Good
accommodation,
beautiful
rooms,
but
I
had
to
give
it
only
3
stars.
I
stayed
for
2
nights
over
the
weekend,
and
was
very
pleasantly
surprised
by
the
room
-
spacious,
modern,
beautiful.
What
made
my
stay
cumbersome
was
that
every
time
I
went
to
my
room,
my
access
card
wouldn’t
work.
Day1:
I
called
reception
to
report
it,
and
maintenance
was
called
to
fix
the
issue.
Maintenance
found
out
that
the
batteries
in
the
access
machine
on
the
door
didn’t
were
dead,
and
they
said
they
would
replace
the
batteries
the
next
day.
The
batteries
were
replaced
on
the
day
I
checked
out.
Considering
I
was
there
for
business,
I
was
in
and
out
of
the
hotel
a
few
times
during
the
day,
and
every
time
I
asked
whether
the
batteries
had
been
replaced,
I
was
told
to
go
check
the
door
-
and
every
time
I
had
to
call
reception
to
bring
maintenance
to
charge
the
access
machine
(as
opposed
to
replacing
the
batteries).
Not
a
big
deal,
but
it’s
those
small
issues
that
really
put
a
damper
on
one’s
mood,
especially
after
a
long
day.
