Clean, a sense of safety and security concern with details, service is over the top from your dining in experience, e.g I wanted a carry out box to take my remaining, the waitress politely wrap my food and insisted gently I will take it to your room, I needed a document printed, I enquired about a business center, the front desk attendance, said we will print it for you he was a problem solver. I took the trip alone my room was near the elevator, going in and out of the garage was super easy. It was quiet, perfect for me cleaning staff did an amazing job as well with clean the apartment daily or upon me putting my leather door nob knocker outside my door, I needed additional towels, no problem, the veggie omelet with cheddar cheese was delicious...now this is luxury living.

Everything about this apartment is as you see it on their website, however the bathroom needed a little cleaning. I did my booking via Booking.com, and I was welcomed by a really nice receptionists are very welcoming. If you are going to park your car inside the residential, then you'll be required to pay R70 per night. I noticed that the breakfast-room-service menu does not have the same variety as the sitdown menu at the dinning hall...

3.5 ⭐️ The good: The apartments are nice and big, you even have a bit of an ocean view. The breakfast is mostly good. The bad: The staff at breakfast is extremely slow and forgets/ mixes up half of the orders all the time. Food takes a very long time to arrive. The buffet is very unnecessary since the pastries and the fruit taste dull and overall not good. The portions are made very small so that if you order more, you have to pay extra. We booked the apartment on booking and were expecting a nice bathroom with a tub, as shown on the pictures. When we arrived were were greeted with a bit of a hospital looking shower and no bathtub. When we asked about this at the reception, we were told that we, in fact, scored the only bathroom that did not look like the pictures and didn’t have a tub. Luckily some other people checked out early and we got to change rooms. Getting into the building is a little weird, since you have to ring a bell and wait for the reception to open. This is usually pretty fast but last night we waited for 5 minutes since the man at the reception was making coffee. Overall, it was a nice stay and the issues were mostly small. I am writing this review while waiting for my breakfast since 20 minutes now though.

Absolutely Brilliant, Loved every second of my stay here, defo will be returning. Now, room for improvement in pool size, can be misleading from images given. Bigger Pool means 5 stars.

Very good value for money. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. Romney Park is in an ideal location, close to everything Cape Town has to offer.

Very nice Appartments with great service I can truly recommend. Super friendly and attentive staff. They f.e. realised when I wasn't down for breakfast and knocked at my Appartment with my favourite breakfast menu they've remembered.

Incredible stay and excellent staff. The room was massive with its own lounge, kitchen unit and big balcony area. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is small and the menu is a la carte, but great quality breakfast nonetheless. Room and cleaning service did a great job. Note, there wasn’t an air con unit in the bedroom, but they do have a little fan that can be plugged in. Overall, great stay in a convenient, safe and secure location.

My family and I just stayed At Romney park in Capetown for 5 days. We had 2 single rooms and a double apartment with full kitchen and laundry. The entire place was beautifully decorated, clean, and safe, as it is gated. The location was on a quiet street about 15 minutes walking to the beach and 5 minute Uber ride to the waterfront. I can't say enough how incredible the staff was. From reception, to the cleaning crew (who refills the fridge daily), to the AMAZING bar tender- we couldn't have asked for a friendlier, more attentive staff of people. We were ALWAYS greeted with a smile and they attended to our every need, even serving us drinks directly to our room from the bar! The team at Romney park has set a high standard for service, and I would recommend staying there to anyone. Their prices were more than fair and the amazing staff and absolutely beautiful pool, gardens, and rooms (all with gorgeous balconies) made our stay in Capetown more than memorable! Hope to visit again soon!

Every single detail in this hotel is carefully looked after. It was a joy to stay here for 3 days - the staff is kind and friendly, and the suites are beautifully furnished. Breakfast is a treat, and it's the a place you don't want to leave.

No complaints whatsoever. From the moment we set foot in reception we felt welcome till we had to leave. Room and breakfast was more than what we expected and we could spend the entire day on premises after checking out. Central and good neighborhood. Definitely going back there soon.❤️

Friendly staff, great location, breakfast was good. Rooms were smaller than we anticipated and we were charged R70 a day for parking😳. Parking should be free to those who book with Romney Park.

What can I say!? Excellent staff who are on the ball and know what’s going on. Quick check in and check out and a stunning parking space for large vehicles. They drop some great specials on Booking.com app. The room was massive with a balcony, comfortable bed, gigantic shower and a bath big enough for a 6’3 gent. Thank you. Check them out.
