Absolutely beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay at best western, the breakfast was awesome, the staff are friendly and helpful, it's situated close to most tourist attractions, rooms were neat and tidy. Definitely recommend and Will definitely be going back there for my next holiday.

Great place to bring your family for a city break or if you’re from out of town, it’s centrally located with easy access to the Waterfront and the City. Access is well controlled and the staff is friendly. Great Wi-Fi access and an on-site restaurant/bar.

When we arrived, the people at the reception were very friendly. The room has a nice balcony which had a beautiful view of Table Mountain. There were 3 rooms and a small kitchen, including a microwave, oven, sink, stove, and kettle. The rooms had clean sheets, and minimalistic furniture. The bathroom is not the best, a lot of dirt and grime throughout the bathroom. In the bathroom there was a small fan that turned on whenever the light was on. I noticed that there was no one to clean my room while I was away. I also had to ask for extra towels and coffee creamers. Before I came to this hotel the reviews were fairly good, and other reviews said that the wifi was the best. In my hotel room there was no internet connection at all. The breakfast was great with fruit options and a chef that makes your own fried egg or omelet. Overall an okay hotel to stay the night or two, but not for longer stays.

Great location, good prices ,good service and friendly staff. They really need new beds and couches in the apartments. You don't get a good night sleep on those beds.

Had an amazing stay at Best Western Cape Suites Hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and neat. Loved the bed and bedding. Can sleep for hours :-) Thank you Best Western, I will be back.

Absolutely shocking service levels from the property. I requested a double room with a King bed . Much to my surprise there were two single beds. I am totally disappointed and disgusted with the service. Extremely unprofessional. We had no option but to leave the next morning after one night. We then booked in at Knightsbridge Century City. A spectacular place to spend the week.

A clean room, friendly staff. A generator when there is loadshedding. I had a good nights rest and a really good breakfast and to top it off the shuttle driver got us there in time. Thank you.

The room we were given was not accurately portrayed on the website during booking process. There were no windows with any views whatsoever. The decor and state of the room was lack luster and spartan with various things in a state of disrepair and bad maintenance. There was a squeaky door at the back of the room that kept us awake everytime the wind blew outside. The enamel on the bath is cracked and peeling. Everything looked very 2 star, we had a neater and cleaner room at the Road Lodge by the airport. My bed was so worn out that it protruded on the sides and I'm not even a heavy person. Pillows lumpy. Very unimpressed and security staff were not patrolling the car park at night. Will not return or recommend to friends and family.

Great staff, very friendly. Amazing view, great room and delicious breakfasts. All in all Wonderful experience. I recommend for anyone to enjoy.

This is a great place for travelers on a budget! It’s situated within a 30 minute round trip walk to numerous stores. We felt very safe while at the hotel. They have an amazing complimentary breakfast with eggs cooked to order! There is a restaurant with a bar, connected to the hotel that is great! I definitely want to come back here again on a longer term stay. Oh yeah our travel time includes layovers 36 hours, when we arrived the hotel staff very kindly carried our luggage up to our room for us as we were exhausted.

Great hotel with apartment style rooms including full kitchen, and separate bedroom. Some have patios. The complex is in a good location that's easy to walk downtown, or they have a free shuttle 24hrs. Bar and restaurant on site and the free breakfast is awesome!

I booked at the hotel online on bookings for the night notified that i will be arriving late, and they requested that i pay with card because of my time arrival , when i got there the guy told me that they cancelled the booking without even notifying me and i must deal with the booking people they are the ones who debited me. I stayed 2 hours he was telling me that it’s the law at the hotel to Cancel at 12 midnight. I don’t know if not checking on the person if is coming or not is good

Rooms were clean and staff was nice. Location was a bit dodgy and it's a basic hotel. No frills.

Old, tired, run down, un maintained and poorly managed . The staff were on the whole lovely but are working with something that should have been closed down long ago. A coat of paint does not hide bad plumbing, bad electrics, poor heating and insulation and cheap and nasty furniture which was mainly old and damaged. The breakfast was poor and we were kept awake all night with sirens going off What was once a jewel is now a diagrace

The biggest asset for this hotel is the excellent staff and services. Unfortunately I can't remember all the names but some standard out service from Mario, Jonathan, Thandi and not forgetting William. Good breakfast and WiFi. Nice rooms. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely clean and satisfying apartment. We spent the whole stay indoors due to heavy rain at the time. Did not feel cramped in. Enjoyed our stay. Recommend it to anyone. Prices good
