    The room was decent but the room we booked was given to another guest so it wasn't a great start. Location can be intimidating. Always be wary of your surroundings.

    Room wasn't ready when we got there. Received empty promises that our luggage will be put in our rooms while we are away, never happened. Room didn't match description, entirely wrong room. Didn't have towels in the room. Carpet is disgusting. Just don't stay here.

    I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. So this is what happened, I travelled with work from Namibia to Cape Town and booked in 8 days in the hotel. I paid for all 8 nights. Just when i was there on my second day, I received an email from work that the training will no more be in Cape Town but will have to be at the Western Cape. I than went to reception and told them the situation, so I requested for a refund. The people at the reception said they do not do any refund andI informed them that it is really beyond my control and I would need the money to pay for another hotel in the Western Cape with that money. The people at the reception responded again saying that they do not do refunds, my heart really broke. I berged and berged. Since they didn't want to listen to me, I requested to read in their policy where they have atleast indicated that they do not do refunds, their response was "we do not have a policy in place", so dissapointing. I checked out of the hotel on the second day and I therefore went to our Namibian Mission in Cape Town to assist with the matter and they got the same response that they do not do refunds. I am very dissapointed by such a big hotel that does not do any refund while I have paid my money and did not stay in the hotel for all the days. The hotel staff were friendly but not very friendly the day I checked in and very rude the day I checked out just because of the refund that I have requested for. The hotel needs to improve in that regard or get their policies in writing instead of word of mouth. I had the worst experience with the hotel and will never come back again.

    The place is aged but kept in very good condition. Carpet in the rooms some with burn marks from previous guests. The aircon will do with a service. The staff is exceptionally good with customers.

    The hotel is hard to find since it's on an alleyway with hardly any signage. The staff were phenomenal and they have paid security on site. There is a restaurant, bar, and spa in the hotel and a convenient store just outside. My two complaints are that it was difficult to find and that the shower didn't drain properly.

    Bringing in tourists to this hotel is sheer pleasure.Always ready, always friendly and every extra mile is a possibility. Guests enjoy the spacious rooms and yummy breakfast. The staff is super friendly and every member of the team is a star Thank you for all the lovely stays and here is to many more 🥂

    honestly had a wonderful time I felt very safe the stuff was warm and friendly and very helpful if I had any needs they would work their best to meet them and even though there was load shedding, you don't experience it in the hotel, so no worries about electricity being cut off and hot water all day good water pressure and and ac working well Wi-Fi I would say 80% good, sometimes it would turn off in the night but only for a short time. I stayed about 2 weeks the food is good the breakfast was really good, the pizzas they make excellent I got a body massage located in the hotel on two occasions by two different people and both were excellent always feeling relaxed the first day I checked in the room was beautiful, there is a cattle, coffees, tea and nice towels in the bathroom there was even chocolates on the beds very neat. I will definitely come back but there is an issue and I hope the next time I come this issue is resolved housekeeping is horrible they don't really clean your room properly. there was this day I actually went out all day came back at 17:00pm and my room was not even cleaned the bathroom had not been cleaned and all they did was basically sort of make my bed like if a teenager was ordered to make their bed and they didn't want to that's what it look like, and emptied the bin. On different occasions it be something different maybe the room has been cleaned but the towels would have not been replaced with just hang them back or sometimes they wouldn't be any towels at all, sometimes they wouldn't change the sheets. I was very disappointed on this fact is so I do hope that your housekeeping improves and cleans the room properly because there would be times where I would find stains that are still there and I wanted to experience the whole hotel and say my honest experience about the hotel is excellent but your housekeeping is horrible and I do hope to god The hotel improves that

    Unfortunately, it is sad that i have to say this hotel is a big FRAUD! Imagine charging me full amount of R2,925 because i did not make it to the hotel. They called it a 'no show'. I understand there may be penalty for not making it or cancellation, but to charge my bank account the FULL AMOUNT it's totally wrong and ridiculous! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR ANYBODY, EVEN MY WORST ENEMY. They are complete fraud and very unreasonable. Everyone stay away from Innscape classic hotel. REFUND MY MONEY BACK!!!

    Stayed here for about 4 days, for the price i am extremely pleased with the service. Staff was friendly and helpfull, hotel itself is relatively neat and clean. Parking is a bit dodge and noisy, but did not have any major issues. The security guard on duty at the parking is an excellent dude working really hard and proud of his work, he definitely needs a tip. *there was no fridge in the room i stayed in, just fyi

    TL;DR: great service. Amazing food. Beautiful view. Really good location. In case of people making you feel unsafe, the security will help you out and I'm so greatfull for that. This was a really nice hotel. The rooms were really good but not completely perfect. There was smaller details that I would say is not something to be worried about. I would rather rate it 4.6 than 4. The breakfast was so so so good. The photos do not give it justice. It was a really lovely stay. The staff really went out of their way not just at breakfast but as well as to make sure the place was clean and fresh to stay in. Note: Cape Town is a place for a lot of the homeless and one very early morning we where approached by someone who looked very very dangerous and the security of this hotel stood by us until our lift came. So they really help you out in case of safety. And I'm truly greatful

    The room and toilet was dirty, got hair in the shower. Mind you this is the second time using this place. The sliding door broken reported it by March 2021 went back Nov 2021 still the same. Food and service was great can't deny that.

    Should be minus -10 , horrible experience never will I ever recommend any 1 to stay there ,even if it was the last place (I would rather sleep on the street) , most helpful person “Basil” The manager and general manager useless people ever The rooms where damp ( smelt old and stale ) Bathroom had mold on the walls and dirty , window where filthy and the view of a dirty parking lot , with suspicious characters walking up and down The manager does not tell you after you pay a deposit that the parking is not free (R110 a day) With just 1 security that is never visible, Please people read the reviews of this place ( stolen clothes , people coming into the rooms at night) And to top is off they having different cancellation T&C’s ( on booking.com & at the hotel ) be careful the Managment is out to rob people of their hard earned cash ,because they said “ that does not warrant a portion of a refund “ even though the rooms where not in a state for any1 to stay in it #thisplacesucks

    It is a really cute hotel. I read a lot of bad reviews and had my doubts. But there was nothing wrong with the process or my room. Yes, you have to pay for parking which is an inconvenience. But everything was clean. Staff were very nice. I have no complaints.

    This hotels food is amazing thanks to kitchen staff, location is very ideal and convinient but it has a cigarte/mouldy smell in the hall way and the carpets were very dirty

    No parking and you have to pay R110 for per day for parking. Carpet have some spots. WIFI not really working. But the staff is super friendly, efficient and super helpful. Nice breakfast.

    Absolutely terrible service. I came for my birthday and the staff was incredibly racist especially Basil. Very cold and rude. Would definitely never recommend. Not even to my worst energy.

    They messed up and accidentally gave me a room they were not supposed to. Instead of calling me to let me know or try to fix it, they decided to lock my room with everything in it, so that I would find out about it the hard way when I return to my room at 11PM! Our booking was made by the company that flew us here and it's not even being managed by me! The whole situation was poorly handled by the hotel

    There is no parking and you are not advised about that until you ask for it. The room that we were in the chair was broken could not seat on it, the TV was not playing, we were there with a child and were given a room with 2 single bed that were next to each other but could not be merged as 1. First day the room was not cleaned until we complained, their etea cups were not washed, they had dry milk (which was yellow inside) and their towels smell like mold
