendly and go the extra mile to accommodate you. Great for all types of people including a family as the kids get something to do while they sit at the table.

Alphen is everything and more! The Alphen team took such good care of us. The service is unbelievable, and the food is to die for! We tried each restaurant and loved them each for their own vibe and menu. We can’t stop dreaming about our breakfasts at La Belle, and our friends keep raving about them as well. As for the rooms, they are spotless, plush, and so comfortable. The his/hers bathrooms are a nice touch too! The grounds are gorgeously taken care of and are beautiful to walk through. Would definitely stay here again!

We met for a casual family get-together at Incognito. Great venue with lounge style dining. Mini sliders were delicious with little bowls of crispy chips. Wine selection was great but a bit pricey. Staff were friendly and well trained. DJ playing cool vibes added to the great atmosphere.

We stayed here on a recent visit to Cape Town and absolutely loved it! The hotel is beautiful and quaint, and the staff are delightful. We had a stunning room with a private terrace, and spent the morning at the pool. Our dinner was delicious with perfect portion sizes and lots to choose from

From the moment we arrived Hayley at reception made us feel welcome. She escorted us to our room and answered all the questions we had in a very polite manner. The room was spacious with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Blanco restaurant had a very romantic atmosphere and the supper was excellent. La Bella Bistro had a cosy vibe with a fireplace burning and a scrumptious breakfast to start the day. The staff at both restaurants was very attentive and the service was excellent. Will definitely go again

The new spa is small but the staff are good and it's easier to book online than some others.

The Alphen Hotel and all their restaurants and bars are incredible. They have the best service in Cape Town. Their food and cocktails are unmatched. We had our wedding at this venue, and Debbie and her team are absolutely incredible. I would recommend The Alphen for all your event needs.

We hosted a training day in the conference room and wow it was awesome. This establishment is absolutely beautiful. The conference room was set up so very well, the morning snacks were delicious and plentiful and the staff were delightful! We will definitely be back. I enjoyed a one-night stay at The Alphen for a strategic business breakaway. The overall experience was absolutely lovely. My room was spacious and luxurious and came with everything I could need and more. I had the privilege of having a Swedish massage at The Alphen Spa - the spa staff made me feel relaxed and welcome and the massage experience itself was world-class. Dinner at Blanko was also an absolute treat. The staff at The Alphen were so welcoming and professional - definitely a superior hospitality experience in Cape Town.

This is a beautiful hotel, and I enjoyed my stay here, except for a few irritating points. First were the leaf blowers operating real early and noisily in the morning, with the most terrible high pitched whine. Then, La Belle, styled after a French patisserie, could probably use better fresher ingredients, as the croissants and other cakes were just mediocre. Then, considering the winter storms, there is no undercover parking, and with branches coming down from the trees, really not ideal for classic cars to park.

πŸ‘ First time at Chardonnay Deli. Breakfast, although a bit pricey for a breakfast meal, was really lovely! I had the Avo Smash which is a delightful twist on Eggs Benedict. The eggs were perfectly poached. My husband had the "Piggy Breakfast" which he also said was good. Lovely setting.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Some beautiful views from the tea room. Well worth having a walk too through the beautiful rose gardens. You can pay and pick your own roses, or buy jams etc from the shop next to the tea room. Their carrot cake was especially good - moist and tasty.
