By
far,
the
worst
experience
I
have
had.
Besides
the
hotel
being
dated
in
most
areas,
including
the
rooms,
the
hotel
still
has
a
smoking
floor.
The
lady
at
reception
gave
me
a
room
on
the
7th
floor
without
telling
me
itβs
the
smoking
floor.
I
didnβt
ask
for
a
smoking
room.
For
someone
who
recently
gave
up
smoking,
my
first
impression
was
that
someone
took
a
chance
in
the
room,
and
the
floor
lobby
was
only
the
issue.
Inside
the
room
seemed
fine.
But
after
one
nightβs
sleep,
I
woke
up
drenched
in
smoke
including
all
my
clothes
as
the
smell
moves
through
the
aircons.
I
went
to
the
reception
the
next
morning,
and
without
any
apology,
I
was
given
another
room.
The
other
room
continued
to
have
the
smell
even
though
itβs
on
another
floor.
Canβt
understand
how
regulation
will
allow
a
smoking
room
in
a
hotel.
Wonβt
go
there
again.
