This
is
my
3rd
time
staying
at
Pinelands
City
Lodge
and
over
the
10
years
of
travelling
back
and
forth
to
the
hotel.
The
staff
has
been
very
consistent
in
their
friendliness
and
eagerness
to
assist.
They
score
top
marks
from
me
and
I
feel
like
family
when
I
am
there.
In
terms
of
progress
for
the
chain
over
the
last
10
years
and
coming
from
a
person
who
has
travelled
many
other
countries
who
has
placed
this
chain
into
similar
hotels
based
on
rates
there
are
a
few
things
I
would
like
to
highlight
as
possible
improvements;
1)
A
bottle
of
still
water
as
a
complimentary
gift
in
your
hotel
room
on
check-in
day
would
be
a
nice
touch.
2)
Staying
with
a
5
year
old
child
the
TVs
should
have
a
few
child
friendly
channels
3)
The
TVs
by
now
should
be
identified
for
migration
to
smart
TVs
4)
Their
wasn't
a
phone
in
our
room
which
is
no
problem
however
on
check-in
options
to
contact
reception
from
your
room
should
be
given.
5)
It's
great
that
you
have
an
app
however
it
should
be
made
interactive
to
allow
the
guest
to
request
information
and
services
6)
We
stayed
in
August
on
the
2nd
Floor.
The
room
got
very
cold
at
night
there
should
be
thoughts
about
how
to
heat
the
room
without
having
to
have
the
aircon
blowing
warm
air
throughout
the
night.
Wall
heaters
could
be
an
option.
7)
There
are
no
wall
plugs
at
the
bedside
tables.
If
you
want
to
charge
your
phone
you
have
to
leave
it
on
the
desk
away
from
you
and
get
up
if
you
need
it
during
the
night.
This
is
not
great.
8)
The
light
on
the
left
bedside
table
didnt
work.
Might
be
a
good
idea
for
housekeeping
to
check
all
works
before
expecting
guests
9)
Wifi
is
not
stable
and
was
a
challenge
if
you
are
working
remotely.
For
a
hotel
this
should
be
a
priority
to
have
a
service
absolutely
stable
for
kids
to
watch
youtube
and
for
those
working
remotely
being
able
to
access
cloud
managed
services
without
being
kicked
all
the
time.
It
should
be
stable
no
matter
the
room
that
you
are
staying
in.
10)
There
are
no
shower
/
bath
gel
,
soap
bars
are
for
washing
hair
and
body
which
was
a
bit
difficult
to
adjust
to
if
you
are
a
traveller
with
a
child.
Might
be
good
to
have
a
think
about
making
this
more
user
friendly
for
all
11)
There
should
be
a
child
friendly
space
,
like
a
play
area
or
room
for
kids
or
have
some
freebies
to
allow
them
to
be
entertained.
12)
Last
bit
not
least
-
a
minibar
would
be
ideal
in
a
room
for
such
a
warm
country.
It
adds
to
a
more
comfortable
stay
especially
when
you
have
a
child.
Overall
this
is
a
great
hotel.
The
location
is
perfect
close
to
Howard
Centre
and
some
nice
hotels
around
the
BP
Garage
area.
I
also
stayed
at
the
one
at
the
V&A
waterfront
which
is
a
great
location
too
but
you
have
to
be
careful
with
your
journeys
to
and
from
the
hotel
to
avoid
peak
traffic
situations.
